Photoperiodic ones are definitely far more satisfying.

Day 8: i dropped my phone in the bath tub so my photos are very blurry atm :/ besides that she’s doing good. Day 12: she’s a grower not a shower, you’ll se😎 Day 14: had to put support on the stem because i had too much fan power so she started to lean. Will recover in 24/48hrs! Harvest on day 91 of cycle , day 54 of flowering.. I could leave it few days more for sure however my ladt harvest is nearly finishing so I need to dry this plant as soon as possible hehehe.. Purple punch has really frosty buds, it didn’t grow as much as I wish(I had to move the plant to the toilet with my burple light as there was no space for 3 plants in my 2x4 tent) but they are looking insanely good, with a strong flavor of grape, I am impressed with this smell/flavour, all covered in trichomes, I can’t wait to smoke it.. So my way to harvest it is I cut it down on the main branch and hang to dry out.. all the plant .. I prefer dry trim because it’s way easier to trim.. so now I am gonna hang it for 2/3 weeks and then start trimming.. I will update yield and tasty as soon as I finish trimming.. Overall I am happy with the results 🙌🏼.

Day 76 - 29/11/23 OG Kush has a bit more of a fade after flushing 7 days ago. Bud sizes have not changed, but trichomes definitely have! More cloudy than clear this week! More amber head too!! I flushed her with an extra 2L of water on 27/11/23. Nice fade going on with all the leaves!! Im making sure all trichomes are nice and ready before the chop. until then, ill just be adding 2-300ml of water just to stop her from wilting. we're almost there!!!

The plants structure has become more sturdy and have seen development of more side branches developing I have topped both side branches at the 2nd node as didn’t want to top main bud site and have been doing light defoliation of the bigger fan leaves hoping to see more development and have seen a development in the lower 2 sets of side branches and have seen more development in the top section of the plant too and decided to top the main cola bit turned out fiming instead for the last day of week 4 and am letting her recov

I had a close call with the Purple Berry Kush. I was setting up another timer and somehow, left them with no rest for 48 hours. I only noticed when the performance spread between two tents emerged. Heat - light was too high- they looked wilted and tired Indica is sensitive to too strong a light right, i saw what looked like the start of nitrogen deficiency, so i popped them into the 20l grow bags. gave them water no nutrient that day. then back in line as normal following day- full nutrient cycle. they,re back now seedlings for the other diary looking strong and healthy. couple pics, nothing exciting, excuse the nutrient splash on the birthday cake :D- hope everyone is well out there.

So far so good! The two prized plants are making a nice long beautiful main colas with great lower shoots. I did have what appeared to be a lockout early in the week but I’d bet it was from either salt/nutrient build up or to high of a ppm count. I ran a batch of flora kleen for an hour and the results were astound of how much it stripped out. I think this resolved it and the smells are starting to come through now. I love the later weeks of flower but who doesn’t?!

Another round of topping. Tied her all back to spread out for LST. Going to flip to flower next week. Used the Kushman technique and Supercropped all her stems every inch on the way up, without bending. Gives her muscles to flex <3

Week number 4 , I had to swap the 55w neons ramps for the HID 600w MH , plants were overtaking the light coverage surface meaning it’s time to give some more growing space under more coverage ! Also, I will start giving the first feeding by the end of the week, around 700ppm’s / 1.4mS, Cellmax Soil Mix is pre-fertilized ( like most of all horticultural Soil Mix ) and as you can see plants didn’t need any extra feeding ! Topping the plants at the 3rd node at the seedlings stage didn’t make any stress at all , they just have redirected the energy in the sides shoots as you can see on the video.
