Week 6 went well. The buds are putting out a second wave of pistils and are starting to fatten up. Jilly is starting to smell more and put out more trichs on sugar leaves. She smells very sweet and fruity so far.

Harvest starts today on Day 56. 36 Hours of darkness begins now. Watered yesterday. Don't have time to upload/process photos, will do so later. For now just the one video of trichomes. You can also see an unwelcome guest at the beginning, although I'm not sure if it's a spider mite. Not taking any chances though, and the trichomes have begun to decay anyways, so harvest time it is. I'm kind of in shock about reaching this point in the grow 😨 Day 57 - Harvest early tomorrow :) Going to control the humidity to be about 55%. Day 58 - Harvest. And oh my god that smell. Is...Grape soda, which has been sweetened a little too much. It's overpowering when smelling it, but it doesn't get the room too smelly (also have decent ventilation though). I'll post harvest and effects later, after it has dried for a few days and then cured for a week or two. Yield won't be much I think, somewhere between 20-30 grams. Wet weight with stems is around 75.

Just watering plain phd water. She's thickened up quite a bit in the last week.

It is on a heavy heart i bring this news. I don't know where to start..... I've had problems with almost every bug known to man..Nothing new.. I can usually control it... it's sad news I have to post ... My baby is probably not going to go as long as I want. I checked her Sunday 10/1/17 ( due to caterpillar damage ) ( moths are really bad this year in So. Cal ) She has suffered .. I found a small piece mold..buried in a cola. I cut the cola. You can see it in the pics. My worry is I have more. Every grower will tell you spider mites are the worst aka the Borg. But there not thinking of mold or bud rot. Which is got to be way worse . The mold comes from catapillar feces.. yah I know.. I'm just telling you the facts.. Now you know my worries. And they are big.. I will address this issue. It can only get worse... I am so depressed thinking about it. It is very upsetting. It is hard to tell you this. I almost feel like I failed. But I know I didn't. I'm sure not looking for any sympathy. Please .. It won't help. I will make the decision on what to do when i have more information which will be Friday night for me. I will then decide my action. To harvest all , part, or clean out colas by opening them up. Every grow has it's problems.. Outdoor problems are so much different. This has to be one of the most beautiful trees I have ever grown. Amazing growth. Pleased with these new LEDs. Lollipopped & defoliated, tried to leave some on the bottom, will probably pick a few more off this week Reducing lights to 11/13 and then to 10/14 at week 6. Trying something.(Emulating an autumn/fall environment with temprature drops also) Hopefully I can get the nice purple colours to come out. Will also be adding Deep Red now. UVA has been on all flower.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

420 Fastbuds Week 6 Gorilla Punch Auto What up what up everyone. Week 6 update on these two has been interesting non the less. The bigger of the two still showing signs of some calmag deficiency from what it appears. I've added one teaspoon/gal of General Hydroponics 3 part flora series to the feeding to give them an added boost as well as the one/gal teaspoon of GH Calimagic. All in all they seem to be flowering OK. The Temps have dropped the last week making a constant 55'f-60'f in the day and down to the 30's at night so keeping the tents warm enough will have to be part of the battle from here on out.
