What a joy this grow has been. She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot. I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that. I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later. Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet. I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before. Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!! Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple. Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well. Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises. This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable. After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this. Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent. Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪 Keep growing y'all!

The plant is thriving and has grown 50% larger compared to last week. Some of its leaves are now the size of a hand, which is surprising for me as it's my first experience growing a plant. I am hoping that it will start flowering next week. The main stem is thick and resembles a finger. The pH level is still high, but I have purchased a fan to improve ventilation during flowering. I am planning to support the next stage with easy boom, vitamins, and amino acids. There is a smell in the room, but I'm not sure if it's the expected smell or a mix with the box's fabric. I named the plant Gaza because I planted it on the day of the escalation of violence in occupied Palestinian territories, which then led to the recent developments of the conflict in the area.

I also gave them an extreme heavy defoliation tonight, and my New Portable AC unit showed up so I installed that. Week 6 Day 3 9/18/2023 letting her recover from the work we did together yesterday. Week 6 Day 4 9/18/2023 Took a few tops today as I start to stretch her out on her side of the tent. Hoping that she catches up to her sister some, so I will super crop her sister to keep her down as I let this little one catch up a little more before I flip to flower. Week 6 Day 5 9/20/2023 Today I received my replacement parts for my Spider-Farmer light that had gone out. Replaced the parts and put the light back in the tent with the clones. This wedding cake is looking as healthy as her sister however she's in a bigger pot 25 liters. Let's see if she does as good as her sister,she's enjoying life right I don't think I'll have any type of issue,she's being fed 100% organically,with lactobacillus liquid made by me,liquid bat guano,and she has in her soil florians living organics and more bat guano and seaweed,mycorrizae,humic and fulvic acids,beneficial bacteria and fungus. She's gonna be a wonderful plant at the end I'm sure. Stay tuned guys! 💚🌱✌️

Week 9 ~ 🦍

I'm like 5 days late with this update so I have had to pin videos that I took the same week while I was communicating with TRYHARD so ignore any dialogue that's out of context they aren't diary logs they are simply correspondence between myself And TRY, oh and sorry about my language I'm common as muck me. The pictures are just random pics I took that week as oppose to my usual more organised method but hey ho I'll do a more tidy job next week. The week went swimmingly barring some nitrogen deff on the lowers which I initially put down to the hot weather drying the pots too quickly and causing nute lockout with the salt buildup so I flushed then gave them a nice feed after they dried the pot at which point I noticed the most heavily afflicted by the N deff were also the quickest drinkers and had lower EC on the runoff so I have been giving them a slightly stronger feed than the others and it seems to have solved everything so I'm happy with that. Bud development is nice, frost is nice, terps are through the roof right now..... Zkittlez ones are really stinking of lime and candy bubblegum Punch ones are stinking berry berry nice!
