Major stretching this week! starting to fro up with pre flowers & have been selectively defoliating as usual about every to every other day during the time spent with bought 3 scorg nets like a noob. taking 1 down

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. We have hit day 35 and everything's looking great! Only 2 girls out of 8 have started flowering in the past day or two, the remaining six have shown sex and I'm anticipating flowering to begin sometime this week. I gave them a full feeding today. I'm using H&G Coco A+B, which is used from seed to harvest, unlike many other nutrient brands. I will start using H&G Bud-XL in the next few days, luckily I got a bottle before the shops close for Christmas. I didn't expect these autos to get so big so fast, but I'm definitely not complaining. Update day 37 - 26/12/20 I fed the girls their first dose of bud-xl today. 5/8 girls have started to flower now, hopefully, in the next few days the other 3 start up! Update: Day 40 - 29/12/20 6/8 girls are flowering now, the two that aren't are the 2 weird pheno runts.. I've submitted a grow question regarding the 2 weird girls. I'm hoping that they're simply late to flower and not a photoperiod.. I've been feeding the girls 1-2 litres each every day, with a plain PH'd water run every 7-14 days. Update day 41 - 30/12/20 All the girls have started to flower now :D I'm incredibly happy to see them so healthy at this point too I was almost going to put the 2 runts outside but I'm leaving them inside at this point. Just shy of the 21st day since they sprouted. Couldn’t be happier with the growth, maybe this living soil is as easy as it seems🤷🏻‍♂️😂.. Added my other light from my oreoz grow, packing 1030w in 7x7ft room, both lights daisy chained and set to setting number 4... top dressed for the first time with charge, followed by a very good watering added with flourish❤️. LST applied to most plants, looking forward to this grow very much, until next week👊🏻

Will definitely grow again. Harvested some earlier than others, really tried to get an idea of how much of a difference what point of the harvest window you harvest makes to the effect. Very high quality genetics - big thanks to Barney's Farm! 👌

D19 (10/12/2020): Beginning of week 3. I saw little yellow/brown spot on big leaves and new leaves, I need to check this closely. I fed with half of the recommended dose but 1.5-1.75L of water per plant. I was giving 1L max and I think it was not enough for the size of my pots. RH of the grow tent is now down at 60%. - temps: 26C - water: PH6.3, PPM: 410 - RH: 60% D20 (11/12/2020): Today I saw thrips larva crawling on a leaf (see video above). That confirm my problem is not a nutrients deficiency. I know how I got them and it's a rookie mistake from me. At the beginning of my grows, I placed a plant in my tent that was originally outdoor during fall. I did not think that it would be infested with bugs. I removed it when I saw a little bugs fly in my tent but the damage was probably already done. I read about thrips and you can get rid of them if you act fast and soon in the infestation. I will go to my local horticulture store today and ask advices and ways to exterminated them. I'm a newbie in growing cannabis (plants in general) and I want the best for my plants. I'm learning from my mistake and that's what I like! Overall, both plants are growing fast and they react really well to LST. I readjust the tie 2-3x a day because the small leaves are growing so fast! - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 60% D21 (12/12/2020): I bought insecticidal soap and gave a treatment. RH is now at 55% and that increases air flow. -temp: 26C - no water - RH: 55% D22 (13/12/2020): The lamp is now 100% and at 28inch form the plants. They received 430 PPFD (33 000 lux). Temperature is under control around 26C with a new oscillating fan place on the floor. This air flow will help against bugs. LST continue every day to expose new leaves. I gave water with only Max Minerals. - temp: 26.5C - water: PH6.4, PPM: 275, approx.: 1,75L per plant - RH: 55% D23 (14/12/2020): LST continue, I try to bend one branch every day and readjust the other ones. I did not see more bugs but some of the new leaves are affected so I know they are still there. I ordered nematodes to help me prevent new larvae. They are suppose to arrive in two days. - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 55% D24 (15/12/2020): I removed leaves at the bottom of the pants last night. Probably 3-4 leaves per plant that were not receiving light. This morning I can see that it gave a good boost on the new leaves! Continuing LST as usual. The nematodes arrived earlier then expected. I will apply them tonight as soon as the lights turn on! - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 54% D25 (16/12/2020): I did a lot today! First, I sprayed another treatment of insecticidal soap on all my plants. Second, I removed one inch of soil in each pot and replaced it with new soil (same soil). I saw sign of what I think is phosphate deficiency. I was really shy on nutrients since beginning of the grow. Third, I fed full recommended dose for week 3 of veg. I gave 1.5L of water with nutrients and approx. 0.5L of tap water when I placed the nematodes. Fourth, I placed one tea pouch of nematodes in each pot as recommended. I also opened 2 tea pouch of nematodes and sprinkled them over the soil of all plants. Finally, I continued LST. It was a big week of up and down. Both plants grew like crazy and I discover an infestation. I think Banana Kush is in pre flower but I'm not sure. It's a bit early but they got so much stressed this week. -temp: 26C -water: PH6.5, PPM: 725 -RH: 55%

