01/01/2022 Potting up and amending with 5-2-4 to give a little kick before mid flower #6 is first girl to show herself, also got two different males and only difference is that one is lighter green and other darker green (also dark green one seems to drink more than lighter green) 💚. Other than that structure is very similar I wonder which is a better breeding male? I guess I might pollinate and LABEL TWO BRANCHES ON each female one for each male. and find out.🙏🏻 01/06/2022 #3 showed today, reppoted and into flowering closet, along with#6,who showed earlier this week lights at 14-10 see how they respond to that schedule, which should help use up the 5-2-4 going into week 3 should help with her stretch. Which isn't really that much I believe maybe double her current height, which I will check at lights on.Week ,#3 if I think of it I'll give a good fungal dominant tea.

So the first week of a 12 on 12 light schedule is behind us. As you can see she started to elongate very well, most of the branches grew out to the same hight without any LST or HST training. The Bilberry Lamp is showing it's quality. You can see that both the spectrum and the power work great for the plant. Nothing special happened this week. She showed her first "hairs". Fed her twice each time with the mentioned dosages from the BAC Organic line. I try to keep na 9 degrees Celsius difference between night and day. Just trying to keep her happy and hope that all goes well.

Chugging along. This girl has shown signs of being a lil hungry, so I increased feeding again this week; my limited experience with Ethos has taught me to feed heavy with them in future runs. Since she has been so hungry, and since I enjoy experimenting with my grows, this will be the first where I don’t flush. Hell, I may even try the 48 hours of darkness! Had to touch her yesterday to add an anchor to the post, my hand smelled SO strong of fruit punch 20+ mins later. Beyond anxious to have a sample of this girl when cured. Looking forward to dropping those night temps even more and seeing if we can pull the purple out. Video/photos taken 91 days after breaking soil, day 42 of flower.

Aug 17: gotta love big fast plants. This is a nice big plant and the buds are forming very quickly. Added a scrog net layer because I realized the buds are getting heavy already and will likely want more support. These loosely placed Scrog nets are working great and they make it easy to expose buds while tucking fan leaves out of the way. Honestly, I can hardly believe how fast these buds are maturing. Very impressed. Aug 18: another cool and slightly rainy day but at least it’s not so smoky. This new normal of ‘which town is gonna get burned this year?’ Is not fun at all. This year is was a third of the town of Jasper which is inside a national park. Aug 21: this plant is awesome with really big buds forming quite quickly. Hello potheads, the reason to do this Journal is to register the grow results using a dirty cheap assembly, with low investment on equipment and hopefully without compromising results (LOL). The main reason to do this is bc I have tested previously the Bulbs when my last COB Panel failed right after two years and became void of guarantee, also, pandemics in my country made every attempts to delivery it to a technician almost impossible, so we had to improvise . Most of the used materials are accesible by home & groceries store (also online), the nutrients and seeds that are legacy from the previous project. The substrate is recycled and applied on 11 & 15lt Textpots. This is the reason also why there is a lite of lice or white fly plague on some plants that im trying to control with Aceite de Springhill by Anasac (locally branded paraffin oil). About nutrients: The reason to add Carbo & Sugar Is to stimulate beneficial bacterial life on the used soil.This also helps photosynthesis and root development in earlier stages. (ref: https://bigbudsmag.com/marijuana-carbohydrates-boost-roots-buds-thc ) Related to the strains: The G13 by GrowBarato Seeds: 2 Month Old AVG but they were germinated on 12/12 photoperiod (while waiting to cut other plants) , so they acted like revegged with the increase of hours. They're being trained with paper clips to become bushy & chonky units. (4/6 survived) Santa Bilbo by Genethik: 1 Month Old AVG , but they were germinated on 12/12 photoperiod, the nutrient deficiencies that show are bc they stayed on a 500cc cup for too much time and required transplant urgently, and now are recovering and generating vegetal mass AGAIN . The Reason that there are 2 plants in one pot its bc one was less vigorous, cursed, and against all odds, are recovering from stress shock & different carencies . ( 4/5 survived) Eleven Roses by Delicious Seeeds: 10 days Old (Germinated on 4/20/21 on 20/4 photoperiod). They r' fine, healthy Babies and growing on a steady rhytm . There are 8 because there are 2 spaces to fill , but also, they were backup in case all Santa Bilbo transplants failed miserably. For the last ones i need to select whose be transplanted to soil but that's a problem for future me, not me rn. I will VEG for the entire month of MAY in order to fill the spaces of the grow tent and try to update this diary at least once a week. Probably weekends. Day 29 - Checked PPM 720. Water always seems to be low from here on. The plant uses so much daily. Late night PPM check 450. Day 30 - Checked PPM 420. ***WHITE HAIRS ARE SHOWING*** Added 10 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 5 mL of each additive plus BIG BUD AND NIRVANA. I dont have bud ignitor and bud factor x or i would have added them as well. PPM is 1,600. Plant is 17 inches tall. Light is 12 inches away from top of plant. PAR/PPFD is around 600 at the tops of the plant. DLI is around 30. Day 31 - Checked PPM 1,080. Plant is 18 inches tall and 24 inches wide. I had to expand the grow area to accommodate the plant. Day 32 - Checked PPM 895. Water is low. Raised the light as some of the leaves was taco shaped. Light is now 18 inches above the plant. Plant is 19 inches tall. Day 33 - Checked PPM 570. Water is low. Added 5 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. PPM is 720. Plant is 22 inches tall. Day 34 - Checked PPM 620. Plant is 23 inches tall. Added 5 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 2 mL of each additive. PPM is 1,020. Day 35 - Checked PPM 700. Plant is 25 inches tall. Roots are as thick as a pencil. The rootball is massive!.

