11/30 - 12/5: The bigger Zenzations has the beginnings of a small apex flower. Both Zenzations continue to look great, but the big story is the turn around the Black Jacks have made. They've tripled in height in 2 weeks and have nice, long lower branching. Both Gorilla Girls are stretching well now and have huge fan leaves, so I think they've still got some stretching to do. I dialed back the lights to 13 hours of daylight on the 4th. 12/6: I fed them today.

Went a bit ocerboard with the nutes last feeding, touched on >900ppm and they looked like they need a light flush down to 600ppm and start over from there.

My Zkittles is farther ahead of any of the others, she is really going yellow, she’s at day 67 but isn’t quite ready by the looks of the trichs, other than that and wishing I hadn’t underestimated these genetics and wishing I had put a scrog up when I had the chance and knowing I should have put one in. Lesson learned I’ll do better 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Keeping up the feeding ppm this week as we are getting to the end. May be pushing them a little more than I should but finding out how they react for next run. Still continuing to play with the light intensity and seeing how the girls react to my environment conditions when pushed harder. Could have backed off and stayed with 100, 300, 600, 900 PAR levels at the different stages but I have trying to go a little higher in the late stages and going over 1,000 PAR. Little more detail….. Day 2 of week 8 - Sunday 11th October Nutes in today, all looking good and pistils still coming through nicely.. Girls will need a bit of lower defoliation again but will wait till later this week.. UPDATE: Day 4 of week 8 Tuesday 13th October: More LST and defoliation today, pistils looking so lovely 😊! Nutes in as usual. Defo beginning to stretch so LST is proving a little tougher to do as the stems are getting much stronger now.. May have to abandon metal spikes and start tying down to the sides of the fabric pots. Things are moving much faster now and water intake in increasing too. Happy days! UPDATE: Day 6 of week 8 Thursday 15th Oct Nutes in and a little more LST. Really peeved as I bent the main stem a little too hard on one of the girls and she had a slight crease in the stem now 🤬... I hope this doesn’t affect her growth or that I loose the main cola.. But it’s too late to change it now so keeping my fingers crossed that she’s as hardy as a I think she is.. Only time will tell. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Enjoying this project immensely 😍❤️

Well it finally happened, the girls have outgrown the 4x4! Was mid week and was having a hard time keeping humidity below 65%. Thought of defoliating, but can't keep doing that weekly or it will shock them sooner than later. So I decided to move the front left plant to the 3x3 under the Photontek SQ300W, giving the girls in the 4x4 some much needed breathing room. Set about retraining the plants to maximise space in the big tent, and then flattened out the lonely girl in the 3x3. Crazy enough the 4x4 still looks full by end of week, and the one by itself is getting close to filling the 3x3! This could be a pretty big grow by the time we finish 🤞. Have the solo plant running on the older Autopot valves with 6mm hose, and already had one clogging issue. Seems really early on, in past would take 2-3 weeks so thinking maybe I didn't have the lines 100% clean to start. Either way easy fix just blow out the clog and flush the lines with a liter or so and back in business. Always remember to flush the on/off valve as well as the main valve in the tray. Otherwise raised the lights in 4x4 to their max height (5" from roof) and took all the slack out of the cables to keep them off the lights. Adjusted the ties on last day of the week, but things seem pretty set now in the big tent so will just be widening out the lone girl once she grows a bit more. I'm sure by end of week that tent will be packed as well!

Esta semana hubo un par de noches de tormenta, por suerte pude resguardarla bajo un invernadero improvisado y no sufrió daños. Aun sigue pidiendo bastante agua aunque no tanta como hace unas semanas. Queda poco para la cosecha, las colas están duras y pesadas, pero sus ramas parecen aguantar el peso sin problemas.

She is now in preflower showing budsite/tops. So far i counted 10. Still doing LST and did a light defoliation removing maybe 5 leaves. She is growing nicely with a decently even canopy. I have started 1/4 strength nutrients. Calmag, fox farms big bloom, and fox farms tiger bloom.

Day 15: Watermelon Zkittlez is looking strong. A little discolored but it is early growth and should work itself out. Kind of resembles watermelon rind to me which is quite the coincidence I think. First big feed: 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom, 2ml CALiMAgic, 1ml RapidStart, 1ml Floralicious Plus and 2.5ml Armor Si. RO water PH 6.0 Temp: 75º RH: 63% PPFD: 450 VPD: .53 kPa Day 16: She's looking about the same with some new leaf growth. I can't tell if she just has funky pigment in her leaves or if there is a deficiency going on. Her leaves look just like watermelon rind! Kind of weird but also maybe genetics. Will leave for now with no adjustments to nutes and see if new growth changes. No water no feed. Temp: 76º RH: 61% PPFD: 475 AVG VPD: .46 kPa Day 17: Happy, healthy, let grow! Applied first LST bend this morning. Should take nicely. Will feed tomorrow. Temp 77º RH: 55 % PPFD: 500 AVG VPD: .6kPa Day 18: Watermelon Zkittlez looks really funky. Something is going on with her but I'm not sure what exactly. There is clear pigmentation issues but again, why? Same nutes as all the other girls who all seem to be thriving. Can't figure it out unless it's genetic. Moved up and turned up the lights. Fed 250ml of 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom, 1ml RapidStart, 2.5ml ArmorSi, 2ml CALiMAGic and 1ml Floralicious in RO water PH 6.2 PPM: 750 Solution Temp: 69º. Tent Temp: 77º RH: 60% PPFD: 575 VPD: .44 kPa Day 19: Looking good. Tent Temp: 77º RH: 60% PPFD: 550 VPD: .44 kPa Day 20: Still looking good. New growth. Fed another 250ml RO water with 1ml RapidStart PH: 5.7 Tent Temp: 77º RH: 60% PPFD: 550 VPD: .44 kPa Day 21: End of Veg Week 3! Looking strong and healthy so far despite the extremely odd leaf colors. Close inspection shows some sort of deficiency or disease but all other ladies are receiving the same nutes in the same soil and grow conditions. All are very healthy. Has to be a genetic flaw in the bean. Will grow it out to see if it persists or corrects. Almost feeding/watering daily at this point, will up the solution volume and see if it will last a day or two longer. Fed 350ml-400ml of 4ml FloraMicro, 6ml FloraGro, 3ml FloraBloom, 1ml RapidStart, 2.5ml ArmorSi, 2ml CALiMAGic and 1ml Floralicious in RO water PH 6.2 PPM: 750 Solution Temp: 69º. So, they streched a lot, I had to bend severely. And so quick, like 5 cms in a day! They touch the light, I had no more room... I did a late FIM on 2 of them.... emergency I finally found a way to get the lamp 5 cms higher. Lukily it has stabilized but still, top of the buds are at 5 cms from light!!!! That's why I decided to drop the power at 50% and I lower the day light to 16 hours.