Week 16

Big week this week.. Had to flip the lights, defoliate the full underside of the scrog that took hours .. Then decided to take some clones mid process ending me with hopefully Some good rooters. Also changing up my feeding schedule to a higher dose of nutes almost 1500 ppm. That should hopefully lay my coco with a healthy Base off minerals needed for the boosting that’s happening

They are developing well and the smelling started to be a bit strong with gas terpenes from both strains. I'll keep following the EC and their development to ensure they won't have any blocker. Day 42 - 15/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd ⏫🌡️~28°C 💧~49% 📏 40cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry, what it seems the watering cadence based on the pot size. They are going very well. After talk with some friends and reviewing the plant status, I decided to keep follow the nutrient schedule and keep looking at them. Mango Cream and Strawberry Cola 1 stopped stretching and should started the bulking phase, that's why the smelling is so strong. On Strawberry Cola 1, I just remove some leafs that were covering the other branches. I, literally, removed 5 leafs. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.8 PH 6.0 On Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, that was nothing receiving light and probably consuming plant's energy. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 6.1 PH 6.0 As Strawberry Cola 2 is one week later than the others. So, it seems going to finish the stretching bloom phase. As Mango Cream, I did some defoliation removing the big leafs on the bottom, also some ones in the middle, that wasn't receiving light and ambushing the middle overlapping the middle nodes. Then, they can concentrate on the top canopy. Watered with 3L of RO water with 4ml of Athena Bloom B + 4ml of Athena Bloom A + 4ml of Athena CaMg. EC 1.9 EC Run Off 5.9 PH 6.0 The defoliation on them also was done to improve the air circulation because my tent increased 1,5-2,0C. degrees with the season changing. Hopefully it can help to reduce a bit. As the previous EC on them were between 5.1 and 6.1, it means that they are ok, consuming the nutrients and not blocked by high EC. Happy news!! Day 45 - 18/05/2025 🌞 ~900ppfd 🌡️~26°C 💧~49% 📏 ⏫45cm distância 3 day later the soil got dry and they are going very well. I'm keeping the strategy this week in order to levelling the EC on them. Seen they sucked a bit their development and some burns started to show on the leaf points, I decided to flush them a bit to correct the EC and continue the nutrients schedule correct. I flushed them with 6L of RO water with PH corrected, each one. They reduced the EC to 2.0~3.4 and I added another schedule nutrients solution. All water schedule below is after the flush. Mango Cream I watered with 1L of RO water with 2ml of Athena Bloom B + 2ml of Athena Bloom A + 2ml de Athena CaMg + 2ml of Athena PK. Happy with the correction results. I also increased the watering volume. MAY 17th I'll water the 10th planet again tomorrow. Things are going amazing! I topped one of the blueberry cheeses and fimmed another. I'm not seeing any stress. If they seem good I'll hst some of the others. This doing ONE thing at a time helps figure out problems. It's 75 right now but it was 39 this morning. UPDATE: IT STARTED FUCKING SNOWING TODAY. Forecast looks good and others are putting plants out. I'll hold off. They'll go to the garage soon for hardening off. Looking at other diaries I had much bigger "clones" but they always come full of problems (see last year). These plants are the healthiest ivecever grown. I'd rather have a healthy plant half the size than a clone with a bunch of issues. Tomorrow I'm planning to wash my stakes and grow bags. I'll get the palletts in position and move my cage. I also am considering either putting a small pvc cover on my cage or finding a way to attack something to the trellis system for heavy rains. If anybody has ideas I'm all ears. 5/18 DIDN'T WATER TODAY. Soil was dry but the pots were heavy. I could feel some moisture through the drain holes. I think it would've been alright either way but I'm erring on the side of caution. I'll check again later in the day. I topped one and fimmed anotger of the blueberry cheese. The purple punch is quickly catching g up to her sisters. I HAD to add a small ring around one of the purple pounce plants as it was WAAAAY lighter than the others. It's possible it could've gotten less water than the others last time due to its positioning. I'm also considering adding silica next feeding. So much left to do before they go outside. Oh and it was fucking snowing here yesterday! May 17 and it was snowing middle of the day. Morning temp wad 31 this morning so I'm staying cautious and making sure I have all my ducks I'm a row before I go outside. I'm also weighing options to either add a pvc hoop on top of my cage or look into protecting plants individually come late fall with our horrible weather. I'm leaning towards the pvc top. I think that would greatly help things. UPDATE: Went back over at four and everything's looked great. Leaves praying to the sun. Topsoil is dry as fuck but I can still feel a little bit of moisture through the drain holes plus they have a little heft left to them. I plan on watering tomorrow and see how that goes. I wanted to add silica but I'm afraid of changing to much or raising the ph of the soil. 5/19 Found out that my scale will actually weigh the three gallon pots! I don't have an empty one to fill with dry soil to compare though. WATERED everything today. Topsoil was totally dry. Some plants had some heft to them. However I last watered on the 15th so I decided to cut back on the amount of water and see how that goes. Instead of the full 28oz powerade bottle I gave them a little over half. I tried for approx 16fl Oz per plant. Everything is looking great. Other than the little runt. I don't know whatcthecdeal is with that one bit it may get given away or culled. I also FIMed a purple punch. UPDATE: Went back over around 11 and boy weren't the plants looking good. I'm moving my cage and sanitizing my pallets tomorrow. I sanitized my grow bags. I vleaned them with the baking soda and water and a scrub brush but since I had that problem with fusarium last year I then soaked them in a h2o2 solution for 20 mins before rinsing them off and letting them dry. I am so stoked for this season. Wondering about the pvc top and whether it's necessary 🤔. I have TONS of heavy equipment (well dad does) but the smallest thing we have is a backhoe and a bulldozer neither which I'm to inclined to use to move big plants. I thought that since the door to that garage is large enough to drive a front end loader in than if I could find a way to make my pallets mobile I could bring them in if storms are coming. I worry to much. I also got rid of anything that could gave spires on it. Ilk need to wash my plastic trellis netting and the bamboo as well but better safe than sorry. 5/20 Plants are still growing like weeds and are the ones I HST are recovering nicely. Soon they'll go out to the garage and spend their days outside in the sunshine and their nights inside the garage while I harden them off. Having trouble uploading stuff right now. 5/21 Topped two blueberry cheese and one purple punch. Plants are still doing great. We are getting close to go8ng outside in tye forever homes in smart pots ranging from 10gal to 50 gals. I still need to sanitize the pallets but this week I plan on hardening these girls off fully. 5/22 I weighed a couple of the plants and they were different. I think I got a couple 7lbs one that was 6 something and a heavier one that was 8. Looks like I've found the right amount. I plan to water tomorrow. They'll be moved in the next couple days to the garage and I'll let them fill the 3's before they go in their final homes. Plants are recovering from HST great. Still getting cold nights here. Honestly if I didn't have a major life event happen they'd be outside hardening off now 5/23 Watered everything with approximately 18oz of water. I am either going to move plants outside today to indirect sun (even though they've handled full sunlight from an open window) in the garage and keep the light going for a little longer. They need to fill their pots before they go in their forever homes. I've got some work to do but it will pay off. EDIT: Cage has been moved to its new home. A huge pallet takes up most of it but I have littler ones that will fit in. I just haven't had a chance to disinfect these. I'm probably going overboard but I'm not fucking around with that fusarium or other any pathogens this year. I'm going to use the systemic organocide once I go outside. It's going to rain tomorrow amd might be cold but I still move the plants to the garage in the morning.

