2/23: Saddest leaves ever, but still chugging along. 2/26: bud sites are still fattening up everyday. I'm officially down to one plant!

Day 0 - She's in a red solo cup, that has been cut in 1/2, and has 5 small holes in the bottom! The idea is that she's building a tight root ball, and will explode upon transplant! Can also slip a sandwich bag over top, as a humidity dome! Day 7 - Thinking that she should have the small pot rooted by day 10.

Tale of Two Plants. One "self topped" and split nicely, the other just chugged along. This grow will define if I top again in the future as I had previously decided to just let them grow.

Trichomes are everywhere around this 2 purple punch. The middle plant is more frosty due to the nutrient feeding stress( bat guano powder topdressed). Most of the fan leaves have burnt off crispy but the sugar leaves are not disturbed. I will be watering plain PH water once a week to stimulate draught and humidity and temperature down. I noticed that when the plant is in stress mode during mid flowering, trichomes tend to form fast i guess it is the defence mechanism. The genetics from my local nation is top notch. The centre plant i am keeping a 2week time frame to harvest if the sugar leaves yellow soon.

Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 97grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! Die Blüten wurden zur Hälfte nass getrimmt. Die Trocknung erfolgte im Growzelt mit Ventilator und Abluft bei einer Temperatur von 22 Grad Celsius und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von ca. 56 Prozent über 7-9 Tage. Bei der täglichen Kontrolle habe ich wenige Blüten gefunden, die ich entsorgen musste. Sie braucht schon etwas Aufmerksamkeit, die Shaman. Anschließend wurden die Blüten trocken weiter getrimmt und zum Aushärten mit Boveda 62% in Schnappdeckelgläsern bei 20 Grad in einem Eichenschrank gelagert. Das Endprodukt und ein abschließender Konsumreport folgen ca. Mitte November. Ich bin ziemlich happy! 💚

91 Grapes day 80; Well for a plant that is supposed to grow a 65 day from sprout she still has some time left to finish. Buds are stacking in true chem91 fashion super dense and chunky but the smell is nothing short of downright grapes, it’s the same smell of grape koolaid when you tear into a package, or a grape pixie stick.

Easy,fast,fat,dense,stinky,sticky and absolutely tasty. These were 2 clones I took at the middle of flowering and the only retreat or issues I had is I wish I would have vegged these two clones at least 3 weeks more. Dos si Dos 33 from Barney's Farm is one the most beautiful strains to look at. !!!!

They loving life so far, bushy and short, topped her and removed some of the big fan leaves. Love this strain👌🏼, didn't face any issues so far since it's my first grow. Last week before sending them to flowering, trying to give them some shape, making sure all leaves getting enough light, looking so healthy.

Probably 2-3 weeks left, giving them nutrients almost every watering. They started to smell really nice, very frutiy. Hopefully this lasts after curing (:

2/7: Did a thorough feeding today, and also foliar fed with Microlife Maximum Blooms. Added humic acid. 2/12: Fed today..no time for anything else..

Day 36 Starting supercrop! Day 38 Second toppings!

This has been such a long journey, finally starting to see some real stack up. I started my first photoperiod grow with 3 strains. This OG Kush and Sour Diesel from RQS, and a land race Afghani strain from Zamnesia. The OG Kush came inside a month ago to make room on my tiny deck for the Christmas tree Afghani out on the porch. The Afghani is over 7 feet tall and frosty stacking hard, picture labeled. The Sour Diesel grew far too big for a tiny suburban deck, she got chopped and relocated. I hope i made the right decisions, regardless man is this growing FUN!

Well the grow was very pleasant, she got amazing structure an look of the buds, very frosty and amazing smell...so thank you Mephisto genetics you did insane job. i have ordered few seed from Mephisto but they lost i guess(((coz i have not receive them. Week Thirteen Flower Week 7 - so the high humidity bite me, found some budrot on 3 headbuds of the orange sherbet and the gelato. It was easy to remove and everything else looked fine. I got a second venti and pumped up the exhaust fan. This was the problem, I kept the exhaust to low. Luckily after fixing the problem, the run ended without any more problem. At he time I planned the harvest date and decide to wait one more week to get full 8 weeks of flower. So one more week to report, after that the harvest results will be posted. I want to include some pics of the finished flowers, so this will take another week or so to post. Greetings
