Day 49 update (Sunday 7/14/19): Almost time to chop! I think my humidity is finally going to be manageable for the drying- the second dehumidifier helped enough it seems. I cut out the base nutes (which for a few days were at quarter strength). I decided to stop with sugaree. No more cal/mag - I guess I should have cut that out weeks ago even in coco? So many different trains of thought. So I’ve now been flushing for a couple days using only water and canna boost and cannazyme along with mammoth p and hydroguard (ppm is at 200). I’m not PH correcting the reservoir tank and it’s up to 6.9/7.0 ph (I actually added a tiny bit of ph down before I decided to not worry about it) - I’m not sure if I like this strategy (seems to be an unsettled debate about ph correcting during final flush) I’ll switch to FloraKleen and water only (and still not ph corrected) for the last few days (in a few days or so - maybe a bit longer) THOUGHTS ANYONE?? I went to bed last night looking at pictures of bud rot and when I woke up I was convinced I had some. I actually chopped my first bud off the plants! one of my possible mold suspects (and one of the largest). Manhandled it - dug around - (I did use gloves and I did sorta try to be careful but...) I probably lost and damaged a bazillion trichomes - but.... it’s fine! No mold/bud rot at all. Beautiful actually. Some of the little fan leaves just turned prematurely yellow awhile ago and some extra areas of red hairs that concerned me but It’s great! Super stinky. Super nice. Dense. Pretty. I’m hanging that one nice big bud in the flower tent above the lights and in the corner away from a direct fan breeze (this is not at all ideal - the main harvest will be done in darkness; with no other humid plants in the tent; with proper air flow; lower temps; and they’ll have had a full flush unlike this nice cola I chopped with its “partial” flush only (see above) . It’ll be nice to experiment with taste before and after a flush since there seems to be so much debate about this. But I suppose my dry will differ too so not a very controlled test. This bud seems to be plenty mature and ripened - some amber trichomes - so I think this one bud chop may turn out to be a nice experiment caused by my neurosis about non existent bud rot) Woot.

Week 2 Bloom (…or is it? 🤔🌱) Alright, here we are—officially week 2 of bloom, at least that’s the plan! But I’ve got to admit… I’m starting to wonder if I might’ve accidentally grabbed one of my Red Hot Cookies photoperiod seeds instead of an autoflower. 😅 She’s looking great, growing steadily, but so far, no clear signs of budding, which is a bit strange for this point. If nothing pops up in the next few days, I’ll move her into the tent with my Red Hot girl and start manual light deprivation—if my work schedule allows. Gotta stay flexible! 💡🌒 🕷️ Spider mites update: I’ve been on patrol—manually removed quite a few and today, the predatory mites finally arrived! Hoping they clean house and keep things in check. Thanks to regular compost tea and bi-weekly silica foliar sprays, the plants are holding up strong and showing good resilience. 💧 Feeding routine this week: BioBizz Grow + Bloom + TopMax Compost tea (as always, brewed with love) Silica spray twice for that natural armor 🌿🛡️ So even if the timeline feels a little mysterious, she’s thriving and stacking energy for what’s next. Both plants are doing excellent. This is the end of week 6. BHB will be ready by mid-late week. CBD still has a couple weeks at least, I think. Really bulking up! BHB is ripening. Branches bending. 80-90% cloudy trichomes. BHB is slowly having it's nutes reduced and fresh water added. By weeks end, it will be fresh water only. Not much else to report. Researching dry ice extraction for the CBD. Will probably use fresh plant without drying to save the terpenes. Once the extraction is done, the trichomes will immediately be put into a MCT oil where it will be decarbed.

