Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Hey guys, Another Explosive week has passed and the plant seems to not stop growing, I have some side branches reaching 80cm while the main branch stopped at 68cm. I really hope it can produce nice buds. At the moment it still a little bit 'empty' hoping week 7 will make the flower explode, I really hope so... Oh so this is my first entry on GrowDiaries. This Red Dragon started from seed I believe sometime early April. It's been in a 2 gallon pot for a good month and now is ready to be transplanted in a 15 gallon cloth pot. I'm probably gonna do that today, with some fiming. I have a mix ready, made of 1/5 dirt,1/5 chicken manure, 2/5 peat moss, 2/5 perlite, and roughly a tablespoon of lime and sulfur, as well as bone meal and stove ashes. I'm a newbie experimenting so feel free to tell me if I'm doing it all wrong :D

I planned to give another week at least, but a powdery mildew kinda thing appeard so i decided to chop her.

Today I top dressed everyone with a full strength feed of nature’s pride bloom, compost, added bacteria, kelzyme calcium and a handful of promix. This will be the last feeding for both the blackberry breaths. It looks like everyone else is going to go 9-10 weeks so they will get 1 more feeding. Either way I’m going to harvest everything at once so the bbb’s are going to get extra ripe. The frost on the one pheno is insane. Smells are amazing so far too. Will report smell after drying. I just grabbed a full organic nutrient line for use in my next run. I got more of the nature’s pride veg and bloom dry amendments, boogie brew tea, kelzyme xx calcium, EM1 microbes and method 1pps spray. I will also be using Alaska fish emulsion (5-1-1) worm castings, WOW mycorrhizae and a pre inoculated 50/50 coco promix blend. Seeds came in!!! They hooked it up fat too. I got the 12 dolato seeds I ordered plus Slurricane F1 x6 and puro loco x6. The puro locos are going to be used for outdoor and I might do a little pheno hunt of the slurricane this year. The F1 is supposed to be better or more likely to show genes from both parents. Can’t wait! So today I forgot to water and it really looks like it shocked them... they all drooped like crazy and yellowed out more. I got them all watered and raised the light to ease some of the stress. Worst time possible to forget a watering!!! Won’t let it happen again. I was reading that PPFD levels over 1000 require added co2 and my light is well above 1000 at 8”. That could also be another reason my plants yellowed out so quickly. Next round I’m going to up the nutes and get one of those bottles of co2 and see if they make a difference. I would have to keep my filter on a timer so it wouldn’t deplete so fast. Or just use it for the parts of my grow that doesn’t need a filter. I didn’t even need the filter until week 3-4 of flower. I cleaned the sock on my carbon filter and now it’s just sucking the life out of my tent. The humidity went from being too high to being too low. Going to lower the speed until the humidity is proper. This tent isn’t that old and that filter sock was disgusting. Going to try stablizing my RO water with a bit of snow in the winter and rain in the summer

05.01.2023 Day 31 I don't even know where to start. These Truffaloha's are by far the most iced out plants I have ever grown. #1 is the most uniform plant while #2 is the prettiest and #3 the iciest one. They are also extremely stinky . If these smoke half as good as they look this will be the best smoke of my life 5.3.2023 day 33 I took some cuts of my mother plants. I will Flower them out and keep the clones as a new mom

Not much to report this week, strung up the yoyo’s on D60, stretch seems like it’s almost over, some of the colas at the back are a couple inches too close but I can’t really get at the back anymore (usual issue with my set up). All bud sites are forming well, time to sit back and watch them bulk up over the next couple weeks 😎

Now we are in week 8. Plants stopped growing. I will let them grow two more weeks and then I will at least harvest two of them. Depending on the trichomes I will keep the other two for 4-5 weeks more, because I will be away ... traveling lets hope that the sun is coming out again and that the buds get bigger and bigger in the last two weeks. BTW I stopped giving any type of nutrients, just water.

Gaining weight! 2-3 weeks left until the end of the cycle, in 3-5 days. I plan to completely remove Nitrogen! The last week I fed N-P-K: 170-100-350 ppm

All the girls looking good all have bud forming on their tops this strain has been really with no problems at all. All except one has staid short and bushy the one topped stretched up and fanned out real nice
