El dia sabado 17/8 se aplico 15gr de Bio4 (4-4-4), 15gr de Phenex(6-8-!5) y humus de lombriz por cada maceta y se regó con 2 litros de agua con ph 6.3 por maceta. Las plantas pegaron un estiron asi que se coloco el segundo led de 180W. 22/8 se realizo una defoliacion no muy agresiva retirando solamente las hoja mas grandes.

Overall great strain to grow. She looks and smells amazing and her buds are big, dense and full of trichomes. I’m always impressed by the quality of genetics from this company.

Good week, soft transplanted just done. From 4.5 inch pots to 5 gallon pots. So far so good. I've had some great results with FastBuds genetics on previous grows, hopefully all goes well

Went away for a week and missed ideal harvest. Unfortunately, the harvest seems to have been fried to a crisp. Last time I share the responsibility. :(

Week five!!!! Ok guys, So I waited way too long to flip LMFAO. I hope I have made it through most of the stretch and as you can see I may be able to get the lights 8 more inches up to the ceiling in an emergency but let's hope it doesn't get to that point. I have reduced the Base nutrients and added 2 additives. A big problem I noticed today 13 Jan was that the water pump was moving hella slow. I had to wait a long time to add each nutrient so that I didn't just burn the first plant in the system. I have 2 pumps in the mail though so we are good. Humidity will spikes maybe 3x but I always bring it back to 50% RH. For the next round, I'm going to have to be really aggressive with my training techniques. these things just get huge so fast and I wasn't ready for a 10-week flower cycle. oh due to the pump issue don't trust the TDS amount this week. I'm sure you could ballpark it and I know my system will never go over 1k TDS with everything I'm running currently.

Week 10 Day 1 11/25/2023 Walked in the door, dropped everything and rushed in to check on the ladies, it was past lights out so I couldn't check on the plants but checked on the pH. The PH was down to 5.19... noooooo..I adjusted it to 6.0 and crossed my fingers the plants looked good, will check on them in the morning. Week 10 Day 2 11/26/2023 Well She looked great and I think she is ready for Chop, Chop, so debating the 48 hours of darkness, or chopping today.. so going to get some breakfast and give it a think. Afternoon update: So I gave it a think and I decided to do a split harvest this run. I took the top half and left the bottom half to mature for another week. I did run out of hooks so I was forced to freeze dry some and will have that to try in 48 hours. The problem is that I will have to remember the weights that I get when I get the final harvest and all the numbers but since I am doing a split harvest anyways it will be three sets of numbers to track over the next few weeks. Week 10 Day 3 11/27/2023 Got my first little bit out of the freeze dryer and trimmed up: I got 48 grams of bud and 7.4grams of shake. Smoke is smooth will see what kind of high comes with it.. Week 10 Day 4 11/28/2023 I let them bottom half recover and get another week under their belt to color and get some trichomes on them. I will be cutting 12/2/2023 Week 10 Day 5 11/29/2023 Ground Hogs day.. Recovery/ Trichome build of lower buds. Week 10 Day 6 11/30/2023 Ground Hogs day.. Recovery/ Trichome build of lower buds. Due to issues with my ISP, I can't upload photos or videos right now. Like, I could upload slowly but then I always get errors from th website. Grow is continueing to thrive. Both Ryu and Ken now have proper Buds growing at their tops and internodes are closing up as well. Kens biggest top bud is 3x4 centimeters. So I'm really looking forward to harvest within the next two weeks. I might be forced to harvest but more on that, when time arrives. Update: I managed to upload my photos by some public WiFi. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Coming into the home stretch here. I've been flushing for a week, going to give her one more good watering then plan on harvesting this weekend. I still don't see any amber trichomes, but I don't want the dying leaves to cause any bud rot, so amber or not she's coming down this weekend. The smell is super STRONG!!!👍

Starting to smell very dank and musky, will start to lower nutrients next week and start ghe ripen. Lots of nice colors coming though as result of changing to LED . Had a humidity problem where it was about 80% I got a 2l dehumidifier on and has somewhat cured the issue , humidity is now as 45-50%
