D4 Was on holidays for 6 days she looks a bit yellowish overall, i hope it’s just a bit underwatering, because of the autowatering which i put a bit lower to make sure they are not overwatered. Hope she will be fine put some water today and will do so up to it feels heavy enough without draining it. 🤞 D5 watching her carefully.. a bit yellowish and red leave borders not quite sure what the problem is or if it’s just because she has only 3-4 weeks to go? let’s see.. D7 The week is over ✌️did some fertilizer and a bit more water today i feel it’s going to be alright even with the super light green status.

End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. Day 3 of flower & these ladies are stretching great! We are having a bit of a calmag Deficiency right now but currently in the process of trying to fix it so hopefully they bounce back! The Gelato OG from seedsman is a monster to only be 42 days old not sure if I just got a good pheno or what happened but compared to the other gelato beside it from the same bag it looks like a completely different plant! The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had plenty of rain this morning with partly to mostly cloudy skies. The high temperature was 86°F Day 2 we had a high temperature of 91°F. Skies were clear but it was super humid. I defolated some more today. I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94° with partly cloudy to clear skies. It was super hot and humid. I watered 3-4 gallons from the well. I'm defoliating a few leaves here and there and opening these girls up. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94 with average humidity of 94. Skies were cloudy and we had thunderstorms that produced high winds and heavy rainfall. Several of my 7 gallon pots that hadn't rooted into the ground were blown over. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 83°F. It was super humid today and we had a very heavy fog this morning. I watered about 4 gallons of well water. Day 6 we had cooler weather today with a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were partly cloudy and I watered about 3 gallons from the hose. Day 7 we had cooler weather again oday with a high temperature of 79°F. Skies were mostly sunny and I watered about 3 gallons from the hose. Overall this week was a success. Unfortunately all three plants have powdery mildew. They are being treated with a bio fungicide. I'm removing leaves a little at a time. I'm going to be more aggressive next week in trying to get this under control. This weather has not helped. We have had one of the wettest, most humid summer since I've been here. Powdery mildew is on several of the native plants along our tree line and yard. It's been an issue and typically fastbuds have had a lot of resistance. This weather has been brutal and I'll be doing what I can to keep this under control. I didn't feed any this week as the plants are showing signs of excess phosphorus and the feather meal breaks down to feed slowly.

my other tent was too small for her. Because of my job, I didn't have a lot of time with my plants. I have.many leaves burned.by the led. hopefully he grows up healthy...

We have 2 weeks under our belt and now we're charging into week. So far each day I can see more new growth which is encouraging. With a few more nodes in the next day or so I'll look at topping. Cheers til next time -Dj Sunstone

CHERRY 🍒 COLA 420/FASTBUDS This lady really produces some extra sticky dense buds that look amazing and smell 👍 great! I had no issues with this strain. She was grown in organic soil with only FOOP nutrient line and she responded with some good looking buds!! Overall a easy grow with rewarding results ✨️ one of the strains I would suggest growing 😀!! What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides. The strain is a easily maintained but yet very durable plant to grow from nutrient deficiency, climate to even pests. A recommended strain if you are looking for a nice smooth smoke that's a hard hitter and a lasting effect

Everything seems to be going alright, one of my plants has extremely shiny leaves almost like oily, and some odd shaped leafs but I’m very curious to see how things go when I switch to flowering considering these are all random bag seeds! Have been trying to look for signs of sex but still can’t see anything yet!

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

24-8-2019 Something new i am trying out with this strain now that I have a Media History. White Widow in a Aeroponic Deep Water Culture environment. we will see firsthand what media does it best with less effort, Container is filled with 5-6 gallons of Nutrient Solution to be changed once every second week. Already cut my RO flow by half with less trips to the faucet i have more time for my girl. Enjoy the grow Bud Tenders.👌😎 It must be noted that this White Widow was kept in a low T5 environment for a period of 11 weeks or so. So no pics of the early days lol.💪

pretty bummed out the other 2 plants that are flowering in the same tent as these mixed autos both might have hermed on me so i had to chop them early. the 2 mixed autos are looking a little droopy / sad so i really hope they didn't get pollinated. we went on a trip to colorado this week and i didnt have anyone to watch the plants or water them but i figured they would be fine being as we were only gone 3.5 days. well when i got back they looked fine and i only had enough water for the mixed pack plants. i waited until morning for the banana pp and regular purple punch and then they both started feeling almost crunchy on top so i did some investigating and i found a few nanners . i chopped right away and am praying for the best. one of these has some copperish hue to the tips on the newer growth? im not sure what that means im seeing maybe too much iron? i really need to calibrate my ph pen so i can pay more attention to it. i have been getting disttilled water jugs so its usually at 7 and im assuming the nutrients bring it down some but i rarely check because i never trust if the pen is on or not lol. thinking about going organic to avoid dealing with ph at all.
