Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap. Apologies for the large number of pics, but she’s so photogenic. 😎 #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

Day 35 flowering: Hi all. We are well onto the flowering periods now amd all the girls are beginning to smell and throw out lots of trichromes . The appearance and colours are also really coming out now for the different phenos is clearly have running. I think i have 3 differing ones on close inspection. #1and 3 are the same but #2and 4 are noticably different so far. #2 has very tightly formed raggy looking style buds and 4 has really open spikey looking ones. They have slightly different node distances too which effects hownthey cluster up. The colour contrast is slightly different between them too. The aromas is a fruity sweet one mainly and is starting to come out . With approx 3 full weeks to go , things will hopefully get swelling up now and adding the weight too. Still only needing the minimum waterings it seems and the wet /dry cycle makes this a very simple grow. The strain has been simple to work with so far and well worth the effort. Sweet cheese is about a week behind the other girls and is forming up in her natural shape well thensides look measly compared to the trained ladies I am used to working with but her main has some serious potential now. I can see how her main will become the donkey dick that I see on normal grows done natural but sjebhas a lot of leaf to bud at this time , so let's see how it ends up. be safe and well folks. peace and love GGD.

Skywalker OG — Week 2 VEG 🌱 12/12 from seed | Synganic approach Week two of vegetative growth comes to a close, and all phenotypes are behaving remarkably similar. Despite being grown in different containers (plastic pots and plastic bags), growth rhythm, structure, and overall development are nearly identical across the board. This kind of uniformity early on is always a good sign — it speaks to stable genetics and a plant that knows exactly what it wants to do. That excites me a lot, both for what’s happening now and for what’s coming later. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Development • Plants are currently working on their third node (third pair of true leaves) • Height sits around ~7 cm • Structure is compact and tight, with short internodes • No visible stress or irregular behavior Considering this is only Week 2 of VEG and the plants are running 12/12 from seed, this development is exactly where I want it to be. At this stage, the plants are clearly prioritizing root mass and underground work, and I fully accept — and respect — that pace. No rush. Foundations first. ⸻ 💡 Light Cycle Perspective Running 12/12 from seed means we shouldn’t expect explosive vertical growth early on. Instead, energy is redirected toward: • Root establishment • Hormonal balance • Structural preparation Top growth will come later — once the roots say they’re ready. ⸻ Nutrition & Feeding — Plagron Synganic Recipe For this run, I’m deliberately combining mineral precision with organic biological support, creating a synganic symbiosis rather than choosing one side. The idea is simple: • Minerals provide accuracy, availability, and control • Organics support microbial life, enzyme activity, and long-term soil health This approach allows the plant to: • Feed immediately when needed • Build a healthy rhizosphere for future stages • Avoid deficiencies while still staying biologically active Rather than forcing growth, the goal is to support the plant’s natural rhythm — letting roots, microbes, and nutrients work together. Same base recipe as the other diaries, but the intention here is clarity and balance, not speed. ⸻ 🧠 Final Thoughts Everything we’re seeing right now points in the right direction: • Consistency across phenotypes • Calm, controlled growth • Strong early structure These young Skywalker OGs are doing exactly what they should be doing at this stage — and that’s why I’m very happy with them. No chasing. No forcing. Just listening, observing, and guiding. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. FOR DISCOUNT CODES AND MORE JUST FOLLOW THE LINK https://website.beacons.ai/dogdoctorofficial NEW DISCORD - Official Server Invite Link : https://discord.gg/ksjAkA5T74 P.S.2— Light Intensity & Environment For clarity and reference, current light intensity is being kept in a moderate PPFD range, appropriate for early vegetative growth under 12/12 from seed. At this stage, the goal is not to push top growth, but to support: • Root development • Healthy leaf formation • Stress-free adaptation to the environment PPFD will be gradually increased as the plants establish themselves and signal readiness. Environment remains stable and consistent, allowing the plants to set their rhythm without unnecessary fluctuations. As always, light, environment, and nutrition are adjusted in response to the plant, not the calendar.

Welcome back to the last flowering update week. My Unit Farm test light grow of the UF2000. My house strain has been flushing for last two weeks. Fading and deficiency signs are showing as they should. I will be updating a harvest video/pictures this week after I finish the two days of darkness in a few days. Plant smell wonderful as it has in past grows. The UF2000 light for 100 watts did good in my little test area. It did not have a breeze while growing, and temps were lower then my growing rooms. Not by a lot though. The UF2000 is a great light for the price. I will be continuing to use it, and recommend it if you are on a budget. I will be doing a test grow with the UF4000 in a few months, when I start my new photoperiods. Will likely add the UF2000 in the canopy with it at that time. Thanks again UNITFARMLED_Justin. Update: 3days after this post. Plant was harvested and hung to dry. Thank you grow diaries community for the support. The likes, and follows are greatly appreciated. Showing your support for fellow growers 🌱👍. Also would like to invite you to my YouTube channel for more cannabis related videos.

Salute, topman. It is this bush that will be 160 grams, and all together with the neighboring ones - 780 grams of dry and 250 second-rate, although 1100-1250 was expected ... Probably overkill with the far red 660nm booster (one of the bushes was super bubbly and airy, but gave only 100g when 300g was expected...). In general, I try this beauty for the second time, the second time I am pleased, but this time with the most exquisite taste and smell. To say I recommend is an understatement! Look how it all began! ^^

Hi all, It the start of week three. Am thinking of switching the switch this week but since I am doing this grow with a bunch of WW 2nd gen clones and they seem to be drinking a bit too much (need to water everyday) I knew this would happen but didn't expect it to happen before flowering. I only filled the pots with 2/3 soil initially, so I topped all the WW and the SQ with a mix of worm casting (50%), fox farm ocean breeze 25%, Perlite 15% and coco 10%. Will wait two days to see if this will slow down my need to water the plants in smaller pots. WIll update this over the course of the week. Mid week update. I only tested out adding the wormcastling is to the WWs will wait and see cause I don’t think they like it that much. Will probably flip next week.

Week 4 was pretty solid for overall growth and for bud growth. I think the stretch phase is definitely done and the bud will start to pack on size from here on out. This seems like the fun part but it's becoming very smelly and sticky..extremely sticky. I touch it once and my fingers are glued together. Seems to me that they are all happy!! Normal feeding except for more bloom nutrients and no more adding nitrogen. I needed up buying Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz and gave the girls a nice feeding which they loved! I also bought a trellis net and added it, I also bought fabric pots but wont use until next run. I also got a Govee device to monitor humidity and temp better so I can dial in the VPD! Learning so much and VPD is definitely one of the most important aspects to dial in! So far so good this week! I'm loving the trellis net addition! Makes it look so nice! Thanks for any advice!!
