A great week for her! Guarded by one of my cold blooded friends while I was away! I flushed her with water (PH 6) before I left her to her last few days under the bulb 💡😎 Was pleasantly surprised to see her complete upon my return so I have placed her in darkness for 48 hours before the Chop! I really want to thank all those that have helped me along the way with this one, it’s been very simple bar some toxicity issues at the beginning (all my fault 🙃) but it just goes to show with the right attention and attitude you can turn it around! I will be for sure doing another RQS northern, next time a 10 Gal container and more microbiology attention 🤓 what an absolute beauty she is. The fragrance is a mixture of pine and fruits, it’s really refreshing, the plant itself is sticky ICKY! 😍 See you all in the next few days once she’s been cut/weighed and hung! ✌️👊👍😎

Oct 26, 2019 Orange Juice (1) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (30% Indica/70% Sativa) (63-70 days) Blueberry Headband (2) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (70% Indica/30% Sativa) (65-70 days) Cheese (1) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (60% Indica/40% Sativa) (50-60 days) Several issues have been corrected in the last 48 hours. Also, a new LST technique I’m trying. First, am PHing everything. The RO water that I use is 7 or above. Not ideal and has caused some nutrient lockout. Second, lowered the light Much closer. At 100% power, my light is best for veg at 24” and for flower at 18”. The light was at around 36” or more from the canopy. Third, I put a weakass fan drawing air down a 2 1/2“ pipe from the top of the grow closet to about 6-8” above the floor. Meant to recycle some of the warm air. Have seen instant results. It is actually easier keeping the environment consistent. My overnight temp is now 20-22C and daytime is 27-25C. Only a 5 degree difference. Have started making tea from Gaia fertilizer, seaweed extract, Epsom salts and Molasses. PH 6.2-6.8. Feeding every second watering.

🌸 Week 5 Flower – RollerCoaster Haze 🌸 The RollerCoaster Haze girls are thriving in mid-flower, building structure and stacking buds at an incredible pace. Both phenos are stretching into the canopy with strength, white pistils everywhere, and flower sites developing beautifully. The plants are balanced, vibrant, and showing no signs of stress, just healthy, determined growth. 💧 Nutrition & Feeding This week we’ve adjusted the recipe, stopping the All-in-One Liquid completely as the soil and pellets still provide plenty of slow-release nutrition. The focus now is on a lean, targeted bloom feed, keeping the roots active without oversaturating. Current recipe (all at 1ml/L): • Aptus Regulator • Aptus CalMag Boost • Plagron Green Sensation • Plagron Sugar Royal • Plagron Power Buds Solution runs steady at pH 6.0–6.1 with EC balanced to complement the soil’s reserves. The results speak for themselves: stalks, roots, and leaves are thriving, and the flowers are coming on strong. Environment • Soil Temp: ~24°C • Room Temp: ~28–29°C • Humidity: ~65% • VPD: ~1.3–1.4 kPa Airflow, extraction, and monitoring keep the conditions stable. Despite the size of these girls, they’re handling the environment perfectly. 💡 Inner Canopy Lighting – ICL300 This week I want to highlight the role of the ICL300 inner canopy lights. These lights are designed to deliver light where traditional overhead fixtures can’t: deep inside the canopy. Why does this matter? • As plants stretch and leaves overlap, the lower branches and bud sites often receive far less light. Without supplemental lighting, these inner flowers stay smaller, less dense, and less developed. • Inner canopy lights like the ICL300 solve this by pushing photons directly into those shaded areas, ensuring the lower and middle buds get the energy they need to bulk up. Spectrum: The ICL300 units provide a balanced white spectrum with a red push, tailored to maximize flowering response while avoiding heat stress. This means not only are the tops getting stacked, the inner and lower flowers are also swelling, making for a more even, consistent harvest. The difference is visible already: the RollerCoaster Haze girls aren’t just top-heavy. The mid-canopy sites are developing beautifully, with structure filling out in layers instead of just one dominant top. 🌼 Pistils: White Hairs Everywhere At Week 5, pistils (the fine white hairs that emerge from each calyx) are one of the clearest signs of flower development. They serve two major purposes: • Reproduction: pistils are part of the female flower’s reproductive system, designed to catch pollen if it’s present. • Growth indicator: the color, abundance, and orientation of pistils give us a direct look into the maturity of the flower. Some genetics push out bright white pistils, while others lean slightly toward cream, yellowish, or even orange tones earlier in bloom. This variation is completely normal and tied to the plant’s lineage. At this stage, the RollerCoaster Haze girls are full of vigorous white pistils, standing tall and reaching outwards. This shows they are actively building flowers and pushing energy into new calyx formation. It’s also a reminder that this week is about observation: watching how the pistils evolve will tell us not only about maturity, but also about how each pheno expresses itself. Later on, pistils will darken and curl inward as the calyxes swell, but right now, their abundance and brightness are a clear signal of healthy, strong flowering. 🌱 Observations • Bud sites are stacking with strong pistil production. • Inner canopy looks healthy and productive thanks to the ICL300. • Plants remain lush, green, and full of energy. • Root systems are still vigorous, visible at the soil surface. ✨ Reflection Week 5 Flower shows how balance in nutrition, environment, and lighting can work together to create truly explosive growth. Hello again, GrowDiaries family! 😎 We’ve officially entered Week 10 (4th week of flowering) and the Critical is truly showing her full potential. This week has been all about environmental management and keeping the plant’s metabolism at its peak despite the winter chill. 📏 Precision Measurements & Training -Height: Steady at 37 cm. Vertical growth has stopped as she focuses all her energy on flower production. -Canopy Management: The LST has done a great job. The canopy is perfectly flat, ensuring that every "pompom" gets the same light intensity. -Visual Check: I’ve taken the plant out of the tent for some photos under white light to show the real progress of the trichomes without the LED distortion. 🌡️ Environment & Climate Challenges -Temperature: We’ve faced some tricky nights at 12°C, reaching 27°C during the day. -The Strategy: To prevent the plant from stalling due to the cold nights, I’ve started watering with lukewarm water. This keeps the root zone active and ensures nutrients are still being absorbed effectively. -Humidity (RH): Stable at 40-45%, ideal for keeping the developing buds safe and dry. 💧 Watering & Organic Pest Control -Nutrient Strategy: Still going strong with the full Biobizz schedule (Bio-Grow 1ml, Bio-Bloom 2ml, and Top-Max 1ml) in 1L of water. She is responding beautifully with no signs of overfeeding. -The Cinnamon Trick: 🛡️ I noticed some fungus gnats last week, so I applied a generous layer of ground cinnamon on the soil surface. It’s an old-school, 100% organic remedy that acts as a natural fungicide. Result: The gnats are completely gone! 🌿 Flower & Resin Evolution -The sugar has arrived! ❄️ Resin is now heavily coating the sugar leaves and the buds are thickening up fast. Welcome Back!💚 Nach der vierten Blütewoche sieht man die Blüten/Stigmenansätzen deutlich. Auch die Trichome sprießen allmählich bis auf die Sugarleafs. Die Pflanze ist sehr kompakt und kurz gehalten und hat im Stretch auch nichts mehr gerissen. Die Struktur der Pflanze ist sehr knotig und fest. Die Umgebungsgegebenheiten sind top: ————— 🌞 Temp: 23°C 🌚 Temp: 18°C bis 19°C 💨 RH: 51% VPD: 1,05 kPa 😎 PPfD: 830 mqm ————— Viele Grüße 👋