11/27 She’s not getting enough of the light. I’m working on another grow space so she can get more light penetration. Considering I let her stretch so much and not getting adequate light. She’s looking pretty good. Buds are already looking dense.

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** This week has been interesting, I was getting some weird runoff numbers in terms of EC/PPM and PH, so I decided to try and bring the PH up with a flush of high PH water into the medium. I did not have any PH up on hand so I used borax, PH of 9-10 plus it will help kill off any microbes in the soil that I believe is causing the PH swings. After doing this and getting the PH I wanted in the solution I released that the amount of B in the solution was to high and would cause more issues down the road, It was late in the day so I left the next flush to fix the excess B till tomorrow morning. Morning came and when I processed to flush I added in a bit of peroxide to the water and a dash of dish soap to break the waters surface tension so it flows through the pots more easily. This was going fine till it started to not drain out at all. I think it was foaming up in the medium and preventing a normal flow, plus on two of the pots I lost my perlite that sits on the top of the medium. I had to massage the pots "like when you transplant" to make then start draining again and then purchased a Yucca extract to help it flow through. Everything is back to normal. The pots are really root bound and should be transplanted but its mid flower and that's not going to be happening. I also don't know if I'd even have the space for it. I added in a b1 vitamin as well on recommendation of grow shop as apparently their other lineup I purchased did not have any. No idea if its working well only first week in the feeding. The Cytokelp is fun, but the one hormone in it is similar to a PGR but its not a real PGR. I am skeptical of it and not using it as foliar, just root watering. I also added in a bit of CaMg supplement that gave the plants a boost in N and Ca. The mg of this product was lesser then others I have seen about a 5:1 ratio of Ca to Mg. after the big flushes the runoff was hitting 120ppm so I gave it a good feed at 1.8EC Time will tell If i fucked it up royally by doing all this, this seedstockers plant seems to be the least problematic of them all and its the bushiest of them all. Hardly any issues with the temps getting low and seem to be able to get N a bit better out of the medium then the others. All the plants are still stretching but it seems slow to me. Maybe it will continue going but it only put on about 1cm in the last week and a half. Feels slow. I may see more stretching in the next week upcoming and it just had a ruff start. Lights still running at 100% with V1 spectrum, everything seems to be working just fine, no light burn. The plant with all the yellowing is it a deficiency or virus?

Getting close to harvest. Very weak smell. Buds slowly fattening. Over all grow looking good. Checked trichomes. Now, nice and cloudy. UVB light on a couple of hours a day, just after mid-day.
