Week 8 Here came fall. End of last week plant seemed hungry, the fade wasn't progressing as supposed so I gave her two nutes round with only water round in between them. I used bottled feeding: biobizz biobloom + top max (2ml each per liter), ghe ripen (2ml per liter), solved micronutrients and calmag (not mixed, one time one the next the other, 1-0,5 ml per lt). Solution EC was about 1,4, starting with 0,3 tap water. She reacted well to the feeding in my opinion. now the fade is progressing more naturally. I did observe that the plant under the less powerful COBS in the same tent are doing better then the ones under the sp250 wich has a higher par output, so I raised the light to 45-50cm from canopy. This had a positive effect on the plants imho. I'll stay a little bit further from the beginning in my next grow. I took a sample under the microscope to take some tricho pictures, they look beautifully clouded but the buds still has to ripen some 50% more. Based on that I think we are arriving to an end in 10-15 days max. Happy bottanic guys

#1 stretched a good amount and has great structure and normal growth. #2 is a mutant I put up some mutations on the fan leaves that look pretty cool. Tough structure to work with it's short and has strange internodes. Everything is healthy as it could be right now. The heater made such a big difference I couldn't be happier with how these are growing at this point hopefully it keeps up. Been removing fan leaves here and there but I'm trying to hold off until day 21 and I might give them all a pretty heavy leaf strip. I read something saying defoliate heavy on day 21 and 42 to increase yields so I might give that a shot. These lights are the real deal I got a meter and even tho I barely know how to read it I'm getting much better canopy penetration and the flexibility of having 4 separate units instead of 2 is going to come in handy. Soon I will put all the shorter plants on one side and tall on the other and adjust the lights accordingly. last 3 days no watering and last 48 no light. drying conditions are RH 50% and temp 14°C.

Growing well . It is slightly bigger than the cinderella jack I am growing in soil in the same tent. It's definitley growing faster. I am seeing a calcium deficiency that I missed earlier on . I ordered some cal mag . I am expecting a full recovery. Also I had to add a bit of great white mycorhizzae to the mix because I was seeing alot of brown spots on my roots. It is starting to clear up. I also bought a better air stone to increase oxygen levels

Hello fellow grower Week 2, seedlings developments are performing very well under the Mars Hydro FC6500. Raising the light just a bit, using the same distance that I was using with the Mars Hydro SP3000. _________________________________________________ Transplanting into 1.8l pots, they will last 4-5 weeks, perfect intermediary size just to make watering easier and to keep the control on it. I've reduced the EC to 1.4 this week, a bit lower than I initially planned for, but I decided to keep it like that, at least for the week. There isn't much going on, aside from the continuing fox-tailing on the NYC and BJ. I will probably chop the CBD very soon and maybe the SAD shortly after.

Hey! At last the day of the harvest arrived. Before that, I stopped watering the plant 4 days ago, and turned off the lights 2 days ago. As for questionable techniques, I adhere to the principle - if it doesn’t get worse, why not try?😄 So, I put the harvested crop in a dark ventilated box, for about 10 days, I will observe. p.s. Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

This plant drinks like a camel

Did some more LST on her and she liked it. Looks Like nothing happened to her. She's showing First signs of flowering Like getting pistols and Stretching a little Bit. I Hope she'll get bigger soon. Stay tuned 🤙🏽

10 November 2020 SunSet-Sherbet Well this week is just another week by now, this lady has been threading through the scrog throughout the week and I believe this lady has finished here stretching and is in full on flowering mode now. Normally a plant stretches the first few weeks into flower to stop the growth and use the nutrients it’s getting now is used to store in the nugs and not the growth anymore. Each cola of each branch has reached the scrog net and has a decent amount of light exposure due to the fact that I only has one light for 2 plants and the spread of the light isn’t the best. Started making actual looking hairy heads with the on them 😁 the leaf spread is just getting a lot. Do-Si-Wine This plant is doing splendid due to fact that the long and stretchy-ness of these branches has reached the scrog net above and beyond which makes it a lot easier to thread through the scrog and to get as much light exposure as possible for more thicker nugs 🤓 The heads on this lady has started making THC 😁 the nugs are starting slowly to turn white which is very cool, because the plant is a dark green with WHITE nugs. One branched has snapped which is quiet delicate and grows above the rest if the canopy and causes shadow from on the bottom branches.

Very close to beginning to LST. I figure either in this week, or starting next week. Overall each day these plants have grown a good amount, They have good color, they are all growing quickly (the one small one is 1 week behind and had a rougher over all experience. He was planted into a tent that already had higher wattage being pumped into it, so I don't expect much from it.) So far, they all appear to be female!

Going well, started flowering . From what I've read about growing Auto's, it says to feed them about half the amount of what you would a photoperiod plant, but i have been giving her nearly full strength nutrients & she is doing great. Week 5 So far I have really enjoyed watching this beautiful strain grow. I’ve had a few issues but she is so resilient. Great for any beginner like myself I reckon. Beautiful growth and some of the lower branches are taller than the main cola. Awesome I think she’s gonna pack out some peng bud. Time will tell. She’s beginning to smell ever so slightly
