Starting week 5 now. Still just watering with rain water. Girls still doing exceptionally well. Still no deficiencies and 2 of outer plants now trying to out grow center plant. Trichromes starting to form. Good leaf colors and room really starting to fill up with bud sites.

Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. day 73 I was not ready for all this! 🤣🤣 they literally exploded, even though the buds of El Patron are much thinner than the purple queen I have in my tent, I had to tie them up so that the weight of the flowers didn't break the branches. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. Plants are quite taller than I would have liked. I've been busy and haven't been able to train them as I usually would. Gave them a defoliation and tried supercropping a few of the really tall branches Sat 24: Defoliated more and supercropped a few more branches. Moved the net up and tried to tame down the height. hopefully it stops stretching soon i don't have much more vertical space. Other than that issue the plants are doing great. It looks like no issues with deficiencies or anything, The autopot is doing great.

I am now 100% positive I know the strains that are growing within my little jungle. I believe I have 4 purple lemonade, 3 Gelato autos, and 1 strawberry banana auto. And Am extremely happy that I could finally identify them all. I've got 1 feminised sour strawberry and 1 the wolf germinating at the moment hoping they take off and I can start my new adventures. So... welcome back! Last week was rather uneventfull. Just the way I like it. They are all getting more substance though. The middle one is more leafy, the two outer ones are more developed and although the biggest buds are maybe only the size of a lighter. Most buds have filled out with calixes and only little leaves. They are dense and compact. The smell is getting heavier. When close to the buds it reminds of expensive herbal perfumes like Rabane. I distinctly have a 'hug from your poppa' kind of association with it and memories start flowing.... It is citrussy but in the ethereal way, it is spicy in the 'spicetrader' way, a mixture of ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, with a huge funky basetone. This combined, its as if a master perfumer had composed an exquisite fragrance. The funk of an attick full of weed to serve as the musky base undertones upon which, a layer of earthy spices, upon which a floral and citrussy fresh layer. It is bloody amazing and I wished ya'll were with me to smell it and taste it when the time has come. I want to exersize patience but my god this smells better than any weed I recently acquired and we have some excellent dispensaries here. So I've started giving them up to 4 ltrs ( a gallon) of water each, every two days or so. They seem to need it, no drooping but also bonedry earth till deep in the pot. SInce two days ago with less feed and today only the Biobizz Topmax and PH correction. Although not really convinced of flushing, Im trying it to see if I get a more pure taste and experience. So trichomewise I find it hard to see, my magnifier is not strong enough to see the individual trichomes. I do see area's on leafedges etc that seem more amber, trichomes look milky from this distance but have get a better magnifier to get better view. On the images I see that there are many clear ones and not many ambers so we have some weeks to go which is correct according to Advanced Seeds, this Gelato #33 Fast has to flower 45 to 55 days, We are on day 39... The plant itself seems utterly healthy. Some white points and very little heatstress from checking absolute minimum for these lights. You don't know until you find out. For anyone else looking for reviews on Rubol V3 100 watt QB's in a three in a row setup, with 10 cm spacing between each board, the minimal distance is 28 cm or one foot, when flowering, gradually lowering to this point btw. These lights are excellent, good value for money and with the two years of waranty a good investment. Also great service from Justin at www.rubol.nl. They are helpfull, considerate and very knowledgable. So far so good, the grand finale is coming in just one or two weeks and I want to thank you for taking time and read all this, everybody who had advice and answered my growquestions, wish you were here for the harvestparty and may your harvest be bountifull!! THE RESULT ???? FANTASTIC QUALITY GEMS THAT SPILL WITH GLUE. MY SUPER CHALLENGE WAS MAKING THEM GROW OUTDOOR FOR THE WHOLE VEGETATION, THEN PUSH THEM TO FLOWER IN THE TENT! IT WAS NOT SIMPLE .... AT THE BEGINNING I HAD TO FACE MANY PARASITES .... BUT AFTER VARIOUS PRECAUTIONS WE WERE ABLE TO GO THE RIGHT TOWARD ME AND MY BELOVED CHILDREN .... I CUT THE BUDS FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM, that is, I REDUCED THE CANOPY BY CUTTING FIRST THE TOP AND AFTER A FEW DAYS, THE UNDERLYING PART. THEIR RESISTANCE WAS REALLY NOTABLE FOR THE LITTLE SPACE AVAILABLE IN THE TENT AND SINCERE I BELIEVE THAT I COULD NOT ASK MORE FROM SANTA CLAUS THAT A LARGE HARVEST IS EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS (IF THIS WE COULD HOLIDAYS) AFTER AN EXPERIENCE SO CLEARLY POSITIVE .... Week 24 October 10 - Daylight 11h : 8h20 / 19h20 Temperatures 14° C to 23/24°C - globally rainy weather during the end of September and beginning October. Rare sunny moment but cool temperatures: best conditions to develop mold or diseases. Even if the plants are in a protected from rain and ventilated area. It’s why I harvested 2 plants ( Break Pad Breath + Flash Back #2 ) before losing the yield destruct by botrytis. Royal Moby and GMO x Zombie Kush are still flowering. RM: interesting sativa flowering, productive and resilient. Lot of resinous flowers; maybe it will be some seeds inside appearing after an autopollination. No mold for the moment. Impressive refreshing Lemon smell. Ready in 10 days max. GMO x ZK: ending the flowering cycle in a good way: pretty dense flowers, covered by resin. Spicy and flowery aroma. I had to cut a little bud attack by botrytis. Ready soon. Last weeks just add pk13/14 + Bud XL and overdrive + enzymes Start flushing now.

hello fellas have ya seen my clone that refuses to grow it is still alive making only three finger leaves i should kill it but i cant lol gonna see where that brings us looks like i am gone be in flower for about nine weeks THREE WEEKS TO GO i see the cola formation growing in am thinking if i would feed them this week they now have got three waterings plain water i guess i am gonna do that 600ml every other day biobizz + water

420 Fastbuds Week 5 Blackberry Auto What up what up. Weekly updates on these two magnificent girls. They both are showing some really cool colors not only on the flowers but leafs as well. It's been getting cold a few day this week so possibly temperature manipulation. Both seem to be happy and healthy up to this point so continuing with the same routine should work fine. I think I'll add some nutes this coming week to boost flower production and give them a little helping hand. All in all Happy Growing
