Since joining growdiaries I’ve seen that 420 Fastbuds are one of the (if not) the most notorious genetics on here.. so I’ve got my hands on some Fastberry seeds (which with the promotion I got one free!!) I’ve been very bored with the kind of weed I have been smoking recently the taste of the buds aren’t too great so I’m very excited to give this strain a try with the promise of berry flavoured weed!!! Happy growing! Mon 8th March - after a few days of being in a damp paper towel stored in a dark warm place she’s popped a little tap root. I will leave until tomorrow then I’ll plant her directly into her final 3 gallon pot. 🍁 Tue 9th March - Placed into her final pot gave her a little water and placed dome over her until she pops.

31.05 yesterday was the end of the fifth week for the plants, some were transplanted yesterday, some today, and some not yet, but most of them were transplanted and topped for the first time... I was late with the topping because I didn't want to top before transplanting.. I topped most of the plants between the sixth and seventh nodes instead of between the fifth and sixth, some I even topped between the seventh and the eighth, but what's up... the weather normalized for a day and immediately started with severe heat... in the sun now it will be 40+ degrees C, until the other day it was 15, this is definitely not normal...the pictures and video are from yesterday, in the next update I will post pictures from the site Stay high ‘n’ keep growing!!!

Good morning, weekly update time! Today is day 41 of flower, the fade has started but the ladies are still bulking up and putting on weight! Prob start checking trichs in ten -14 days or so but like I said weight is stil increasing and white pistils are still dominant. Last week they got their last dose of recharge tea, I’ll probably give them fish shit one more week! I also gave them one last fruit compost tea I made with apple, cucumber, kiwi, and banana peels! Here on out there isn’t much to do and it’s getting boring for me, I liked working with them topping and training etc but now I just check on them once a day. Days 92 - 98 (from sprout) 8/23/24 - 8/29/24 Loompa's Headband x TK fading hard this week - checking trichome color through a 15x loupe, needs more time The Good Shit drinking a gallon of water a day but slowly backed off near end of week - my guess would be a 14-week flowering period for this genotype before harvest quality I'm pretty much watering daily a 1/4 gallon to Blue Nose Pit or less to keep mulch layer from drying out Sweet 16 S1 takes the win for most trichome coverage out of the garden, has the most up-front aroma out of the geno hunt PAR is all over the place on this one and totally messed up, after this week I'll raise the light and focus on the appropriate PAR for canopy of The Good Shit Pest Management slipping too, fungus gnats are repopulating and it seems the ecosystem has encountered a serious imbalance of beneficials and predators that normally kept soil/mulch in-check Plan on short-term remedying this with a top-dress of remaining compost + em bokashi and a moderate drench of EM5 following with repeated treatments of enzymes (tweetmint) Long term solution may need a predator/beneficials kit and/or higher quality vermicompost after knocking them back with enzymes

Not much to update guys, harvesting the ladies 1 by 1 when they are ready, hopefully I can take the rest down at the same time. Can't wait to do the smoke and bud review for you guys.

Fade has fully set in now, just keeping an eye on the trichromes for harvest time. Plants are nice and frosty and smells very sweet. Was getting worried about harvest time and drying / curing as I go away for 2 weeks November 6th. Invested in some Grove bags for the cure so this has reduced my anxiety about leaving my harvest for so long during the beginning of cure. Heard good things about them, interested in your opinion drop a comment.

Almost there. Took a look at her close up and most trichomes are cloudy. Added Overdrive this week to start that finishing process. Each branch has a really nice sized cola on top. Powdery mildew is practically dead in its tracks thankfully, meaning its not spreading. A bit pops up here and there, a quick but precisely guided spray with Safers Brand 3-1 and we are good. You can see it in the overshot on some leaves. This was before treatment. As far as the nitrogen toxicity, ive cut out the ph perfect line for her, minus 1ml of micro...i may even cut that. Notice how dark and thick the leaves are. I have a feeling that if I cut all nutrients now she would finish fine. Tell me what you think!

Re-potted into ceramic pots today and, indeed, the bottom 3/4 of the soil was quite damp. The root system was larger than I expected but quite grey in color, not vibrant white. I'm going away for 10 days so I'll just leave these babies alone and hopefully they lively up themselves.