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! 21-day defoliation has come.. These pictures were taken on day 20 of flower As you can see in the pictures I did a little defoliation of the bigger fan leaves. She's pretty advanced compared to the other ladies. Buds sites are formed, strong aroma going. Her structure looks like a straight up garden bush. Took the LST great ended up with a nice open, spread canopy. With the defoliation done, buds will be getting much more light exposure and grow a bit more before gaining weight. Really happy with the results so far with this strain. Week 14! I am starting to get really excited about this plant! She is plumping up and producing a lot of trichomes! Smell is very enjoyable. Fruity, sweet and lemony are smells that come to mind. Doing minor defoliation if I see leaves shading buds.

Two weeks!! Ladies looking great, no nutes needed so far... I've been watering every other day with nothing but voodoo juice, I might be giving them a couple weeks more before flipping them into 12/12!!

Spostamento dal balcone AD indoor.... l'ho piegata di brutto perché nel box non può crescere troppo in alto....cmq vedo che si stanno riprendendosi bene le 3 piante che avevo in balcone... Effettivamente la differenza si vede per le ore di luce diretta che prende.....

Giorno 35 fioritura Le piante stanno abbastanza bene. Purtroppo iniziano a soffrire il caldo (ho impostato il condizionatore a 25 gradi altrimenti poi congelo io hahahha) visto che le temperature esterne toccano i 40 gradi e non è facile mantenere in temperatura perfetta l'ambiente. Il box ha qualche punta di 30° ma bene riesco a stare intorno a i 28/29° massimo. Non vedo l'ora di fumare le due Rainbow Belts. Mai avuto questo mix di odori (Lime, uva e Zkittlez) e se penso che dovrò ancora aspettare due mesi la cosa un po' mi rattrista. Le due piante alla fine sono diverse. La #1 da quel poco che ho visto in giro sembra abbia più la forma della Zkittlez mentre la #2 dato che ho fatto la Mooonbow#75 ricorda molto quei fiori in quanto a consistenza. Staremo a vedere... Anche le due Zombie niente male affatto. La pianta #2 quella più compatta ha un odore forte di incenso (cmq sembra di stare in chiesa per capirci) mentre la pianta #1 sa di Kush e lavanda. La Milk Monkey aspettiamo. Per ora è l'unica che non mi dice niente :( Ci vediamo settimana prossima 🖐️ 😎
