Permanent Marker is really coming along now. She's in the first week of flower. I've added the UVA/ UVB bulb, and it's just stretching and looking really good. The leaves are a nice green colour, nice and lush. I'm still debating whether or not I should start any LST. The one branch after the FIM was a little bit taller than the other one, but it seems to have grown up really nicely now. There's about 4 really good ones at the same, or similar height. I will keep an eye on the tallest one, and if I do need to tie it down, I'll just use some soft garden twine to do that and I'll tie it to the edge of the pot. So we'll see how it goes. Although I am very tempted to just leave her and see how she grows. As an experiment without too much further intervention. So overall, I'm really happy with how she's done this week. And looking forward to next week and seeing how we get on. Here is what I did this week. I have added an additional 100Watt UVA/UVB lamp, as the uppermost canopy of Acapulco Gold is blocking pretty much everything in the tent. Hopefully, this will aid the shorter plants in surviving until I can harvest it. There will be so much more space and lighting. Was actually very fun growing it. Gave me some problems since it's my first grow but all in all was pretty easy. I harvested it 2 weeks ago and today I have put them in the jars for curing. Already smoked pretty much a lot of it ahhahaha I must say I love everything from taste to smell and looks.. smooth smoke and even the dry weight was 102 and I had already smoked a week worth of bud from it before taking a reading.. didn't even care how much... Always told myself... I'm just gonna taste it ahhahahaha 😭😭👿🤤🤤 so I guess the outcome would be like about 120g maybe?.. soo happy that my girl made it to the end and soo happy with results. She started the flowering weeks. We removed few leaves from the plant lower part.

Dia 134 y semana 6 de floración,ultimo dia de vida de las plantas. Este año ha sido un poco raro las plantas han crecido como monstruos tuvieron un crecimiento espectacular un tallo muy grande y junto con sus ramas flexibles y muy resistentes. Pero al llegar el engorde de floración no se porque les falto el empujon final para hinchar el cogollo, tiene muy buena pinta , mucha resina y muy fuerte buen olor pero me esperaba mas en la fase final. Cortamos ya que tambien habian orugas y no terminaba de eliminarlas por completo, la semana que viene era entera de lluvias así que decidi cortar un poco mas temprano para poder prevenir cualquier mal mayor, hay mucha gente que le gusta cortar antes de tiempo ya que el efecto es muy diferente, este año probaremos que tal.

Now that the plant has started flowering, I defoliated the excess leaf, focusing on apical buds. But unfortunately after defoliation and pressing the lst unfortunately plant b5 breaks the stem in its main apical bud. I was very sad but in life we have to learn from mistakes and stop complaining since the other 4 plants show good growth and vigor we will move on trying to minimize the errors.

Week 2

Day 40 from sprout: The watering helped the 30gal out after 1 day. 3/30 and 4/1 i topped each plant and continue to tuck leaves. Some defoliation on the lower fan leaves that were touching the medium a bit. I will defoliate a little more this week. Scrog will come out in another week or so. I am seeing some canoeing at the very top of each plant. Could be a pH thing or from heat but chances are its a pH thing. I'll keep an eye on it and lower the water pH i am giving it if it persists. Gave the 2L pot some water (a little top and mostly bottom water) on 4/1. Medium was looking very dry on top but wasnt showing signs of needing water so i didnt give it much.

I began the second week with 1/4 soil feed of NITRO that is added to the top layer of soil. I'm using Bigbudjuice throughout with a wet feed, and soil application. Day 9 is when the growth really started to happen as the seedlings seem to have good roots. Day 11 the girls were then given a 1/4 of budjuice watering which has resulted in some awesome growth over 3 days. During this week I've slowly increased the intensity while watching how the react and have shown no issues. Currently sitting at 350 Par and will being to.lower slowly to increase par to 450 PAR as the start into Veg. Also lowering RH slowly as well. I am a new grower, and I'm going slowly and steady while learning not to try to much or be crazy ambitious as a beginner. I also began a pre pest control spray on foliage with neem oil/Dr Bronners dish soap/water mix applying every 10-12 days. Thanks for stopping by and if you have any tips or advice it is all welcomed.