She is really starting to smell now. Hairs are turning orange and shes looking great. I just got a USB Microscope and checked the trichomes and they are looking mostly clear with some cloudy,

1/11/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 1- I have a root almost in the water.. Yay!! Top feeding is almost done. she is looking a little sad as I work the transition Top feeding but once the roots are fully in the water she will start to take off. Ensured my PPFD is set between 250-300 it is set to: 258 1/12/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 2- I have a root in the water.... NO TOP FEED TODAY SIR!!! now that a root is touching the water and she looks stable, I am not going to topfeed, I will see how she looks tomorrow and as long as everything looks good I am going to go ahead and do a change and week 1 fill on Nutes.. I know it is a couple of days in but the same Nutes go through Week 2 and get changed at Week 3 So I should be good to go.. I will just ensure I fill to root touching the water when I change tomorrow. 1/13/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 3- Water Change Day!! I added 36 Gallons of Water to the system: Silica= .5mil/gal= 18mil CalMag= .75mil/gal = 27mil FloraMicro=3.0mil/gal = 108mil FloraGro=2.0mil/gal = 72mil FloraBloom= 2.0mil/gal = 72mil PH DOWN= 30mil Very important thing with this system is to now wait the 24 hours for the system to adjust.. Do not make any further adjustments to your PH up or Down for 24 hours to allow time for the system to balance. 1/14/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 4- Today I just adjusted the PH to ensure that it was right at 6.0 1/15/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 5- Today I Cleaned up the lower damaged leaves from the transition from top feeding to roots in the water. She looks good today. 1/16/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 6- Today I just took a picture of the beautiful lady for Log. Other than that just normal day to day operations, check the pH, check the Humidifiers and fill as necessary, check level of water in the Res. Everything looks great. onto Tomorrow!! 1/17/2024 Vegetation Week 1 Day 7- Today I filled the humidifers, checked the PH and just let her grow.. Grow baby Grow.....

June 22: planted peat pot into final 5 gallon grow bag. Tore bottom off peat pot and ripped sides. Warm overnight so she’ll be outside for first time. June 23: first hot days of summer. Late to start autos but with warm weather they will start quickly. June 28: not much change in the first few days but she should start growing quickly here soon. Gave first compost tea this morning.

Week 9 has officially started, and she's entering the final phase with some real beauty. Buds are swelling up across the canopy with a thick layer of frost and lots of white pistils still pushing. Trichomes are now clearly visible under magnification with early signs of cloudiness, but no amber yet. The lower fan leaves have started to fade naturally, and I’m starting to see hints of purple coming through on some of the sugar leaves and bracts. I gave her a full-strength compost tea at the end of Week 8 and topped off the auto-watering base to keep her coasting. Temps have been high due to a heat wave, spiking around 88°F, but airflow and moisture have been stable thanks to the dual fan setup and bottom watering. I also added DE to the topsoil to knock back a few gnats and placed sticky traps nearby. No training this week so far, just light tucking and one small defoliation session in the center of the canopy to improve airflow. She's healthy, sticky, and starting to ripen — right on track for harvest in the next couple of weeks.

Look at those roots! I also believe I under fed mycorrhiza... because the roots on some of my other plants went insane... go check 😉 Flowers came out super nice too! Very lemony Will definetely grow again.

Holy foxtail!! I mean, she's growing well in most aspects, so I'm not really complaining. There's 2 evident buds with bleaching. Her mom had that with I believe 2 or 3. I know it's my heat and lighting. Starting to think my ppfd meter is off. Started this week with a gallon of water. Giving her the final boost and wash of the top dress. This is her final weeks as I'm loving where the trichomes are and im eagerly getting ready to use my cannatrol and get the next plant going. My reds were turned down to 25% gearing towards 0% for final week of Ripening. Again, no evidental issues beyond those previously addressed. For fun, there is a picture of a cover crop seed coming up. This little seed has been in here from either the beginning of this grow, or previous grows. Amazing how they can decide to come to life at any point.

Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Started to flush one of the 2 plants. Using pH 6.5 water without anything else. Last couple of feeds for the second one which is about 1 week behind. Have to say that despite my initial skepticism, the dark purple, almost black in the leafs has gradually appeared. Not as deep as with the autoflowers, and nowhere as sudden. The amount of crystals is much higher in these FF ones. Hopefully I don't pull any dumb mistake in the last few days so I can have a no stress dry/cure.
