5/14 - Day 54/Day 14 Flower Water uptake is increasing significantly. Been watering about a half gallon to a gallon every 3 days. Stretch has started to begin so I've been starting to get more aggressive with the LST. Darker green color has started to return to the leaves. No signs of deficiencies and my girl looks happy and healthy.

Older plants are reacting very well to the earlier treatments (due to an unfortunate accident, one bud fell off, but it's an opportunity to learn cloning); the younger plant was given a 10cm riser and has been reacting great to the much stronger lighting for the past two days.

What up fam, weekly update on these ladies. So far they've dealt with the heat like champs. Thankfully I got my AC fixed and it's back up and running. So thank God as we're having a heat wave still with day temps in the high 90's. They're getting fed 16oz of fed daily. It's looking like maybe another week or two before they'll get harvested. Harvest day - I save my harvest post for the yield results so I have one more to follow. Beautiful grow though and really impressed with the yield and results. I typically only grow indoors, this is my first full outdoor grow with a photo actually. It definitely changed how I view growing seeing the plants react outdoors. Also I’m in newly legal NY state and we would not be here today if it wasn’t for people like Jack Herer fighting for us at the most difficult times to do it. Jack was born in Buffalo, NY so this grow was a grow to pay homage to a man that led the way. This strain has also won the 2nd most cannabis cups behind only Skunk #1 a strain well deserving of the Jack Herer name.

11-25 I had planted 2 Granddaddy purple seeds that had been soaking in water, one for 72 hours that had no taproot, and another that had been soaking in a glass of water for 24 hours that had a 1/2" taproot. I planted both in the same spot thinking the one with no taproot would not sprout. I was wrong they both sprouted which left me with 2 sprout growing within a cm of each other. Above is a video of me actually digging out the sprout and a pic of the plant 24 hours after transplant. Looks like she will survive as well as the other.

Today will be Day 44. The girls fan leave did grew back. I cut off the leaves that overshadowed the buds sites . I used half of Open Sesame 3g w/ Lotus 6 week in flower.

She's finishing in stride. The tops are still foxtailing and just keep on growing. There's a beautiful red/purple fade becoming on the leaves. The nugs lower on the canopy are insanely frosty. This is the best smelling Superboof cross I've ever smelled, and I smell atleast 1000+ packs each year. Deep Deep Red Fruit Punch + Black Cherry Fruit Punch+ Beautiful Orange Citrus background from the Superboof + sum earthy hashiness from Pure Michigan. My best plant yet in my opinion and a lot has to do with the banging genetics from Homegrown Genetics. I am absolutely blown away and will be running more! Maybe another week?
