Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!

BOOMING. Have had an unusual amount of thrips and noticed a few Katydid nymphs on Tuesday (7/22), so I hit everything with 1.5tsp Neem Oil and 1 tsp of Dr Brommers soap in a 1 qt sprayer. I also decided to do my only planned dusting of Diatomaceous Earth. Executed that on Wednesday, 7/23, and also top dressed with DE to attack larvae. Thursday 7/24 Mixed up first batch of flowering top dressing. I put it into a 55 gal garbage can and watered it to get the cooking process started. Will only let it go for a week or so and then will top dress the girls.

🌿 Super Silver Haze – Harvest Report (Zamnesia Seeds) Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Super Silver Haze Breeder: Zamnesia Seeds Lights: Future of Grow Black Series 600W | ThinkGrow ICL-300 | Lumatek Zeus 465 Compact Pro Control System: TrolMaster Hydro-X Ecosystem Medium: Custom Super Soil Mix with Aptus Holland Amendments Environment: 8x8 Shared Tent | Day Temp 29.6°C | RH 67% | CO₂ 700 ppm ✨ From Seed to Soul – A Legendary Journey What a ride this one was. From the first spark of life in the Cannakan to the final aromatic breath from the Groove Bags, this Super Silver Haze journey was everything—a perfect reflection of the plant herself: bright, strong, unpredictable, and utterly timeless. Three seeds were germinated — all three came out strong, though one was shy. From there, two phenos took the lead, both with stunning vigor, hybrid leaves, and perfectly compact growth. Throughout veg and flower, they mirrored each other so closely it felt like growing twins. There were highs — lush foliage, incredible root growth, and perfect structure — and there were lows — a bout of bud rot, handled quickly and carefully. But like in life, every setback was a lesson. The environment taught us, the plants guided us, and we adapted. 💧 Feeding & Soil The foundation of this run was a custom super soil charged with Aptus Holland amendments — Mycor-Mix, Micro-Mix, and Substrate Buffer Powder. Throughout veg and early flower, the girls enjoyed a balanced routine of: Aptus Regulator – For strength & stress control Aptus CalMag Boost – Supporting cell structure Plagron Power Buds, Sugar Royal & Green Sensation – Enhancing bloom, resin & sweetness Aptus All-in-One Liquid & Top Booster – Brought in at key stages for balance and final push By the final weeks, we tapered down to pure water — a gentle flush that allowed the plant to use her own reserves. This stage is vital; it purifies the flavor, softens the smoke, and reveals the true essence of the strain. 🌬️ The Harvest The girls were harvested whole and dried for about 14 days at 60°F (15.5°C) and 60% RH, the perfect “60/60” for slow, even drying. Branches were ready when they snapped cleanly — a satisfying sound of readiness. Trimming was done entirely by hand on a Trim Bin, using Zamnesia curved blade scissors — slow, patient, and meditative. Frost everywhere. The gloves were covered in resin, leaving behind sticky charas that smelled like pure nostalgia. Yields: 🌿 Pheno #1: 153.15 g of dry, dense, frosted flowers 🌿 Pheno #2: 126 g of equally beautiful, slightly sweeter buds 🍋 Aroma, Flavor & Smoke Open a Groove Bag and you’re met with a wave — sweet citrus, ripe fruit, and that unmistakable Haze spice. Both phenos share the same terpene fingerprint, but #1 carries a deeper, earthier tone while #2 shines with fruity brightness. The smoke itself is smooth, creamy, and elegant — full-bodied yet gentle. Inhale: Fruity citrus sweetness Exhale: Earthy, classic Haze with a spicy afterglow It’s like smoking sunshine filtered through memory. 🌀 Curing – Glass & Groove Bags Curing took place in Groove Bags and glass jars — both excellent, but different in spirit. Glass jars (Pheno #2): require daily “burping,” opening to let moisture escape. Groove Bags (Pheno #1): a modern evolution — engineered with breathable film that automatically balances RH. No burping, no fuss, just perfection. The result? Two styles of cure, both producing world-class aroma and velvet texture. ⚙️ Gear That Shaped the Legend Zamnesia Seeds – For the timeless Super Silver Haze genetics Aptus Holland – For balanced, bioavailable nutrition Plagron – For the bloom magic and resin push Future of Grow, ThinkGrow, Lumatek – For perfect full-spectrum lighting TrolMaster Hydro-X System – The digital brain of the grow Grove Bags – For preserving freshness and flavor Each piece of gear played a part in writing this chapter. 🌈 Reflections & Gratitude This run was a story of resilience — of learning, adapting, and never losing faith. Bud rot appeared, but so did strength. Mistakes came, but so did lessons. And in the end, she rewarded us with medicine so beautiful it transcends the difficulties. To everyone following the journey — the growers, lovers, haters, dreamers, sponsors, and the Zamnesia family — thank you. This wouldn’t be possible without you. Week 10-12 This week the Purple Queen really going to the moon. Northern lights is growing buds and smells beautiful. Change water every week. Had problem with ppm in the water, it's was higher the day after even if I put fresh water in. Did read it can develop salt around roots soni flush it and now is dropping 100 ppm a day at least. Still a bit worried about not enough space between buds and wondering if they going to grow alot taler.

