We have now reached the first day of August and it is time to make new crops. The Zkittlez that has completed its vital coclo under the LED lamp has become a fantastic plant and will be collected tomorrow along with the Purple Glam Kush. In the last few days I have received my new Focus V Carta concentrator vaporizer and I really recommend it to anyone who loves to concentrate. I'm using it for my BHO and Rosin and it's really cool. I also recently discovered how to dissolve my concentrates to create e-liquids from smoking with electronic cigarettes and I will soon make a video about it. Meanwhile I made a second video that you can see on my DHO extraction method using only freshly picked buds. As you can see from the images all the plants are in good health and the queen of my garden is currently the LSD-25 of FastBuds. A beautiful, very fragrant and very productive plant that certainly becomes part of the varieties that I will continue to grow every month. Even the plant that has just begun to bloom shows all its purple shades. If the effect once smoked is as reported in the producers' description (it should have psychedelic properties) it will surely become my favorite strain for this year 😋 August 4 Nice Updates: I'm really studying a lot these days and I'm improving my skills in creating concentrates. In the coming weeks I will also show you my attempt to decompose and reassemble cannabis at will. I will use my DHO for THC, derivatives and terpenes, buy a ready-made wax containing 70% CBD and isolated crystals of CBD at 99.9% and additional extracts of marijuana terpens for flavor. Everything will be dissolved with a few drops of a PEG solution similar to products like Wax Liquidizer or the Shatter Batter you have in the USA, but as I wrote I will show you in the coming weeks. As far as my girls are concerned, in the last few days I have collected the Purple Glam Kush and the beautiful Zkittlez that bloomed under the LED lamp. I also posted new images of the beautiful LSD-25. Since I decided to create new concentrates at each harvest I will divide the buds into three categories. I will smoke the medium and large buds and I will use the smaller ones and the first quality scraps to make my concentrates. With all the other scraps I will instead make hashish with the ice-olator method. I take this opportunity to wish you all happy summer holidays! 😎 August 7: I was uploading the results images when I realized something must have gone wrong when I uploaded my last video and it was still in conversion, I reupladed it. Results: with about 40 grams of top quality scraps I obtained 4.5 grams of DHO and with second quality scraps mixed with 17.5 grams of cleaned hashish I got 7.1 grams of DHO. We both lack small amounts that I have smoked these days, say about half a gram of one and a half gram of the other. Despite having used different materials both have similar color and texture. The taste of hashish feels very little and gives a note of freshness to the concentrate. Obviously both have a very powerful effect. As for the plants collected, I obtained 122 grams from the Purple Glam Kush and 157 from the Zkittlez 😉

Purchased a new night which is 24 inches from the plant. The bottom two leaves have started to turn slightly yellow. The PH levels have not changed. I may have over watered, but I don’t believe I did. Not quite sure what is going on here. She has taken off in growth this week compared to the last. She is on a 18hour light schedule and taken out into the sun from 12pm to 6pm and then back under the lights. I am not overly sure of how much water is required.

Dear Growmies 😎😎 In flowering week 7 and 8 i reduce bio grow to 2 ml/l but increase bio bloom and topmax to 4 ml/l to harden the buds, especially with sativa-heavy or sativa varieties that need a flowering time of 10 weeks, in this time they need the most phosphorus and calmag. So I'll leave it as it is for the next 2 weeks. The buds continue to swell , the girls continue to shine 😀 so far so good 😎 Thx for all the love and support my friends and growers family 🙏💚

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. Very fun strain to grow. Easy to train and love to get big. We had 2 different expressions on the plants and both where very pleasing. Both plants grew vigorously and provided me with just over 3/4 pound of dry medicine!

