This week things are swelling quick great ! The purple is showing up more but still only trace amounts. The black has no signs of changing colour however I already know my pheno ain’t the one ☝️ . But the purple shows promise!! Slow at cloning and a higher mortality rate then the black amnesia haze. This one almost every single clone I made all root amazingly ! Highly recommend for its yields and ease in the grow room. You can really feed it high . Still unknown why the purp has curling leaves but from others grows I see it’s fairly common . I’m guessing it prefers a slightly more alkaline PH . I’ve been using citric acid to ph correct and every time I sway a little low like 6.4-6.2-5.9 the plants leaves curl slightly more. Most mixes are in the 6.8-6.5 range however.

Medium: gewone potgrond (aangenomen light-mix of universele potgrond zonder veel voeding; pas op overvoeding). Potten: start 0.2L → doorschalen naar 7-11L (of max 15L als je ze klein houdt). Verwacht: stretch ×2-2.5x na flip, dus training essentieel. Week-voor-week verwacht verloop (aangepast aan 180 cm limiet) Week 1 – Zaailing (nu gestart, ~23 maart 2026) Alle 5 gekiemd en staan strak (Serious Seeds kiemt top). Hoogte: 5-10 cm eind week. Hoogte eind week 3: 20-40 cm als je niet toppt. Doorschalen: rond dag 10-14 naar 3-5L potten, later (week 4) naar 7-11L finale potten. Beginnen met lichte voeding (EC 0.6-0.9, grow-formule). Tip nu al: LST starten (takken buigen) of top/fim rond 4-5e node (dag 18-25) om breedte te forceren i.p.v. hoogte. Week 4 – Late veg / pre-flip Hoogte zonder training: makkelijk 50-80 cm. Cruciaal: trainen! SCROG-netje op ~40-50 cm hoogte, of meerdere LST-ties + topping 1-2x. Doel: canopy plat en gelijkmatig onder de lamp houden. Zonder training ga je tegen de 180 cm aan botsen in stretch. Lamp 70-80% power, 35-45 cm afstand. Week 5 – Flip naar 12/12 Eerste pistils binnen 4-7 dagen. Stretch start: ×2 tot ×2.5 (typisch voor Durban-achtigen). Getrainde planten: van 40-60 cm veg → 80-140 cm eind stretch. Ongetraind: 100-180+ cm → problemen (lamp verbranden of top afknippen). Lamp 100%, 25-35 cm boven canopy (verhoog tent als kan, of hang lager maar pas op hitte). Week 6-9 – Bloei stretch & budontwikkeling Stretch klaar rond week 3 bloei (dag 50-60 totaal). Toppen worden harsig, fruitig (citrus/anijs/zoet). Geur week 7-8 sterk → filter verplicht. Voeding: bloom EC 1.0-1.6, PK boost vanaf week 6. Potgrond houdt vocht lang vast → niet overwateren (laat droger tussen gietbeurten). Hoogte eind stretch: met goede training 100-140 cm (past net in 180 cm tent met ~30-40 cm lamp-ruimte). Week 10-12 – Rijping & finish Bloei-tijd: ~9-10 weken (Durban-lijn vaak 8-10 wk). Trichomen: cloudy met 10-30% amber rond dag 63-77. Flush laatste 10-14 dagen. Bladeren vergelen natuurlijk. Eindhoogte met training: 110-150 cm (veilig onder lamp). Oogst verwacht (medio/eind mei 2026) Opbrengst: met TS600 in 60x60 → realistisch 80-150 gram droog totaal (0.8-1.5 g/W). Goede training + gelijkmatige canopy → dichter bij 120-150 g. Slechte spreiding → 80-100 g. Kwaliteit: sticky hars, up/high energiek, fruitig-Durban profiel. Belangrijke tips voor 180 cm tent Training is niet optioneel: LST + topping of SCROG-netje vanaf veg. Houd canopy op max 100-120 cm hoogte. Potgrond: droogt langzaam → giet spaarzaam, check gewicht pot. Ventilatie: TS600 geeft weinig hitte, maar trek sterke fan voor luchtcirculatie (Sativa's haten stilstaande lucht). Als je merkt dat ze te hard rekken: supercropping toepassen of lamp hoger hangen (maar PAR daalt dan).

This has been one of the easiest grows I had so far. The feeding was the key. Amending with a ‘Grow’ amendment(rich in Nitrogen) and supplement with Bloom liquid nutrients. Watering as often as possible and using RO water. Even though I had a pest invasion the girls did great.

Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. Quite week for the plants and us. It's above freezing now, but it's one storm after another here. The plants are dong well and I'll turn over to flowering next week. I'll make clones at that time. I'm after the best plant so I'll whittle the 14 plants down to 1 or 2 plants when I'm done. But I have to take 3 clones of each to be sure I get 1 to regrow when it's done. So I'll be doing that this week. My next trim/prune will be before the 3 week of flowering, before the resin starts to flow. Through this veg I've been giving a full feeding and then just watering and then a full feeding and then just watering.... You get the idea... I let the pots dry and hopefully water/feed before I get any wilting. We've started a new Freak Bros. book. Comic Book #10 Published in 1987. It's the 3rd in the trilogy. 💙 Project Blue Tent – Week 10 Blue Waffle F1 – Pheno B 🌸 Let Her Do Her Thing Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter inside Project Blue Tent! 💙🌱 If you've been following this project, you'll know that the last few weeks have been full of action. Long vegetative growth. Aggressive stretching. SCROG training. A second SCROG. Major defoliation. Moving the ventilation system. Raising the LEDs. Improving airflow. Adjusting the nutrition. We certainly haven't been standing around doing nothing. 😂 But this week? We're doing something very different. We're watching. And honestly... when I look at Blue Waffle F1 Pheno B right now, I don't think she needs me doing much else. 🌿 PHENO B – LET HER DO HER THING Pheno B is looking absolutely beautiful. She's sitting at approximately 145 cm and has developed a fantastic flowering structure after the work we carried out over the previous weeks. And this is where I think patience becomes one of the most important tools a grower has. We made the big interventions. We opened the canopy. We removed unnecessary congestion. We added the second SCROG. We created more vertical space. We improved the airflow. We gave the branches additional support. Now the plant needs time to respond. There is no point constantly changing things simply because we feel like we should be doing something. Sometimes... the best intervention is no intervention. 😂💙 So this week, we're letting Pheno B recover, settle into her new structure, and continue putting her energy into flowering. And she's doing a beautiful job of it. 🌸 THE RESULTS OF THE PREVIOUS WEEKS One of the most satisfying things about this week is being able to look back at the work we performed earlier and actually see the results. The heavy defoliation dramatically changed the structure of the plant. At the time, it was a big decision. The canopy had become extremely dense, and we needed to create more space between the branches and flowering sites. But the goal was never simply to remove leaves. The goal was to make the plant more manageable. Now we're seeing the benefit. The structure is much easier to read. The flowering sites are more visible. Air can move through the plant more freely. The branches have room to develop. And Pheno B doesn't look like she's missing the foliage we removed. She's simply continuing forward. That's exactly what we wanted. 🌿 This is one of those moments where you have to trust the work you did several weeks earlier. You can't rush this part. You just watch. 💡 INTRODUCING LUMIFLORA UNDER-CANOPY LIGHTING There is, however, one new addition to the ecosystem this week. The **LumiFlora 150W full-spectrum under-canopy light** is now officially part of the experiment. And with Pheno B's size, I think the timing makes perfect sense. The main LEDs are doing an excellent job illuminating the upper canopy. But these plants have developed so much vertical structure that the lower portions naturally receive considerably less direct light. That's simply the nature of a large, dense flowering plant. So instead of continuing to remove more foliage simply to chase light penetration, we're trying another approach. We're bringing some light to the lower canopy. The LumiFlora is a **150W full-spectrum fixture**, with additional red emphasis, and we're positioning it underneath the canopy as supplemental lighting. The main fixtures remain responsible for the primary light source. The LumiFlora is there to complement them. I'm particularly interested in watching how the lower flowering sites develop now that they're receiving additional supplemental light from underneath. This isn't about replacing the overhead lighting. It's about giving the lower part of this very large plant another opportunity to receive useful light. And now... we watch. 💡🌱🌸 🕸️ THE SECOND SCROG IS DOING ITS JOB The second SCROG is another part of the setup that I'm very happy with. Pheno B has a lot of vertical growth, and as the flowers continue to develop and gain weight, having that additional support becomes increasingly valuable. The first SCROG helped us organize the plant. The second SCROG is now helping support the flowering structure. It's a simple concept, but with plants this size, that additional layer of support makes a huge difference. We're no longer trying to force the plant into a particular shape. We're simply giving the branches somewhere to rest and something to support them as they develop. And that's exactly where I want to be at this stage. 