What a beautiful week this was, jeez. The Daily High Club products really just make the environment so much better. You see that this is a really high quality light and the girls show that too. It’s so fun to see 3 same strain seeds performing soooo different from each other even when all the other factors are the same. We have the small one, which really looks funny and definitely not the way she should look. But hey I don’t want to break up the family. The middle sister is performing right on target, just as the books are saying she is performing like that. And then we have Olga, she doesn’t listen to the books she just has great genes 🍀 She is blessed with a strong stem and strong arms with more than 5 fingers humans has, she has 7! LOL So anyway learning a lot with what to do and what not to, I’m trying to keep the temperature around 28C when the humidity is around 65-70%. In week 4 im going to decrease the humidity by 5%. I’m also giving 1 half table spoon of kind of molasses solution and they responded immediately after that with big growth. Enjoy the pictures and see how these Mephisto girls perform in and under Daily High Club products!

Starting my first grow in the new tent with my first Mephisto seeds. Grabbed these from seedslocker a few months ago and they've been sitting in my seed vault in the fridge since. Popped them in a glass of water at 8pm on 10/18. Broke out the AC Infinity propagation system and added a bit of RO water to some coco pucks. About 24 hours later they sunk in the glass and had opened up a bit with root peaking out, so into the pucks they went on the evening of 10/19. No real movement on 10/20, turned the heat pad off because they were a little warm. Morning of 10/21 the Compound V I have in the propagator is popping and the pucks for the Fugue State seem to be moving a bit, I think they'll make their way out tonight. Opened vents on the dome to let them breathe a bit more. Fugue State all popping / on the cusp of popping by the early evening. Solid day of sprouting. 10/22 continued to develop as seedlings, one of the Fugue State is a bit stuck in it's shell, hoping it pops through soon. 10/23 transplanted into grow tent, working on dialing in humidity and temp. Dialed in lights at 1.5ft and level 2, checked with PAR meter and DLI calculator. #2 still stuck in it's shell, let's go little buddy! The tent has been stood up and cooking a bit w/ the lights blazing and a dehumidifier running to dry out our soil a bit. Had issues with fungus gnats last grow and I'm trying to prevent that this time. Ordered some beneficial nematodes as a line of defense and sprayed soil with a good soak of neem oil as a precaution after drying out. Sticky traps show no gnats so far. Soil is Coast Of Maine Stonington Blend Aeration Formula, a 70 / 30 Coco / Perlite blend that I've used before. I have Coast of Maine dry nutrients and Fox Farm liquid nutrients, will likely try to stick to the dry nutrients unless fungus gnats emerge again. Soil is in 5 gallon fabric pots. I added 2/3 cup of Stonington Blend Plant Food and 1/3 cup of Wiscasset Blend Earthworm Castings to each pot along with some Mycorrhizal Fungi spores and worked it in. I have been using the AC Infinity self watering bases but as I'm running 6 total plants this grow I've ordered the new Vivosun self watering bases to compare them.
