Alien tech is coming along nicely, she is scrog’d with 3 other Ayahuasca Purple and seems to be doing beautifully. She didn’t stretch as much as the Ayahuasca, but I was able to keep the Ayahuasca lower by spreading it more then the Alien Technology. Screen is not perfectly even, but there all within the sweet spot for my 1000w HPS so things should start ramping up soon! Not much else to say this week, just been checking the ph levels and adding 8 gals or so of water/nutrients every 2-3 days to the main reservoir feeding all 4 plants. So far they are good with the same nutrients so that is good! Lol cheers 💨

Coming along nicely this week, hoping to see them explode in the next 2-3weeks. All are very healthy and have responded just how I like to LST. Purpinator is bringing out the smells in there definately and they are all smelling good in their own way. I recommend all the products I have used in this diary highly as they haven't failed me in the past(yield and quality). The only new product I am using is green planet purpinator, so I will let you know if I recommend this too when all is finished. I'll upload daily or every couple of days. To clarify I have 6x 55litre buckets with 3 plants of the same strain in each. I have used coco substrate and grown all of them from seed(courtesy of barney's farm) Thanks for looking.

Week 3 has ended for Ms Purple So far so good, she’s responding well to training. The side branches are as sturdy and as tall as the main branch I’m happy. This should equal to even light distribution on the canopy and more bud sites 🙂 I’m defoliating here and there to make sure the plant stays aerated. Let’s see how everything goes. Happy growing

So 2 week update since last. They were transplanted on week 4. Then Ive been still playing around and dialing in the calmag portion of the nutrients. They seem to be responding well. got the net installed today and theyre already stretching. First grow in coco please dont come at me im learning. hoping to have it dialed in within a week or 2 since I need to flip soon.

I hope they've stopped stretching now, my lord. Pistils are shooting out of both of them, except for the tops that were closer to the light; they've stagnated. I've cut off the worst of the damaged parts and taken out the filter to allow more headroom. Leaves are still amazingly green, full dues to RQS for their nutes. Simple but seems to be very effective!!

Seems like all is in order. I had to go away for a week because of an emergency and luckily a friend looked after them, only thing he wasn’t sharp on was training and defoliating which is why it got so big and bushy last week. Still no nutrient deficiencies. I visited a website called cannastats a month ago and it actually breaks down ppm requirements for each element. Was a lot of work to get my spreadsheet to calculate properly, but really seems to be working. If anyone wants further details on this, feel free to DM me. I think the big stretch last week was caused by high temps, as a window was left shut when it shouldn’t have been, and also the light wasn’t in the middle because my friend moved the lights up and didn’t realise, so the colas at the back stretched more... that’s my theory anyway. Overall all is good, switch back to 3200k bulbs again today. Need a wide angle lenses to take a photo of this thing, she’s huge...

Will add more individual pictures but this was my spin on a Pringles can grow, little bit more space then a prringles can would. So I'm not expecting insane yields. It was purely something to run on the outside of the grow bc I had space! So far it's been a little rocky start, as they really were thirsty feeders for Magnesium, but I believe I corrected all issues and it's been smooth sailing into first week of flower!

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it. Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback. Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier. There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it. Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier. HIGHLY recommend for all growers. The grow cycle went pretty smooth. She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌 Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites. They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received. Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more. Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds. I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part. They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days. I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them. Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos. Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel. Touch: Very sticky, dense buds. They break down finely in the grinder. Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so) I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo) Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash. The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush. Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you. Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth! Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂 Great strain to kick start the day. Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊

Day 28- business as usual. May top dress end of this week, not sure. But smells and trichs are setting up and no signs of deficiencies. I probably could push them more but it’s all good for now. Day 30- ditched the trellis and did a heavier defol as the humidity would reach 73 with lights off. See if we can get some better airflow and fatter lowers.

April 2 Fully into flowering now. I think the tape that I put over the LED on the humidifier was more translucent than I expected, delaying flowering a week. I fed a half gallon of RAW BLOOM on April 1, and a full gallon 2 days prior. I'll need to dedoliate soon, cuz the bottom is a jungle.

I did have one issue, the Drain Petcock on the 25g reservoir was broken during shipping. After a phone call to GrowAce, they had a replacement one on its way to me which I received in just a couple of days! I did however make one addition to the system. I placed a pair of air-stones, one in the Reservoir and the other in the Distribution Bucket to really oxygenate the water. I started all my seeds by first soaking them in tap water for 12 hours, then transferred them into pre-moistened (6.3ph) peat pellets. I placed the pellets in half Solo cups in the tent with 24hrs of light under which they sprouted within 48 hours. I kept the tent temperatures between 80-84℉, the RH at 65-70% and made sure that the pellets stayed moist, not wet. 10/3- All of the Tropicana Cookies are looking healthy and have good color and vigor! I'll be moving them into their fabric pots which have already been pre-moistened in the next day or two, or as soon as I see roots emerging from the pellet. 10/5- Today I moved all three Tropicana Cookies into the fabric pots, adding some Xtreme Gardening's Mykos into each hole before placing the peat pellets. I have the HLG 650R set to 15% and hung 30" from the seedlings. Tent temperatures are 80-84℉ with RH running 65-70%. 10/7- Well there's the first week on the books for these three little ladies and they're looking fantastic.
