Woche 4 / Vegi Woche 3 Der Grow: Am Anfang der Woche wurde das erste Mal getoppt. Ziel des toppen war es, 6 neue Haupttriebe zu haben. Da die Triebe der ersten Nodien viel kleiner waren, als die der zweiten, habe ich solange gewartet, bis die Triebe der vierten Nodien, so große Blätter hatten, dass sie nachdem toppen, gleich mit Photosynthese beginnen können. Dann wurde über den vierten Nodien getoppt und die Triebe, samt Blätter, der ersten Nodien entfernt. Die Pflanze hat das toppen gut verkraftet. Ich mache von jeder Woche Zeitrafferaufnahmen und man konnte sehen, dass alle Triebe gleich nach dem toppen weitergewachsen sind. Den Rest der Woche, habe ich die Pflanze, einfach wachsen lassen. Die Triebe haben sich gut entwickelt und die Pflanze ist wie erwartet kompakt geblieben und extrem buschig geworden. Vermutlich werde ich in der nächsten Woche, die 6 Haupttriebe erneut toppen, um auf 12 Haupttriebe zukommen. Dazu aber im nächsten Update mehr. Im letzten Update hatte ich geschrieben, dass ich die Bodenfeuchtigkeit, versuche bei 55% zuhalten. Dies scheint jedoch zu viel zu sein. Nachdem ich die 55% einige Zeit gehalten habe, wurde der Topf, in der Drainageschicht, sehr nass. Ich hatte zwar noch keinen Drain, aber das der Topf in dem Bereich sehr nass war, hat mir gezeigt das sich dort Wasser sammelt. Aber eigentlich sollte der Bereich trocken sein. Deshalb habe ich die Bodenfeuchtigkeit langsam gesenkt und peile jetzt die 50% an. Man konnte auch sehen, dass sich die Blätter im Verlauf des Tages nicht mehr komplett aufgestellt haben. Sondern ehr leicht nach unten hingen. Was für eine beginnende Überwässerung spricht. Mittlerweile ist der Bereich der Drainageschicht, wieder komplett trocken. Den VPD habe ich im laufe der Woche langsam erhöht, bis auf 1,4kpa am Ende der Woche am Tag und auf 1kpa in der Nacht. Diese Werte werde ich jetzt so weiter fahren, bis zur Umstellung auf die Blüte. Der DLI wurde am Anfang der Woche auf 30 erhöht. Our Zamnesia autoflowers have been on their journey through the magical flowering period for a while now, this is the second week of flowering considering that autoflowers still flower spontaneously some sooner than others but all around the 3rd-4th week. . ---- The general environmental conditions are good, the heat has increased a bit more but for the first weeks of flowering it is not a big problem, let's remember to never exceed 27 degrees centigrade in the last 4 weeks to avoid compromising the quality of the flowers. If necessary open the growbox but never let it exceed 27-30 degrees where 30 is already a lot. The positive thing is that as soon as the lights go out the change is already somewhat visible and as autumn progresses we will also improve. The humidity is fluctuating but we try to control it with two dehumidifiers when necessary, pushing both of them possibly not into the growbox but directly into the room. (I dehumidify the room and the air in the growbox should also be dehumidified) --- I'll start by giving you some information about the Sticky Beast, it's a monster, a real beast in fact, right now in an 11-liter pot it's drinking 2 liters of mush a day and I find the soil very dry, if I give 1.5 dehydrated, incredible, I don't dare to think what's about to happen to these buds, very fast to grow and with a full-bodied plant. Beer almost ruined half a year of work. Long story short, a space heater got the room wayyy too hot during their off cycle...and I run it on the colder side when the lights off. Dealing with some powdery mildew but containing it with a foliar spray mix of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) a “splash” of h202 and a tiny drip of soap and applying with the lights off. Throughout the grow I am consistently using 3/4th the recommended doses each week for their hydro line. I fill 4 gallons but dose as if there’s only 3 gal. Near the end of the grow I am filling 4 gallons, still dosing as if 3 gallons, however the root ball would cause the bucket to overflow so I have to dump about 30% away to other plants so my water level is where it should be. A little more than halfway full seems to work, and if it is slightly too high, the plant will drink it down where it is fine by tomorrow

Day 16 : trichomes are starting to really show on newer leaves Day 18 : starting to smell really good & stretch is continuing. Cultivar might stretch more then average. Day 20 : Still stretching, nodal spacing is ok.

While this plant didn't produce much bud what it did produced was pounds of experience. This was the first autoflower I've ever grown and is my most successful grow to date. I made mistakes but I learned so much. Can't wait to try this one again.

I've no idea what is wrong with this plant. It's like it's diseased, all the leaves are wrinkled. One leave has decided to only grown on one side? Perhaps it had an argument. I've moved the light away but it's not looking good so far.

Didn’t expect the stretch to be so huge given the genetics. Like 10 cm in 3 days! Let’s see. Put in a dehumidifier, trying to reach optimal humidity of 60% for this stage. 02/01 The stretch is really strong. 75 cm by 02/01 04/01 I have been doing just minimal pruning/defoliation during the veg stage. I guess it was the reason why the stretch is so strong as the main colas try to reach the light. And there is a lot of weak side-shoots which make the plants really messy. Did some minor pruning today, because I don’t want to stress the plants much during early flowering. I’m going to remove all the side-shoots in two weeks when the stretch is over. Next time I should do more pruning early, before the flip.

Buds are getting denser, stickier and stinkier this week. Defoliated a few leaves from each plant throughout the week. Watered every 2 days with a 1/4 gallon to each. They got a mild compost tea beginning of the week to boost the microbial life and their final top dress towards the end of the week. Aerated Compost Tea Recipe (24 hour brew) 2 gallons rain water 2 cups Coast of Maine Lobster Compost 3 tablespoons GS Plant Foods Fish & Kelp 3 tablespoons EWC 1 tablespoon kelp meal 1 tablespoon azomite 2 tablespoons molasses Top Dress per 3 gallon container 3 tablespoons Dr Earth Flower Girl 1 tablespoon Down to Earth All Purpose 1/2 tablespoon Down to Earth crab meal 1/4 cup EWC Day 43 - watered with 50/50 mix of compost tea and rain water pH 6.0 Day 45 - plain rain water pH 6.4 Day 47 - top dress and plain rain water pH 6.4 Day 49 - rain water w/ Recharge @ 1 tsp per gallon and Natural Wet @ 1 tbsp per gallon pH 6.5 StayWeeded ✌️

Buds are hard as stone. I have never encountered such bads! They are very compact, and have a respectable density of trichomes. Not the best but sufficient. When one plant produces such an insane amount of good flowers, it's hard not to be satisfied. In the meantime everything looks great Except for the mold I found in some of the flowers. I took off about two large branches that were infected with mold. , I cleaned all the mold I could find and lost about 50 grams of pressed flowers that went to waste because of the mold. The final weight of 400 grams is after I threw the flowers with the mold of course. 400 grams of great flowers, I'm just blown away!! Highly recommend trying and growing this strain.
