Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. Wow!!! The green crack won't stop stretching. Everything else has stopped but the green crack is up to 26 inches now. It's slowing down but it's making me utilize my space wisely and get creative. May have to get some boxes or milk crates/books to put the other plants on to even the canopy. Buds are getting thicker slowly. I am going to upgrade lights next grow I believe. I'm still a beginner at this but 100w seems a bit weak for 4 plants. Things are looking nice though. Nothing really new, just holding all my variables and waiting patiently for harvest. Trying not to mess this up too badly. It's cooling off here in Southern Arizona so I've been sleeping with my windows open. The temperature is relatively constant in the tent. Still looking like the Zkittles will finish first. It's starting to smell noticeably when I open the tent. Have to air out the room a bit, lol.

She's moving along at a nice pace. Bulking up while giving no real issues. Has some nice mass to her. She's a wee bit taller. And if I could redo something it would be applying HST to her after preflower. Lovely dank lemon kush smell developing. Super sticky to the touch and building a boat load of trichomes. This is my 2nd SweetSeeds grow. And I'll 100% be doing this strain again. (As I know what it's like, its being curing 45 days now). Xpert nutrients have been a gift in their application to its ease and fast results, I simply can't praise them enough. Has brought my bud quality up easily 2-3x and Increased bud quantity. Although, that's me knowing by looking at the plants. I roughly weight stuff, I know I got 1850 dry grams from 45 plants. 13-15 were 8L pots and small such as this. So, this was 1 of the biggest yeilders out of the lot.(crop is finished and burnt my way through 2/3rds of it, I've about a halfo of this for my night time smoke, while my last 6 plants from this crop have been curing 3 weeks now and will soon be smoked) biggest crop I've done. 45 plants was a feat, a real task keeping track with whos on what and using xpert nutrients made it much smoother and any slight ph mistakes or overf/under feeds didn't destroy 1 plant to the point were it was culled. Overall very happy with the grow. Got 24oz of very dense nugs! I also managed to get 2oz of less dense but still pretty bag-appeal, and a shit ton of trim which I made into tidy ass brownies, which have made typing this incredibly difficult😂! Both of these strains are definitely bed time strains. The Critical kush is has the usual overwhelming kush taste, however the peyote(purple nugs) have a very sweet / flowery taste and smell. Disappointed I only done 1 peyote but more than happy with the critical. Would definitely grow both these strains again!

Week 10 - September 25, 2020 Day 4

So far I’ve had a strain of diesel & candy kush sprout & the ww was not successful in the coco coir as it’s been quite dry & overcast outdoors lately so I decided to take an indoor approach which has been more successful & pest free. I put another candy kush & turbo diesel seed in a glass of water & already got the seed of candy k to split open so I’ve moved it into to a moist paper towel in a zip bag &’ll plant it in coco coir once the root is nice n long enough to transfer into a pot. Also I’m smh 🤦‍♂️🏽 because I’ve had more success with a $24 grow light bulb from homedepot but none whatsoever with my $160 viper spectra 1500 grow light for the vegetative cycle🤷‍♂️🏾. Can someone tell me what’s the best brightness range & distance from 5%-100% when using the viper spectra 1500 for all stages? Because I’m ready to resell it on Amazon at this point.

Hello friends, we are all good and we are already at the finishing stage. This beauty has been making us happy since the first day and she has not let us down, she has grown very sticky, tasty and most importantly she is very strong, the effect is just a bomb, strong and long-lasting, a very cool variety, thanks to Anesia Seeds for such cool genetics.

Lots of sun this week, she's reached 70 inches already. Bounce back from that topping with no problem I'm glad that I left it to heal. I gave some DE to the leaves to keep away the spotted lantern flys. I also top dressed with 2 cups of Gia Green 4-4-4. At the end of the week god one watering with Boogie Brew.

She's looking absolutely gorgeous, super healthy and as strong as a tree guys! So glad to be working with her, so let's see what the future holds for this beautiful lady! 💚❤️😍

Start of week 5 gonna hit these girls with some water ph’d a little bit higher see if that helps with the white tips but seems to be doing better Update 3/13: fed them with 1/3 of a gallon each plant with feed ph’d at 7.5 blue lab pen said my soil ph was at 5.7 causing the white tips let’s see how these girls do within the next 3 days 3/17 update soil PH has been brought up to 6.5.. all good and doing wat better end of week 5

All the plants are doing well. Banana #1 is definitely ahead of the others in her flower but the other two are coming along these are all taken on day 48. They are averaging a growth of 2 cm a day in growth. We have changed them the last two weeks to 18/6 lighting and it seems to be helping them in general. The last two watering they received no food as we felt we had been giving them too much nutrients and wanted to give them a wee break. They will be fed tomorrow. Still not sure what the yellow spots on the leaves are but I think it’s something to do with the nutrients they received, I had thought it was lack of Cal/Mag but no one else thought so. They have never been given Cal/Mag before.
