The branching beast is doing well, but it's time again to bring her in a good shape. Also I'll set the LST new cause of the fast growing one of the branches started splitting up. So see ya next week when I maybe repot her in a bigger pot and cleaned her up!

Grüßt euch Freunde, Langsam kommen wir ans Ende der 5 Woche! Habe in dieser Woche keinen Bio grow zugeführt und eine Verbesserung festgestellt. Dafür wurde top Max angehoben und Bio Bloom. Fahre im weiteren Verlauf nun wieder nach Düngeschema fort. Viele der Blätter verfärben sich rötlich und die Blattspitzen der sugarleafs sind lila. Hoffe dass, das dann später auch im Produkt sichtbar ist. Sind also noch einige Wochen zu gehen, Bis dahin euch allen eine gute Woche !💚

Day 78. All is good, think next weekend is last day for two Alaskan Diesels. Need to put few pure water waterings through them. Other girls still need food, so I took all N and CalMag away and will keep feeding for few more weeks. Northern Lights are ridiculous behind ... But they were in shade and still trying to achieve something .... Happy Growing !!!

The Strain was quite easy to grow, it is compact and has tight internodal spacing. I would suggest to low stress train to spread the plant a bit. Go low on nutrients, she doesn't like to much.

This week's weather has been hot & humid with a few cold rainy days. These plants were given a top dress feed of Dr. Earth Vegetable & Flower Girl mix along with mushroom compost. Also added a molasses watering and BT foliar spray Nose: MP #4 - sweet cream MP #2 - coffee/chocolate, like bitter mocha GZ - sweet, rotting strawberries WC - sweet funk MP#1 & 3 - nothing noticable yet

Monday It’s beginning of week 4 and they are doing pretty well. The main stems are hard and strong and it’s impossible to bend them at that point. I am practicing a very light hand LST everyday like I am showing in the video. Tuesday Watering for both of them , you can follow the (simple) process in the videos. The plants are doing great except for a little issue on one of them that I will show you tomorrow. Topping or not ? May be beneficial so I’m about to do it. Fiming maybe ? Thursday Topping on video ! Taking it slow with the veg state to develop larger, stronger plants and it seems to be paying off. I've trimmed the lower leaves at least 3 times this week. I think I'm going to extend it out at least one more week before switching to flower state. Early in the week I switched from blue to purple to allow the branches to push through the screen more. Then mid-week blue, to rebuild the fan leaves, then back to purple once I rearranged everyone into their optimal positions for capturing light. I see a lot of potential for multiple colas. Each time I switched to purple, I raised the light up a few inches to help them stretch. As noted last week, lamp distance is being measured from top of net (not top of plant). I continue to add compost tea every Tuesday, which they love :-)

Outdoor coco 15g pots Progress: Lava cake is about week 6.5. Starting to ripen and get heavy. Buds are getting fat. Strong sweet cookie/ ice cream smell. Buds are getting more frosty. Buds are getting so heavy I installed a net on 3 of 4 and doing #4 soon. On my most mature plant - About 25-30% of pistils have turned color. Some trichomes are milky, none amber. Looks like plants are a few days apart. Marathon OG week 5 1/2. Still stacking and getting fat. Smells dank. Trichomes are showing up. The 20 gallon OG is growing into a monster. I’m still waiting for the heavy bud stacks…. Nutes: Bumping up ppm, the dry koolbloom and molasses, stopping regular koolbloom and grow. Looking to starting flushing the lava cake in a week or so. Feeding 2x a day; 3x on hot days. Weather: Had a good week of cooler temps until yesterday, when it was 97. Looking at hugs in the 80s this week, perfect. Pests: The moths and caterpillars are in full swing so I’m applying BT every morning. I’m working hard to reduce caterpillar 🐛 losses. We lost all of the top colas on a plant in another location 💔 . I’m only losing one bud at a time and not the entire colas so far. Wishing fat buds and monster harvests to all.

2/11/24 - Day 96 - Water change day!!! Everything is still going great. I'm just waiting on her to tell me what to do. Her leaves are just now starting to lighten up just a tad. The Trichomes are still a mix bag but mostly clear, with less then half cloudy and maybe 1% amber, maybe. So there is still some time. Keep in mind im going to flush her with just water for about a week. So whatever week i choose to start that there will be atleast one week left. 2/12/24 - Day 97 - She's FINALLY showing signs of the end! The leafs are starting to turn a light green. Soon a lot of the leaves will start to turn yellow. I'll check the Trichomes one more time and then we will start the flush. 2/14/24 - Day 100 - We are getting close, today is day 100 of the life cycle. In a week or two she will be coming down!

Day 58. Apparently the plant has a bit of excess Nitrogen, so I changed the fertilizer in the reservoir, removing CalMag I have lowered the levels and N, because CalMag has 4-0-0. Lowering the ppm to 650 (before 750). Thank you for the advice @SeedLover 😁 I also start to try the new microscope that has arrived today. :D Let's see how it progresses!

9/27 34 days old. Buds are coming on fast. This plant is in the corner of the tent and is not fully under the light. Buds are not growing as fast as the main plant. Still the plant is doing well for being so young. Fed today Fox Farm open sesame and Remo natures candy. 9/2 watered today. This plant is very oily and smells great.
