Day 99: New Week We've decided against using additional nutrients and have completely stopped fertilizing. The light cycle has been reduced to 11 hours, and we're already starting to give them cooler water. Starting Monday, I will be watering with ice water to stress the plants further, aiming for higher yield, more terpenes, and increased frost. The adjustment to the light cycle should also help the plants ripen evenly. The lights are hanging about 20 cm above the buds, which are getting thicker every day, soaking up the light intensely. In about a week, most of the plants should be ready for harvest. We plan to stop watering them for about 100 hours before harvest. During this period, I'll place ice cubes on the soil to shock the roots one last time. 48 hours before harvest, I will turn off the lights, giving the plants two days of darkness. After this period, the plants will be cut and hung to dry.

La planta además está mostrando un apetito insaciable, todo le gusta y en grandes cantidades, los últimos 5 riegos con EC por encima de 1.6, hasta 2.5 en el último riego, esta es la planta a la que más comida estoy dando, cada vez diferente, tal y como me gusta a mi también... todo por la causa! Alimento la planta con mezclas variadas de Bio Nutrientes y a la vez alimento la tierra con nuevas capas de mulch que traigo de las hojas desechadas por la propia planta, las trituro y las añado al sustrato, estas hojas todavía húmedas han demostrado que es un excelente hábitat para la proliferación de la microbiología aeróbica, actualmente todo el mulch de mis cultivos tiene un tacto grasiento, esto es la señal inequívoca de la humificación de la materia orgánica del mulch, además, esta semana he añadido como enmiendas secas harina de huesos (Ca, P...) y Guano de gusano de la harina o mealfrass (P,K, Mg...), este guano para mi es excelente, pues promueve como ninguno la proliferación de la microbiología y es de más fácil digestión que los clásicos guanos de aves o murciélago, también tengo una fórmula donde he solubilizado este guano con Microrganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA) y Pasto Fermentado, demostrando ser un compuesto fantástico para reavivar cultivos perezosos. Ya estamos casi listos para cosechar. Estamos regando con agua y solo lo estrictamente necesario para mantener hidratadas nuestras plantas. Tambien hemos reducido al 50% la potencia de nuestras luminarias LazerLite Pro 720w.

Tras una nueva semanas las pequeñas avanzan mas o menos bien! Creo q me pase en el ultimo riego y que alguna tiene alguna carencia pero estamos trabajando en ello. Sobre las Burger Puch solo decir que una empezó a declararse por alguna razon y vi que era macho por lo cual se la di a un amigo a ver que pasa al final!! Espero que en dos semanas mas ponerlas a florar ! También decir que nos han regalado una Red Hot de sweet seeds ya que una amiga no tenia mucho espacio !!! A ver que tal la experiencia !!!

Day 106 since seed touched soil. Twins are great ! Looking frosty on all levels, bottom buds getting mass, tops fades a lot. Will push them for 8 more days, then harvest time. Watered today, one more left. No work needed, just waiting ;) Mars TSL2000 is giving all love those girls need ! Happy with development and how plant grew under, no smallest doubts ! Sour diesel is such a beautiful plant, with a robust structure and strong lime flavor.. full of terps.. the main bud looks a big rock.. might be the biggest main bud I ever had.. super frosty and definitely a genetic I will want to grow again.. can’t wait to harvest this baby.. I’m gonna flush it very soon, probably next watering.. plant is definitely going to the last weeks/days.. let’s go

On week 6, thought they were coming up to harvest but still keeps popping pistels.. probably another few weeks till they are finally done

Noticed some more pink/purple stems on the plants and decided to increase the phosphorus content in the feed by mixing in half grow and half bloom from the nutrient lineup. I'd use the PK booster I have but its to high in K for my liking. The entire lineup is very high in K. mixing grow and bloom gives a NPK ratio of 7-7-14 then done 1:1 equal parts. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 Run off was a bit high for my liking but only seeing minimal signs of nutrient burn. Still watering once with feed and runoff and then later in the week with water and no/little runoff for my watering cycle.The number in the nutrient section are wrong but the EC and ratio are correct. Also impressed the roots have started popping out the bottom of the container already after only being transplanted for a week. Good root growth on these ones. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% . 7 days exactly... 3 of the seeds made it.... all 3 look good.... just seed raising soil mixed with perlite, inside jiffy pots that break down in 2-6 weeks... just normal tap water atm, and i'll water them less now, let them dry out abit... Day 8 - pics/vid.... Had a look under the jiffy's, all 3 had 1-3 cm roots poking out, they went straight thru the jiffy like it was not even there..... (pic - Day 8 - Root straight thru all 3 pots.).... so, went into emergency repotting day... lol....... i don't want the roots restricted or damaged in any way, so, got what pots and soil i had, and put em in, (2 x 13.5 lt pot, and 1 x 7.7 lt). Day 9 - some pics, bought a new tent (wait delivery), just got em under afew 6400k led's atm .... they seem happy..... 👍 😎

this went basically as bad as i couldve expected for a first harvest. i didnt flush, it obviously is very harsh, but actually not as bad as i expected. to yield a gram though, i mean i had some serious issues and inexperience. but i hope to try again with expert seeds down the line

Sorry I didn't update yesterday. Been bending limbs down to keep a consistent height. Using LST and HST this time. Soon I'll be identifying which branches from which plants will make the final cut. I've been very rough on these plants and they all continue to thrive. But I've noticed a clear distinction between some that are fast growing and some that are slow growing, under the exact same care. Since this is a relatively new breed I'll be interested in how they differ at harvest. I'm noticing most of my challenge now is to get the branches all at a consistent height for the switch at the ScrOG net. The challenge is not among individual branches, but among slower and faster growing plants. This would be much easier if I had a way to raise or lower whole plants in the grow. Not likely in a hydro setup, water seeking its level and all.

Plants are maturing this week but are yet to put on more weight.. .However they are good size already! One bud on my Banana Krumble is mutated and I am not sure what it is?

good evening green and sticky thumb friends. today the child enters the 13th week and probably tomorrow, also for reasons of time and perfumes, with Christmas just around the corner .. I will go to the collection. Certainly I did not expect large quantities, but mine was more an outdoor experiment to see if despite the temperatures this og of my friends of the noborder was resistant to low temperatures (we also arrived at an exposure of 5/8 degrees). I managed to complete it despite the unwelcome visit of some insect and its defoliation.

Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 97grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results!