Day 15 Flower (Day 57) The first day of week 3 of flower. I switched the light recipe in my main tent from the Flower Induction program to the Flower program now when the right girl is in flower. I also gave her 3 liters of pH 6.1 water. The left girl didn't need any water though. That was all today. Day 16 Flower (Day 58) All I did today was to give each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 17 Flower (Day 59) I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 5.9 water today. It's a bit low maybe (added too much pH down and was too lazy to fix it) but should be alright. My pH is different each watering anyway, as I aim to optimize nutrient uptake by covering a broader pH range. The left girl didn't need any today as she drinks a lot less due to being smaller. That being said, she is now hitting the light :/ It was never my intention to grow her in such a confined space, but here we are. She should have been trained differently and vegged shorter to grow correctly in such a small space. I have ordered a new, taller tent which will arrive next week. Until then, she'll be snug, and I don't think I can take any canopy pics for a few days. I started brewing some compost tea following the same recipe as previously (worm castings, rock dust, biochar, lime, bentonite, neem meal, kelp meal, and molasses), but I upped the castings, the neem, and the kelp. Long overdue as it was over two weeks since last time. I will feed this tea (unfiltered) tomorrow after 24 hrs of brewing. Day 18 Flower (Day 60) Today I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.3 compost tea that brewed for 26 hours. I also added a few tablespoons worth of alfalfa seeds that I ran through a blender first to beat up into a powder. I didn't filter the tea, so all ingredients ended up as a top dressing that will get watered in as time goes. The small tent is packed, and the girl is pressing up against the light. It got to hold out until next week, so it is what it is. It is getting a bit cramped in the main tent as well, so I moved up the lights as far as I could without going full McGyver. It's the first time I grow this strain, but she sure is a stretcher. The weather has gotten warm here (finally!), but of course, now my tent is getting even hotter. I'm trying to combat it to some extent by running the extractor fan more. That will get the temp down a bit, but unfortunately, it will also cause the humidity to drop. I put in my small humidifier to help with that, so the VPD is still in a reasonable range. Day 19 Flower (Day 61) I defoliated the right girl today by removing some leaves and branches low down where the lights don't reach. The left girl must also be done, but I'll work on her when she is between tents next week. I also gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. That was it for today. Day 20 Flower (Day 62) All I did today was to water each girl with 3 liters of pH 6.7 water. I hope that my new tent arrives sooner rather than later since the left girl is pushing up so much against the light that the top flowers are starting to get burnt. Wonderful... :( I've turned down the light as low as it goes (15%), that's pretty much all I can do except turning off the light completely. Day 21 Flower (Day 63) The last day of the third week of flower and things are moving along nicely except for the crowded tent, but hopefully, the new tent will solve that in a day or two. The left girl is 85 cm tall (17 cm increase in a week), and the right girl is 117 cm tall (also a 17 cm increase in a week). There wasn't much to do today. I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and snapped a few pics. That's all.

Gorilla Cookies are doing great, they are stacking very nicely. I am liking the nose spacing on these girls so far. Introduced some more of the Bonnie nutrients from Cronk not too much though, this is a potent nutrient mix and I would recommend using 1/4 of what they say to start with and see how the plant responds. RH and temps have been consistent, trying to make them comfortable as to get a week or two more of veg before they flower. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Turned light power to 50%. 15 Aug - Harvested the plant (see pictures). 16 Aug - Began curing process. 💚 Thank you Seedsman Seeds for this opportunity to grow some new genetics from your line up. 📑 Pineapple OG performed well! Her total flowering time was 61 days, and veg time 49 days, for a total of 110 days seed to harvest! With an impressive yield to go with it. From the beginning this plant was a real pleasure to grow. Fast and even spacing between leaf set the stage for strong level branching in height. Not much training was needed during the vegetative stage other than some minor defoliation. One would think this was an F1 or Auto strain with the speed of growth, but it is not. The cross breeding in terpenes has proven to be winner as the smell is very intense with pineapple and sweet tropical scents. The buds swell solid with resins especially in the last weeks of ripening, and are snow covered with trichomes at maturity. I’m sure she would have gotten much bigger had I been set up for a larger plant. I am extremely satisfied with the results produced from these genetics. and would recommend them to anyone wanting to grow a high quality product. 🔥 Smoke Report: 25 Aug - After hanging in a closet for 8 days with RH of 50% and temperature of 70 degrees F, the product was ready for trimming. I decided to try out a large tumbler that was given to me by a good friend. Glad I did! It worked out great! Cutting my trim time down to practically nothing, and making the buds look exceptionally manicured without excessive waste, I’ll continue with this method of trimming in the future. I am pleasantly pleased with the outcome of this grow. Almost 1/2 pound of quality smoke. The buds are solid, resin filled, sticky and smell like a fruity pineapple. The high comes on kind of slow, then settles in for a smooth calming feeling, like the world just slows down a little bit. Leaving you feeling excited and relaxed, lasting for hours. Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment...
