Cheese is a balanced cross between Skunk #1 and Afghani #1. It has an amazing cheese flavor. This strain is very popular with Exodus Crew. Cheese is also one of the most popular and best-selling strains in Dutch coffee shops.

Having inherited its structure from Skunk, the plant has thin stems and long, wide leaves. The harvest of heavy buds appears after only 56 days of flowering. At low temperatures, the buds can acquire a light purple hue. Cheese is one of the ten most profitable varieties and produces large and fast yields, up to 650 g / m2. The strain grows in any growing medium.

THC levels can reach up to 22%. The effect is both cerebral and physical.

My grown My first grow ever went really well for the most part! So many ups and downs, research, learning, and Diy! The downs started from the begging!! - Over watered clones in the Turbo clone I borrowed. 😑 was spraying 3 times a day and never checked humidity, temp, or took the dome off for over 2 weeks - I transplanted my yellowed clones into rockwool cubes and then put them into my rdwc. Took forever to root because I kept top feeding being worried they would dry out 😑. I really should have let the clones root to the rockwool first, or not used rockwool at all and stuck the clones in the clay balls! 😑 - Once in the rdwc I used my small 150w led light hung from the top and it has such a small spread that only the mother and plant in the middle was growing at all! On came the hps. - Ok cool. Right? No. Aphids!!! What can I say, it’s like herpies. I knew my buddy had a few of them when he gave me clones, but I never seen them at all, until my plants started to get healthy and green! They were everywhere! Time to get this figured out. Easy fix right? Google says spray with soap and water. Cool. So I start spraying my plants multiple times a day and soaking them with soap and water.......... well... that soap and water leaked into my rdwc! What a damn mess! Ugh! Bubbles everywhere! Clean my system 4 times to get all the soap out. To the hydro store I go and they sell my a bottle of natural earth dust! Awesome. Powder everything down big time! Slowly the bugs went away. During this time my carbon filter gets completely clogged from the dust 😑 - Ok ok. Things start to go good at this point. Or do I think... up until flower I was de leading a lot but never wiping away any nodes! What a bushy mess! I didn’t realize what I did wrong until a week into flower... well... I panicked and stripped two majorly and two not so much. The two I stripped came out with a qp each of just tops. And the two bushes came out with a half pound each of leafy bud. - After the strip I think I’m doing decent all through flower, buds look and smell great. One last major thing I did wrong... I had my 1000w hps too close to my girls cause itn the buds to bee extremely airy and fluffy 😑. Live and learn! Turning the light down to 750 for next run and keeping it at the very top of the tent at all times! The ups! - I learned soooo damn much it’s unbelievable! - The friends, connections, and companies I’ve connected with are amazing! - And of course. All this bud I have now! No more spending over 100 a week on poor quality dry government weed! - Also. I must add. My mental health has improved so much finding a hobby to do from home. As for the the strain Cheese by Canuk seeds. I cannot give a true opinion on the growing of this plant as I have nothing to ever compare it too. I did a ton of training and topping on these girls, making it so I had a full trellis net. (Like all you pros) I used GH nutrients and followed there recommended rdwc schedule and everything went very well! For the bud. Looked amazing in the tent and when trimming. Once dry they are very fluffy and not very nice bag appeal, but this is on me. The smoke! My god I love this!!! I usualy cannot smoke joints because It ruins my lungs but I’ve been smoking multiple of these every day!! I am so happy! I don’t know if it’s the strain, because I grew it, because it’s not dry as hell, because there isn’t any PHR’s. I don’t know but I like it a lot! I’m a grower for life now! In all. I’m a very happy Man.

The high is kind of spacy and irritating. Has a sweet smell and slight cheese taste. Not bad for a freebie though.

Small but mighty plant, same size as the kushy but she definately benefited from the light upgrade and the extra time. I'm anxious to see what the dry weight is because the buds are quite dense. The smell is strong of skunk and pine right now but I'm hoping that that cheesey funk comes out more with a proper cure. As I said previously, I like to wash my buds before I trim and I like to trim them wet. I have included a before and after close up of the main cola for anyone out there that is concerned about losing trichomes. If you are going to wash just be careful not to bash them off the side of your water containers and they will be fine. I use doc bud brix method if you want to look it up. I first cut off the branches and remove fan leaves and small leaves and tips that don't have any trichomes on them. Then i wash them, shake them out a bit and then trim off all the goodies for extracts and edibles. That way I know all the material I will be using is clean.