🌬️ AIRFLOW – KEEPING THINGS MOVING The airflow system is also staying exactly where it is. We've got airflow working above and below the canopy, helping keep the entire structure moving. That's particularly important now that we've introduced supplemental lighting underneath the plants. The goal is to keep the lower canopy from becoming stagnant while maintaining good circulation throughout the upper flowering structure. Again... nothing dramatic. Nothing complicated. Just consistent airflow and a stable environment. And that's another reason why I'm not changing much this week. The system is working. So let it work. NUTRITION – NO NEED TO CHASE NUMBERS The feeding program remains consistent as well. The girls are continuing with the PLAGRON Hydro program: PLAGRON Hydro A — 2.2 ml/L PLAGRON Hydro B — 2.2 ml/L 🌱 PLAGRON Hydro Roots — 1 ml/L 🌸 PLAGRON Power Buds — 1 ml/L pH adjusted as required The plants are responding beautifully, so there is no reason to start changing things just for the sake of changing them. They're growing. They're flowering. They're drinking. They're healthy. So we continue. That's the approach now. Consistency. Observation. Adjustment only when the plants actually ask for it. 🌸 THIS WEEK IS ABOUT PATIENCE If I had to describe this week's update in one word, it would probably be: Patience. 😂💙 We've done so much over the previous weeks that it's tempting to keep doing more. But the plants don't necessarily need more intervention. They need time. Time to recover from the defoliation. Time to settle into the second SCROG. Time to continue flowering. Time to respond to the new lighting arrangement. And time to show us what all the previous work has accomplished. That's what we're doing now. We're watching. 🌿 PHENO B IS SHOWING US THE RESULTS Looking at Pheno B today, I can see the results of the entire process. The long vegetative period gave her the structure. The first SCROG organized the growth. The flowering stretch tested the limits of the room. The defoliation opened everything up. The second SCROG gave the branches support. The ventilation changes created more vertical space. The additional fan improved circulation. And now the LumiFlora is providing supplemental light underneath the canopy. It's almost like we're finally reaching the point where all those individual decisions are becoming one complete system. And Pheno B is right in the middle of it. 🌸 She's not asking for another big intervention. She's asking for time. Pheno B is sharing the exact same environment as her sisters. Same room. Same lighting. Same irrigation. Same nutrition. Same environmental targets. Same cultivation philosophy. And yet... she is still Pheno B. She has her own structure. Her own rhythm. Her own way of filling the space. That's exactly why we're documenting these plants individually. We don't just want to know how Blue Waffle F1 performs. We want to see how each individual phenotype expresses herself under the same conditions. And Pheno B is giving us a very interesting chapter. 🌸 FROM GROWING TO FINISHING We're now moving further away from the training phase and deeper into the finishing phase. The structure has been established. The canopy has been managed. The support system is in place. The environment is stable. The nutrition is consistent. The airflow is moving. And now the flowers get to become the main story. That's why I'm deliberately resisting the temptation to keep changing things. We've already done the work. Now it's time to see what the plant does with it. 💡 The LumiFlora gives us one new variable to observe. Everything else? We're keeping steady. Because sometimes the best experiment is knowing when to stop experimenting. 😂💙 🔭 LOOKING AHEAD Over the next few weeks, I'll be watching Pheno B closely. The plant looks happy. The environment is stable. The structure is where we want it. Really happy with all 3 ladies looking nice and healthy and growing well hoping they going to start stacking on the weight now looking forward to the last 4 weeks or so keeping my fingers crossed they all finish lovely 🤞

Added another 1800w LED (pulls like 250w from the wall) to the 1800w one we already have. Provides a better even spread of light so they aren't all reaching for the middle and they can grow upwards towards the light instead. Raised average temps by a few degrees with still below 80 so its good. Ended up flooding the tent on accident when the water was left on and it drained our reservoir. The plants experienced some nutrient burn probably because of the 4 gallons of nutrient supplemented water they were flooded with. The time lapse will show the flood :P Refilled the reservoir with 5.8 pH'd water with no nutrients to help the nute burn. Did some defoliation and LST. Janice and Rachel were topped. Ended up accidentally snapping one of the lower branches on Monica and just propped it up and its healing well no issues. Have some great before and after pictures of some of the defoliation and growth on the plants. With the defoliation tons of new bud sights are growing well since the light can penetrate better and the addition of the new light helps too. The runt (Pheobe) is still.... runty. basically just gonna use the zkittlez to fill out some empty spaces that the sour grape kush doesn't fill. The sour grape kush is super bushy and is doing noticeably better.