Solitamente uso questa tecnica perché trattandosi di una varietà autofiorente è meno stressante per la pianta e abbinata ad una “regolare” defogliazione permette di ottenere dei risultati interessanti in termini di raccolto. Oltre a questo, la parola d’ordine di questa settimana (fortunatamente conclusa) è solo una: FREDDO! infatti, dopo un inizio settimana di temperature piuttosto miti, la temperature sono diventate più fredde. Ah…che sia chiaro, quando dico "freddo" mi riferisco a temperature più basse dei valori ottimali che comunque che rendono più stentato lo sviluppo e la crescita della mia piccola bimba (dovrei cercare un nome da darle😅). Nel complesso però la mia piccolina boxeuse si difende alla grande!🥊 01/05/2022. 1l d’acqua: Ph: 7.0 Ppm: 397 T: 24º Altezza:7,5 cm T Max: 29º T Min: 18º Hum Max: 87% Hum min: 46% Sembra in buona salute, ha un colore verde vivo ma la crescita sembra un po’ lenta. Ancora niente prodotti. 01/08/2022. 1l di soluzione nutritiva: Ph: 6.20 T: 21,6º Ppm: 679 Temp. Max (lampada accesa): 27,4° Temp. Min (lampada spenta): 18,1° Hum. Max: 71% Hum. Min:49% Oggi si iniziano a dare un po’ di nutrienti, io utilizzo la linea dell’advanced nutrients ph perfect Grow/Micro/Bloom come Base (1ml x 1L di acqua demineralizzata per ciascun prodotto) più B-52 e Voodoo Juice (2ml x 1L d’acqua demineralizzata). La piccola non presenta problemi, ha un’altezza di 10 cm e sta sviluppando il 3° internodo, se continua così tra qualche giorno si inizia con LST. 01/10/2022. Oh oh…😲 le foglie più giovani mostrano una leggera clorosi ai bordi con venature leggermente più scure, potrebbe essere dovuto a un Ph sbilanciato oppure a una carenza di calcio e magnesio. Forse conviene darle una leggera fertilizzazione tramite spray fogliare. 01/11/2022. Bene, la clorosi fogliare 🍁 perdura quindi proviamo a risolvere il problema con uno spray fogliare : Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal Mag Xtra: 2ml x 1L d’acqua. Una bella spruzzata generale sia sulla pagina superiore delle foglie che sulla pagina inferiore in modo da permettere agli stomi di assimilare la soluzione. Iniziato LST piegando la cima apicale fino a farle quasi toccare il bordo del vaso.

Gave more Sucranat frying leaves and light burn. Finishing up Forbidden Runtz soon as she is chucky. Hoping she'll put on more weight, if not oh well. Sour Stomper is catching up and feeding more now. She's starting to fill out a bit. She's still 6 days behind her sis but doing alright.

Should of taken a cut of this one absolute fire she smell and getting better each week i started my flush a bit early so I'm going to take her as long as possible if I get ten days from now be buzzing

So she is putting enough size to start training in the next few days. Things are going well so far no deficiencies yet. Preflowers are showing and now that she is ready she is showing sex. Never trying something tiny like this I am happy that there have been no issues so far. Let’s see what happens in the next week. Sorry for missing a few days of her grow guys! I'm so sorry about that, I like to always have6ny diaries updated. This lady hasn't really grow too much after I started training her but anyways. Her aroma is very sweet like a perfum, her sister smells the same too which is awesome news for me! She's being 100% organically grown with Biotabs organics! 💚🌱✌️

Week 7 Flower-day 2 16/10/2025 Nutrient change Floramax veg 1: 1L Floramax flowering enhancer: 400ml Floramax organabud:400ml Floramax rezin: 100ml ( around 1/4 dose) Floramax cal mag: 100ml Gp3 pro cal: 100ml ( unfortunately ran out and won't have any until next week ) Gp3 massive bloom: 100ml Cyco platinum series silica: 200ml Sleeps with the fishez: 400ml ( half dose system shock testing to see of this minimises/prevents problems per nutrients change like i was having ) Ph 5.9-6 - EC 2.2-2.3 ( Floramax wants e.c of 2.4, so I'm doing .1-.2 under for now to see how she responds No lst changes or defoil today, just let her heal and recover. I thought I should add, with the way I lst, I like to get as much defoilation out the way before flipping to flower that way all she does in flower is just get fat and lovely. Seemed to work well coming from only doing Autoflowers so just using that knowledge and implementing to my photo grows and tweaking it

I’m not sure since this is my first grow but the young ladies seem to be doing fine and growing daily. Today is day 7 from sprouting and they are forming new nodes. Both plants look similar but the Jack Herer is slightly taller. 🙏 Hopefully they grow up healthy ... will keep you posted

Week 9 is here and we are looking at harvesting! After checking the trichomes of just the top colas, I decided this week I was going to harvest. I am updating this post after I have dried and harvested the plant so do not have much more details. I flushed the plant this week with Flora Kleen along with terpinator and microbes. I cut down the plants and hung them up in the tent to dry using a clothes hanger with clips I got off of Amazon. It took 10 days to dry the bud and my temps and humidity would fluctuate throughout the day and night. I stayed in the mid to low 70s for temperature and humidity was at 50% at first. Then I added a humidifier and had it dry in 60% humidity. Will update the rest in the harvest update.
