Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos 4 weeks of flowering completed 26th March 2020 Hi Everyone I hope you are well , This Plant is starting to get some frosting happening and the smell has elvolved a little once again 😏 It's still got the tropical fruit like aroma but has got an underlying smell almost like honey. I had to get up Early this morning as an impending thunderstorm threatened to drench my plants which I wasn't going to let happen 😡 bloody rain 😆 It's all good now they are under cover and protected from any more showers we may have . She had a good feed yesterday of some Liquid potasium, Seaweed solution , Epsom salts and Mollasses so she should be content until the sun returns . Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. This week was better than early, I've founded few very litle banana spend the week, I will continue to check this week, Harvest will be in 2 or 3 weeks, I hope can take situation under control untill harvest. If banana start to be too big, I'll remove the branch. The plants stopped growing in height and are now in FULL FLOWERING mode. Every day more and more flower clusters appear and start to build colas at the sidebranches now. The trichome production is also in full swing, the plants get stickier every day and smell DELICIOUS. The Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have a sweet sandelwood-smell like the AK-47 but also with peach undertones from the Barbara Bud in it. I LOVE THE AROMA!

[DAY 50] - 20/07/2022 - TS1000 45 cm away - 100% (150 watt); - 30° C, 50% RH; - PH 6; EC 1.4 - 1.5; - A few days ago I switched to the full flower feed, but I am experiencing plant nutrition problems: 1) On 8 liters of solution, from EC 0 to EC 1 I inserted: Silicate + CalMag + A + B; 2) From EC 1 to EC 1.4 only with the addition of Bloombastic (Bloom stimulator did not raise the EC) (I don't know exactly the amount of BLOOMBASTIC, it is too viscous to be able to measure it precisely, that's why I only report the increase in EC, it is more precise as a info). After less than 24 hours the EC turns out to be 1.5 (it was 1.4 a day ago), the plant is therefore eating badly or in any case in an unbalanced way. The only difference from before is the addition of Bloombastic. I have the feeling that: raise from 1 to 1.4 of EC with only Bloombastic (so only P and K) is too much and the plant is leaving some of these nutrients in the DWC as it doesn't need them. I am therefore afraid of approaching an excess of P and K and for this reason I have also uploaded photos of the leaves, maybe someone more experienced will already be able to notice signs of excesses of these two nutrients. If, on the other hand, Bloombastic is not to blame for this EC elevation, I don't really know what it is. - I found ONE SINGLE LEAF completely ruined, it was practically dead and detached from the plant (leaf was under the scrog net, so didn't take light anyway). [DAY 51] - 21/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away - 80% (120 watt); - 30° C, 60% RH; - Today and tomorrow I will not be home and I preferred to keep the lamp at 120 watts in order to better manage humidity and temperature. [DAY 52] - 22/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away - 80% (120 watt); - 30° C, 60% RH; - Plant is drinking about 1.5 liters per day, the solution temperature is always very high but the plant is holding up well. [DAY 53] - 23/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away - 100% (150 watt); - 30/31° C all day long, 60% RH; [DAY 54] - 24/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away - 100% (150 watt); - 30/31° C all day long, 60% RH; [DAY 55] - 25/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away - 100% (150 watt); - 30/31° C all day long, 70% RH; - The humidity has increased these days, we are on average 70% with peaks of 80%. I hope that the weather situation will improve; - Plant is continuing to grow day by day, so I think I am still in the last days of the stretching phase. Concluded this phase (when?) I will remove a lot (or a bit?) of leaves and branches that are not getting enough light. [DAY 56] - 26/07/2022 - TS1000 40 cm away from the center of the canopy - 100% (150 watt); - 30/31° C all day long, 70% RH;

10/11/24 she had gotten so overly dry that she was impossible to water. i had to scrape and break of the dry spots all around the soil and root ball so that water could penetrate. she was root bound from a solo cup and then as well from 1 gallon to 3 gallon. once the rootbound spots got overly dry, they became super hydrophobic and i didnt realize how bad it was. that may be what's been affecting the over all health of the plant. finally able to get her to hold weight in water so im hopefull 10/15 pistils are getting thrown out everywhere. a bit of a stretch so far but not too much. maybe a couple inches or

Blueberry smells like Blueberry, Gorilla Cookies smells vanilla like but the Wedding Glue smells like pine. Ongoing defoliation, I know this shouldn't be done so often but I do it once in a while every couple of days. I also switched my light from Lumatek to AC Infinity EVO 4 which couldn't run at full power due to DLI issues. I set it to around 200W

79 days!!!!! and the harvest is already harvested :) The whole growth until week 6 went very well, then the girl got a little worse, (I think it's my mistake, which I described in previous weeks), but besides all that she managed to ripen perfectly, matured stiff flowers, full of shiny sticky trichomes with a very, very sweet aroma ;) 210 gr of wet buds, I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash :) I can't wait to taste it :) this is my first trip with Sweetseeds Looking at the flowers I understand that I will definitely repeat it :) I will leave more feedback after the smoke review:) good luck to everyone.

the last week was really sunny again, which of course pleased the beautiful plant very much. in the last week she only got fertiliser once. biobizz top-max, bloom and grow. 24 hours before the harvest, she was given an ice-cold rinse and a few ice cubes. (does that really help?) the buds have grown very compact and firm. the odour is intense. wet weight at the end was 159 grams. but measured generously. all in all i am very satisfied with the grow. at the beginning she had to fight with the german weather, but she has survived all strains and stress.
