For ten days or so, this zebra Stripe was stuffed in the corner of a 3x3 dominated by a 30 gallon pot filled to the brim with Apple Glitter, but now she's free! The environment is unstable and not ideal most of the time, but it's starting to fill out now that I've defoliated and it's not so crammed.

Start of a new week with plenty growth, she’s flying every day. Added pk half ml on top of 2ml feed every 4 days she will probably get 3 more doses of pk at 1ml providing she reacts to the small dose well The lower leaves that where slowly turning yellow shot to yellow almost overnight after giving her half a ml of pk. Buds are swelling up with rapid growth so I’m hoping she’s focusing more on flower as I have just gave her another dose 3 days later...

SOOOOO sorry guys!! I’ve been slacking on this diary ive been doing so much work on the new grow room and been pretty busy with this beautiful harvest I just chopped 😍 Buttt The WET BETTIES have been doing amazing you can totally tell the difference in the pheno’s 2 of the girls are growing super tall and lengthy while the other 4 are staying short and bushy! About 2 and a half weeks ago I topped them and kept doing so until I had about 16 top sights I’ve been letting them grow after that so those tops can turn to colas ! This is the last week or so of Veg for these girls before turning to flower and getting to see those beautiful buds from this exotic strain! I’ll be moving them into 5 gallon fabric pots this weekend so they have all the room they need to stretch out their little roots. I’m super excited and can’t wait to show you guys the next batch of seeds we’re growing!! #GarciasGarden @exoticgenetix P.S. Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. Showed around my yard a bit. Lots of nectar giving plants and bushes for the humming bird's, butterfly's and bee's. Smells wonderful in here With the LemonPaya and the RainBow Melon in here it smells like tropical skunk. Yum. The plants are growing well and everything seems good. The buds are bulking up and getting sticky. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Finally getting all caught up here. Sorry not more details, but the dates on photos are accurate from iPhone timestamp. Skipped a few nutrient feedings due to still fighting what I thought was a ph issue, so we’ll see how she reacts to being fed on 11/19.

Sadly, this week might be the end of this grow. We had a water pipe break. Flooding in the house. Releasing mold and allergens in the air that are making me have to leave the home. Made worse by floor dryers. Post cancer, my immune system is still weak. I’m bringing in an environmental inspector. I need to find out if the plants are affected. Or, if they would have ill effects on me. 11/28 - I’m going to keep going for at least the experience. I’m not quitting. We will have anything harvested checked. Or, I’ll just dispose of it. I haven’t decided. I can’t find a clear answer on safety issues. Let’s see what happens!

As you can see, I don't do heavy defoliation on my plants as I think it's not natural to shock them like that. I don't give a flying f@ck about yield. My philosophy is turned towards good flavors before all and I like to follow plants development in more natural way when comes to defoliation. I believe that plant will always adapt and focus on where energy comes from, and in indoor grows we all know that bottoms will get bleachy as we enter late flowering. On the other side, nobody wants mids and small buds, so yes, of course I remove bottoms, but only first few nodes and not in a way of lollipopping or something like that. I'm just trying to be in balance with natural process of plant development at all times. I'm not saying defoliation is wrong, but since I never grow the same cultivar twice, it's way safer to observe their natural behaviour, instead of forcing techniquies other growers are claiming to be "the best". With that being said, my plants are exploding from happiness, as you can see. I got two of more indica leaning phenotypes and two taller - more sativa alike specimens. But all have a distinctive OG structure and smell is getting super intense. It smells diesel and chem like no run before. It's the reason why I'm growing it in the first place. And what better way to try out the true OG than from the original creators of White Fire OG. Yes. If you didn't know Terence and Philip, in collab with Rascal, the real OG's, also known as Payaso and Cannabis Gardener, are behind the legendary OG cross and all the rest are just white labeling this famous cross. Know your genetics, brothers and sisters. There are too many copycats out there, so try to show respect to the origins. Noone can make a patent on a certain cultivar, but we as consumers, need to know who are we going to support in the future. Breeding is art and I like to pay respect to those who actually do the work of breeding. Just look at the Blue Dream for instance. Do we actually know who stands behind this cross and who has the original tissue of this genetics? Ask Google a little bit, dig in, and you'll be shocked. Show respect to those who truly deserve one. Day 36: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: I removed a few more leaves here and there and did one last round of LST (low stress training). 🌿 The plants are looking great, and I'm going to let them recover now before sending them into the flowering stage. I'm really excited to see them start blooming in 2-3 weeks! Also, a quick update on our temperature issue: today, the temperature stayed below 26.8°C, which is great news! However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Does anyone have tips for a good humidifier or other methods to control the humidity and temperature? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Day 37: Hey everyone! Tomorrow, we're planning to buy some Cal-Mag because we suspect the yellowing leaves might be due to a calcium-magnesium deficiency. We're also going to get a pH test kit to make sure everything is balanced properly. Do you think this is a good idea? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Day 38: Hey everyone! Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. We increased the fertilizer dosage today, so the plants should start looking better in 4 to 5 days. 🌿 Thanks for all the support and suggestions Day 39: Hey everyone! Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Excited to see how they continue to develop!"

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Another Defoliation at the end of stretch this week for the Northern and she's now in full bud mode at end of Week 8. 3-4 left I think before the chop and she's just a happy monster. Buds forming nicely on't Chemdawg despite a bit of Nutrient Burn on some of the leaves. Skipped a feed last week and replaced with Molasses only just to help her fight off the excess 2nd Chemdawg looks like she will bud from head to toe a fairly straight forward week for all the girls but started to stink and show their flowers nicely. Two low branch broke off due to wind and stem wasnt stong enough for weight of the buds....other than that just a handful or two of defoliation every two day or so....makes trimming ez lol

03/05/2021 Beginning of week 4 looking good, I think she will start flowering in week 5-6, so I might top her, she is growing fast so I hope it will not harm flowering time. Ps. I did top And 24 hours later I can see all is well, where I topped her is healing, and side branches responding! I know she will be ready for flowering. Check out video and see.
