Week 2 flower strain stretched about 5ft from flip to flower.

Week 5: Bud Bulking Bonanza As the fifth week unfolds, excitement brews among growers as their prized plants enter a phase of explosive growth. Golden, the ever-watchful cultivator, observes with delight as a subtle change takes hold – a sign that the harvest is on the horizon. The once delicate buds are now transforming into hefty, resin-dripping colas, reminiscent of robust donkey dicks. It's a sight to behold for any cannabis connoisseur, promising a bountiful yield and the fulfillment of months of dedicated care.

Day 35 and I can finally see them putting weight back on after the light situation. Debating on top dressing one more time or not, we’ll see in a couple of days.

Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. It’s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few “out of place” leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, it’s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. I’m letting them finish, I’ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

PPFD= 450 Tent Temp = 78.3 Water Temp = 73.2 3/19/2023 Week 5- Day 2 of Veg (Day 46 overall) Not much to report.. Did some defoliation and some topping. The humidifier was not cutting it by itself to keep the humidity around 60 so I added a bigger humidifier today on a second InkBird Controller. Lets see if it can help control the environment a little better and keep me from having to refill 3 times a day. 3/20/2023 Week 5- Day 3 of Veg (Day 47 overall) Just let them be today. We all took the day off and just grew!! 3/21/2023 Week 5- Day 4 of Veg (Day 48 overall) Nothing much to report they continue to do good.. I topped a little I fim'ed a little and I defoliated a little. Everything seems to be on point still... 3/22/2023 Week 5- Day 5 of Veg (Day 49 overall) Did a little bit of daily maintenance by adding 6mil of PH Up to bring my PH from 5.80 to 5.89, I refilled my humidifier. I topped a little, I FIMed one and I defoliated a little bit. 3/23/2022 Week 5- Day 6 of Veg (Day 50 overall) Regular maintenance conducted. The PH was down to 5.80 so I added 8mil of PH UP bringing the PH to 5.91. I topped where it was needed, I also defoliated some to allow light to hit lower nodes as well as allow a good air flow. 3/24/2023 Week 5- Day 7 of Veg (Day 51 overall) Last Day of the week time for measurements: #3 = 1 foot #2 = 11 and 1/2 Inches Tomorrow I will try to just add a SILICA top off to my Res.. I hope it doesn't call any gumming and me to drain and restart my Res.. this will be my first time topping off SILICA.

Day 51, plants were transplanted in fox farm ocean forest, so have not fed nutrients yet. just microbials and compost tea. Flipped light to 12/12.

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

Ok heading into Week #5 & nothing but dechlorinated tap water. Yah boi! My 1st venue into high stress topping & training - The Jack's are still undetermined sex, so I figure what the hell -- have some fun & hopefully learn a bit. I don't see anything obvious on the Jack's that are giving me anything definitive in regards to sex. I'll just keep watching. One thing I have noticed with the leaves, is that they are very strong, like a bit rubbery. Overall the are very clean, green & healthy looking. The Green Crack duo is looking nice as well. Same deal with the leaves. Strong & stretchy, but healthy -- I defoliated the giant leaves & cleared off the 1st nodes. No training - YET - Watering is done automatic for both tents. Was bout 1/2 gallon every 2 days, that will change with the the recent defolio ---- well that's about it, .

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of veg. These girls got topped last week. And this week they have their branches poking up through their fan leaves. I hope to repot these plants this week and put a tomato cage in each pot for training and to tie the big buds up to. That time of year... the mushrooms are coming up everywhere. OK. Green crack is deffo the little weirdo in the tent but she’s showing signs of healthy growth so she gets to hang around , transplanted into 15L pots midweek for the next week or so then I’ll transplant again into 28L pots for the run home

Very happy with how both plants turned out in the end! Pheno#1 is a definite keeper, but il be hanging on to Pheno#2 for at least another run or two. Both plants have a very similar smell it’s like a tropical cherry punch, #1 smells the strongest, you only have to nudge it and then whole room stinks. #2 has a gassy edge that #1 doesn’t have. Both smell incredible! I’ve cut both plants into individual branches and I’ve hung them in my drying tent. I’ve removed all fan leaves and any lead with a visible stalk. I’ll dry them for 10-14 days, my RH stays roughly between 55-60 and the temperature fluctuates between 19-24*c weather dependent. As most seam to have a very tight growth pattern I honestly think they're going to be monsterous tower's in the coming weeks. with that in mind I gave everyone a good leg shave to increase those chances. Also The Frist trellis is up ! after talking with Katsu about how much he thinks this particular strain may stretch.. i've decided to hang 2 lines of support across these girls. this first being right as we move into FLOWER ! teh second line will go up one the stretch stops..(week3-4 maybe we will see) With that being said, after a slight flush @6.6ph Water, & 24 Hours of darkness happening as I type this entry.. They will receive their first Flower Feeding in the Morning! & the next entry will be our first week of flower ! It is always a blast working from a pack of Reg Seed, let alone an Exciting project like these Katsu beans ! and as we move into flower next week I've taken cuts that I'm hopeful will ensure I have the BEST of the Best Flowers from this run to keep for another run at least.. and maybe even outdoor 2021. I think its Been 8 weeks now, the big one is purple maroc i have Been giving it more light then the others, but now they got one lamp each, So they Will grow fast now, Smells alot! The big one needs maybe 2-3 weeks more, the other two need maybe 5, we Will see how it turns out. First time growing aswell. Cheers :)

This week growth has been steady. I needed to do some more LST on the left plant because the 3 top sites had all stretched much more than the plant on the right and therefore I was having to move the light further up which meant the plant on the right was getting less light. After tying the 3 tops down, the next day they had readjusted themselves and I have a really nice flat canopy now.
