They got a nice new cabinet with lights and environment dialed just for veg. -Built a nice Veg/Dry cabinet from scrap. Pretty damn happy with myself...not gonna lie. 😅 I decided to just dive right in with some solid plant shaping. Still pushing slower than my previous run...but these 2 can take some serious LST with a good nutrient load. Impressive how fast they look back to that light. So far the organic run is performing better; how ever I didn't scorch the tits off these girls with a massive LED hammer when they were 14 minutes old either, so there's that. 😂😶 I'll have a true comparison of Organic Home Brew Ferts v Store Bought Ferts with the same strain here this winter...get actual data. Also: CannaBudget Studios was built with an old broken tri-pod / usb strip lights / old black sheet...and electrical tape. Yeeee. Time to go work on the farm. Haven't seen too much calyx formation yet, just a lot of stretching. Waiting on the purple too🧐 I've been pruning out lower branches and leaves hanging close to the ground to help keep air flowing and humidity down, especially near her stalk.

Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Week 14 Jan 15- Jan 21 Flushing and preparation for harvest 😁 on Jan 15 feed girls for the last time with nutrients. It was reduced dose by 60% 5ltr no runoff. Following morning topped up with 6ltr of ph down and only fish shit. Runoffs PH 6.2. Second watering Jan 18 6tr and 7ltr on Jan 21. It was last watering. Week went very well. No white pistils hairs on Athena for a good while and barely few left on Xena. Many buds have different shapes and colours but all of them are equally hard as rocks, sticky and smelling so deliciously. This week trichomes development was just like I wish for. Just milky and amber in play Status on Jan 22. Mostly of buds 20-50% amber. It's just perfect for my needs🤤 On Jan 21 lights were on for the last time and girls will be harvested after 48 or 72h of darkness. Stay tuned for the final week update! Taken On Day 63, miscalculated last week they were started 12/18/17. Fat buds on the two big ones and real sticky, can't make out the smell yet but it's pretty strong at this point. Added some tnbnaturals co2 today idk how well it works but I figured I would try it out. Mainline one is a week or so behind in terms of maturity but is getting fed whatever is in the res it's hooked up to. Flushed all 3 due to salt build up early in the week which is why the tips are burnt and some calmag deficiency and yellowing. 1-2 more weeks I think.

Blue Dream Auto has grown a little, but I think more was going on in the coco mix. I imagine she will make some progress this next week. She looks healthy and she is getting nutrition with the darker shade of green development in her leaves. This week all three plants were transplanted and introduced to nutrients for the first time in their lifecycle. All three plants are growing in organic soil and are fed organic nutrients.

I received some great tips here. For starters by suggestion I have lowered my day-time temps to between 75-78 degrees and my night-time temps to between 65-68 degrees. I had no intentions of trimming/defoliation anymore. So far she's adjusted well. Ive adjusted to only watering from the bottom instead of top watering.

The ladies are doing very well. They will soon start to bulk. We are very happy to be able to test the resinator from the rock nutrients, plus elan by crazyhillsnutrients and some calmag. we did a little bit of defoliation as well

This was my first time growing outdoors, and this variety did well in Eastern Ontario region. I started seeds indoors and put the mainlined plants in the garden in early May. They were done flowering September 27th. The plants were beautiful and purple. The flavour is sweet and earthy. This is remains my favourite variety. One thing I learned from this outdoor grow is that I need to allow more space between plants. One of these Purple Kush plants was choked out and didn't grow as well as she could have. Next year I'll do a better job.
