She is doing great. This is the week 10 of flowering already! I can't believe that I've been taking care of her for about 4 months already! Her trichomes are getting milkier by the day. I am waiting for there to be some amber and many milky trichomes to harvest her, that's all... Same care and same nutes as always. -------> Update day 109. I decided to harvest her today. I see some trichomes going amber already in many of the buds, and the rest are mostly cloudy. I could leave her growing those buds for a week or maybe more... However, the blueberry indica that I harvested before planting this girl had a very strong body high, so I am looking to get a very head high from this girl. Actually, I've sampled this girl twice already, once three weeks ago, and another two weeks ago, and both were a decent high, very much how I remember it from this strain. Actually, the effect of the last sample reminded me much of the high I got the first time I smoked Amnesia Haze! So, a week after that I suspect the high will be on point, for what I want from it. ------> The end? I decided to try to reveg this girl just as an experiment... Actually, I am even going to try to make one of her clones produce pollen to create my own feminized seeds from this absolutely delicious genetics :)

If you look for a outstanding indica with extra on the taste e and smell and a heavy hitter...search no further

Flush week is here! Or was here lol. I was behind on my journal's and I've actually already chopped the girls (pics included) and will update soon with a harvest week as soon as they are finished hang drying. The trichomes were cloudy white with roughly 20-30% amber trichomes and some wonderful terp aromas from each. 100K has a smell and taste (we sampled a bud dried in a paper bag, was fantastic) has a similarity to Slapz from the same release and it is honestly a great flavor and aroma to have. She also has hints of nutty earthiness underneath from her White Truffles and they blend well together. Grandaddy's terps vary going down her branches so far. At the top her grapey berry aroma is dominant where as the lower buds are more heavily of flowers (violets, i agree with leafly on that aroma description for GDP) with hints of the berries. A sample from a paper bag was mostly of violet flowers and smoke smooth with a deep relaxing high. Better info to come with the harvest week update! Plants were left in 48 hours of darkness with attention to airflower kept to prevent mold Our drying set up: The tent light is off, with oscillating fan removed. Only an intake was left on the bottom (removed oscillating fan after 1st day was too much) with a small monkey fan pointed across to keep it moving along the floor, with the exhaust running up top to keep even airflow around the buds. I'm trying to avoid any direct airflow on the buds. The trellis net is lifted to the top of the tent, to hang the branches from easily with plant wire. Our drying conditions: The branches are hung individually after snipping off larger fan / water leaves, we try to leave some of the smaller leaves to help protect the buds and their terpenes. Our environment we try to keep in the mid to low 60s, but never higher than 68 (I prefer 66 degrees farenheit) and the humidity we keep around 60 to 60% but no higher, and preferably never lower. This is to protect the terpenes and cannabinoids from evaporating due to heat or dry conditions. I changed to this method after some research and owe the idea on temps and humidity to Matt from Mr Canucks Grow on Youtube, it's a more recent video of his from within the past year and was very informative.

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

Big Fat Wedding Cake is bulking strong right now. She has a nice frosty layer on her, and is maturing in smell as she goes. She is growing great under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. The solution got really low and strong causing her to have a bit of burn. She is heading to a finish in about 3 weeks. Well there's not much to say about this fine lady she started of as the absulute runt of the little and she come out queen of the litter ! Her main cola weight 50 grams ( wet ) which to me was really cool !! She had a total wet weight of 257G I will post the official dry weight as soon as the curing is done :) A big thank you to everyone who's shown there support for me ! Much love !! doing great. we can see, Lance is a little behind, but he´s the one who got some issues in the first 2 weeks.

Very variable weather, summer is at the end, temperature drops quickly, even 60 °F. I was out for 3 days, on my return I found the three girls who were starting to wither but they were promptly watered. No damage to report. The yellowing of the lower canopy has started. Acceptable weather forecast until 10 September. I bought 5 transparent PCV tarps to protect them extemporaneously from the rain. My beloved Gorilla rocks! Buds are forming and filling very well, super sticky and frosty. Strong citron/bubblegum scent. This sativa-like pheno is funtastic, she is not very leafy, leaves are narrow so the sun penetrate very well through the whole plant. It remains to be seen how the buds will fill up and if my girl can disprove the reputation for "quality buds but low yields" . Let's see. Expected harvest September 3rd week.

First week of flower has been great! They’re stretching very nicely, I backed the nutrients down a little bit this week because I saw some leafs curling in when adding some bloom nutrients. But all is well. My critical +2.0 in soil is growing very well and keeping up with the canopy, the Alaskan Purple isn’t quite stretching as much.

Not a lot happened last week, just monitoring, feeding, and keeping everything in check while the girls did their thing. I did switch over to my finishing nutrients and have cut out calmag according to feeding chart I have been following. I think we are gettting pretty close to harvest though! The trichomes are starting to get a little milky. I am going to wait until about 30% amber to harvest though. I am getting super excited to finish this one and start my next run! 9/2 - The girls have been doing great and are starting to pack on the size and frost nicely! Nothing to do to them really except monitor and keep checking and making sure everything is running at an optimal level. The closer it gets I start to get a little nervous for the dry. I am prepared and have a plan, just hopefully I can get my dry set up as dialed in as I was able to get my grow tent. I will try to post more updates this week. Last week I had company from out of town, so it was difficult to get around to it. 9/5- Just continuing to monitor and check the trichomes, once about 25-30% turn amber I will be harvesting! They are starting to get pretty cloudy right now. When I did the res change yesterday, I switched to just root drip and full tilt and have started flushing, hopefully not too early, but im following my feeding chart. On cruise control, getting into flush weeks in the bubble buckets. always water in the 30 gallon living soil? worm bin. I dig a small hole in a corner toss in kitchen scraps cover and water.
