Tag 70 - Ende der 10. Woche. 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B 2 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - Overdrive Advanced Nutrients. Davon hat die Pflanze 1l an Tag 64 erhalten.

Had an issue with black leaf spotting, made a spray to try stop it spreading took off the infected leaves, doesn’t look like it’s spread to any new leaves since I started using the spray so fingers crossed, buds starting to form nicely though nice smell coming from her very sweet. End of week 7 I’m seeing orange hairs on my nice sugary buds but is this not to early? Buds are forming nicely very resinous n rock hard but still only quite small. I’m hoping they start to swell over the last few weeks!!

🌿 Lava Cake – Week 5 (First Week Flower) | Pre-Bloom & Heat Talk 🌿 The Lava Cakes have officially stepped into their flowering tent… though, to be fair, they’re still enjoying a little extra veg time before showing pistils. Both phenos are healthy, lush, and stretching beautifully, clearly ready for the show ahead. ⸻ 📸 Photo Studio Glam We took them out for another studio shoot, bright lights, clean background, and every angle showing off their deep greens and perfect branching. Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. But for flowering, we want to keep daytime temps closer to 24–28°C for optimal quality. ⸻ 💧 Watering Strategy We water when the soil dries to about 25% moisture remaining, this encourages: • Stronger root growth searching for water • Better oxygenation of the root zone • Less risk of root rot in warm temps Right now: They’re drinking daily due to the heat, so we’re feeding daily as well. ⸻ Current Feeding (per L of water) • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml With the increased drinking rate, nutrient uptake has increased — meaning no signs of deficiency, just steady lush green. ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead • AC installation will stabilize temps, allowing tighter VPD control • First signs of pistils should appear within the next 7–10 days • We’ll begin adjusting feed ratios for early bloom once flowers set • Light intensity will climb further as stretch continues ⸻ 💚 Closing Note: This week is all about momentum, heat or no heat, the Lava Cakes are pushing upward, prepping themselves for a heavy flower load. The environment tweaks are on the way, and we’re building them the perfect stage for their bloom performance. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Really enjoyed growing this girl, so much adventure :D To think I started her off thinking she is an autoflower and will be done in 3 months :D She is supposed to indica dominant but at >2m I think I got a more sativa dominant branch. Can't wait to smoke after all this time

Day 57 from seed the plant has been recovering very well from supercrop I supercrop two more branches because they were running into the light getting burn not only the leaves but the buds as well therefore no choice more HST but the plant is reacting well to the high training I also put some painters tape around the branches that I supercrop in order to allow them some support and allow some nutrients to continue to flow through the branch this situation is probably my fault because I choose 7 gallons pots I have never used such a big pot and the plans are definitely having lots of stretch room to grow looking forward to see this girl finishing and hoping she will be a monster. I know that most of the growers in this platform and elsewhere do defoliate and trim down all the lower branches of the plant so that the plant can concentrate all its energy into the higher bigger and better buds .and I do not do this because I drive the plants very hard with nutrients and those lower branches with small buds always give me the first sign of anything going wrong with her and that's why I leave them as a buffer zone to protect the bigger buds and that way I can push her as hard as I want. Thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

Week 8, nov 3. the middle plant was turning light green in the past couple of weeks so I flushed it with 60 liters of ph 5.9 water to see if it was locking out. Most of the plants have had calmag deficiencies even though I have been adding calmag every watering. perhaps I need some dolomite lime mixed in with the next promix to get a better ph and allow for nutrient uptake better (?)

Attached the net this week as they can now fit under it. Going to train them under the scrog Now using the bio canna range a full dose. Due to the temperature rising, I have now invested in another fan and changed the light schedule from 24/0 to 18/6.

The buds are getting bigger, two plants have started fading to yellow, while the one in the middle is severely overfed, which I did not realize at the time. Still quite happy with how they looked and that the canopy was quite even without much additional training besides the initial topping. I did bend the center plant's (the only one which wasn't topped) main branch to the side however.

By the third week of flower we are getting excited because we see the buds really bulk up. It is early on and we are seeing these top nodes take shape into colas. Here is the work put in this week: -Prepare each plant with 1 gallon of lukewarm water with 3 tsp Big Bloom, 2 tsp of Grow Big and 2 tsp of Tiger bloom. Oh and 5 mLs of Cal Mg. -pH the water to 6.5 and pour. -Shop Vac runoff. -Before tent lights turn on at 7AM, spray all 3 plants from top to underneath to the bottom to top of soil with GrowSafe. If you don't know what it is, look it up. Here is the solution concentration: 3.75 mL GrowSafe in 1 cup of H20. This is a preventative measure ;-) Then after that it is cleaning up the lower growth on the stems. Some people call it Lollipoping. I'm leaving virtually all fan leaves above 1/3-1/2 of the way up the plant. I tightened up the plant arrangement as well by placing them in a triangle shape. I believe this will help the two plants that were living at either end of the lights (where the light might not have been ideal) closer to the center. Now each plant has an even amount of light exposer. I also adjusted some branches with foam garden wire in such a way that evens out the height and width of canopy. The sour diesel buds grew the quickest at first. The do si dos buds are stacked under a lot of leaf growth. And the gelato buds, which started out as the smallest and slowest growing, sped up by the end of the week, almost catching up to the size of do si dos's buds. Thanks for reading my post :-) -

June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.
