8/10 - In prep for flower I've got some Compost Tea brewing with a little Terp Tea Bloom by Roots Organics. .Also did a little selective defoliation 8/11 - Flipped the ladies to flower today! And all is good in the 8x4. 8/12 - Watered all the ladies with the Compost/Terp Tea. Also did some more defoliation and added some mosquito bits for added pest prevention.

Se muestra una gran cola principal. Es la genetica que mejor ha respondido, por no decir la mejor. Felicidades Royal Queen Seeds y MarsHydro 😁. Los cogollos han estirado muy rápido y se ha formado una larga cola principal con muchos cogollos en las ramas laterales, continua cargandose de resina. Las flores empiezan a engordar, queda poco para el lavado de raíces. 📆 Día 63 a 70: Riego con EC de 1050 a diario, los cogollos empiezan a madurar se acerca la cosecha, ha sido un cultivo muy rápido y sencillo.

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. I think, after this week, I'll "not" close the tent at night. I've read that around the 50th degree latitude a plant will stay in flower if it is kept in dark for 3 weeks and put out after the summer solstice June 21st. As long as the light is getting less at night the plants will stay in flowering... So, 1 week to go and I'll leave the tent open. The buds are bulking up now. Smells like tropical skunk in and around the greenhouse. Won a runner up prize in a Ganja Farmers photo contest and for my prize I'll get, 3 seeds of Kush Mints, 3 of Animal Cookies and 3 of Gorilla Gelato. 2 mostly indica and 1 hybrid. Seed descriptions said they are strong. Oh Boy... OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

Day 57, very happy so far, plants are just taking everything they get, a very easy strain to grow. Added Bud Explosion this week as flower has kicked in, really looking forward to the next month as temps drop in my part of the world. Thinking of letting temps be a little cooler in grow area as they seem to enjoy it. Thanks to those who comment I enjoy hearing from other fellow growers, learning new things and becoming better at growing this magnificent plant. Happy growing ✌️

I went in scared that I would screw this up and waste money. I kept learning and fell kore and kore in love with it. Now I’m building a room and already growing 7 plants moving to 20 🙏🏼😝

I was pleasantly surprised by the yield from these 2. Plant #1 (back left this grow) yielded a whopping 4.79 ounces, my 2nd biggest producer this grow! #2 yielded 3.57 ounces, which while the lowest of the 4, is still an extremely respectable yield for a single plant in a 4 plant tent! Especially one that received as little attention as this one did. #2 remained resilient the entire grow, however due to the placement of my tent received the least amount of attention/defoliation, which is consistent with its yield. #1 was more easily accessible, and while it did have cal mag & ph issues early on, still received significant defoliation and care, hence the larger yield. Overall very happy with this strain, I have 3 of these seeds on hand, so there’s a good chance you’ll see another Critical Orange Punch diary from me in the future! End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

The ladies are thriving, flipped to 12/12 today, put in week 1 of flower nuts and after 1 week of that.. I will put in my flower spectrum light for maximum results.

This week went good. Noticed some light burn so adjusted my light up and keep checking. Starting to get a smell now. They look happy and healthy!!
