Just a perfect outdoor grow, after last year I wasn't very confident that the plants would finish, but the dry weather helped a lot. It's about the journey too for me, just love to see them grow everyday, combat problems and have a big community here that's always willing to help!

18/05/2023 Day 36 - Today i finally fed her after 1 week without feeding. Kept almost the same feeding from last week, just removed root juice and alg-a-mic and rised MagNifiCal to 1,5 ml/L Day 37 - Today she stretched nicely and i noticed her first pre flowers so preflowering begins, next fedding i´ll add 1ml/L Alga Bloom and Top-Max and will slowly rise up to 4ml/L Day 39 - Today i fed her again, added 1ml/L Alga Bloom and 1ml/L Top-Max and rised MagNifiCal to 1,8 ml/L. Has been hot and dry these days. (for my zone). Day 40 - She´s growing well. This afternoon i sprayed under her leafs with Alg-a-mic. Soon i´ll defoliate her, so i want to give a good dose of vitamin b so she recovers beautifully. Day 41 - This morning sprayed her again before sunrise. I wont defoliate yet. Pot is already kind of light, so tomorrow is feeding day. Day 42 - Today i defoliated, did some LST and fed her. Added 0,5 ml/L Alga Bloom, making 1,5 ml/L in total. 😃

Plants grew fast. They're ready for going out now but they have to wait 2 more days. I had troubles finding balance between watering and nutrition. I'm waiting for some good soil in two days and I will transplant these girls in their 3g pots outside. I hope they make it two more days in this poor Cocomixture and that they survive a transplant in far richer soil in the sun.

Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

I'm so sad just because I cannot get a lot of jars full of this wonderful haze man! Damn I love her aroma to pieces her terps are just awesome suuper sweet but you still can feel the sativa haze smell,but it's got a lot of berry and fruity smell tho,thank god I have this wonderful strain in Photoperiod version and I'll be able to grow her,definitely love this strain,I'll add her to my Photoperiod abd automatics list,AWESOME STRAIN! can't wait to smoke this,100% organic pure and clean free of any chemical sh%t thank you guys hope you like my work 💚✌️🌱💛❤️

Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of flowering. 1 more week till harvest and the weather site said 27* c for the first few harvest days. That will be like 33* c in the greenhouse. Got some white sheets to put up to reflect back some of that heat. Saw some suspected "bud rot" on the tallest bud branch... You can see the brown leaves in the pics... I'll check it later. The thrips are liking plant #1. See the white marks on some of the leaves in the pics. But with 1 week left I won't spray anything. Should take about 5 days to cut down 6 plants. Then a few more to put them into the curing bags. I'll post some pics/video just before harvest next week. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.
