Did a little defoliation

Okay so I'm trying something new, since I've gone away from a switch to water for the last week flush I harvested the tops and best smalls and packed the cannatrol full. I'm giving the under growth a bit more time to rippen before I harvest that for the the freezer. If this turns out to be a bad idea I'll not do it again in the future. The last long video is what's left in the tent right now. Let me know if any of you have experience doing this. Updated with a bunch of pictured of dried and cured. Ended up with 186g of beautiful flower. 72g of untrimmed smalls I'll make into RSO, I have a lot of back and nerve pain and RSO hands down the only thing that brings me actual relive, I'm late to the party on this one but I set a side part of the grow for it now. I let the under canopy and shorter tops go another 10 days feed at half strength and I'm glad I did, it ripened up nicely and definitely got a lot of color. I forgot to get pictures of that harvest but I will when I pull it from the freezer to wash. My test jar of this washed at 4+% (the last picture). Last update will be results of that wash. Last update on this one, I added a couple hash/rosin pics at the end. She washed from plant to rosin at 4.03% the terps are musky skunk, sweet pastries, and fresh Linen. I'd definitely grow this one again.

Welcome home

Had a little flush issue this week. Needed to leech the soil of any buildup from my soil grow. Plants are responding well. Large amounts of trichomes everywhere. Just hitting with the micro nutes and a few more tricks before we wrap up this grow. Running out of height in my closet these baby's are still stretching to the lights. Enjoying the grow and watchingy lady's do there thing.

Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. 08/29/24. Going into week 9 flower Day 65 out of the stated 71 Supposed to be 6 days left, but I’m thinking probably 2 weeks more. I’ll be checking trichs again today. Last I checked, a few milky. Nothing to report really. Giving nothing but water from here and decreasing light intensity to about 55% Will update if anything changes.

Starting to get close to the finish line now! Light is at 100% and they are stacking really nice! Can’t wait to see the final product! I’m really like the Cronk Grow nutrients. After trying Fast Bud Genetics for the first time, they are the only auto flower I will grow moving forward.
