What’s up y’all!!?? Week 7 update is kinda bland. The bud sites are growing fuller which is exciting to see. A weak smell is apparent. Same feeding schedule as last week. I give a normal PH’d watering every few days in between the feedings just to get some of the nutrient build up out of the cocoa / perlite mix. I did a heavy defoliation in the beginning of the week. There are some lower bud sites which I’m hoping are getting more sunlight since I defoliated. Of course by the end of the week the leaves are back and big once again. I’ve been tucking them instead of putting the plant thru any further stress at this point. See y’all in week 8

Well I went and named all the girls after rock and roll songs with their name in the title. see if you can guess all 6 artists 😁 A few are taking off some are still putt sing along, one looks like a Nutrient lock out (N) it looks a little yellow. #3 and #6 are under a different mfg. light and I think that is what is shifting the color. When they are under white light they do not look as bad I gave them there first mid sized meal today 2/15/19 850 ppm @ 5.8 ph the runoff is pretty high 6.8 so tomorrow ill water the runoff I collected in the saucers and ph'ed it 5.5 and re-water ea. with an equal portion of that mix. I have a tripod now for the camera and the time-lapse should be more stable and less jumpy. Ill post some pics from the start of the week and the end. Cheers

8/26 - sporty looking great, praying hard! Posh is working on it. But look who finally showed up to the party! I’m calling her Baby spice. She sprouted 12 days after going in the soil. Way to be a fighter girl! This is going to be a tricky thing to manage I feel like my gals are tracking a week apart. I’ll keep this journal’s timeline on sporty spice. -1 week for posh and -2 weeks for baby spice. spice girls let’s grooooow! 8/30 - exactly two weeks from sprout for Sporty and Posh. Pretty wild how big a difference there is between the two. Baby is getting her footing. Now. Sporty already pushing 4-5 nodes and I saw a tiny root through the drain hole. Wanted to pot her up! About 8 cups pro mix, one cup perlite. About 1.5 tbs of Gaia green 4-4-4, some worm castings and sprinkled mycorrhiza around where the rootball would be. God speed girly! 9/3. Potted up Posh today. About a half gallon pro mix, plus about 1.5 tbsp of the Gaia green 4-4-4. Plus about a cup of worm castings, perlite, and mycorrhiza. Sporty is looking very happy, 5 nodes and counting. Added back my second light, let’s go girls!!! 9/5. Wrapping up week 2 here, so far I’ve been really impressed with the pro mix Gaia green and soil support so far. The girls seem happy and healthy. Continued working on the mainlining structure. This week I performed a selective defoliation to remove leaves blocking the inner structure and improve airflow. I also applied some light LST, only to guide the branches and keep them level while the manifold continues to develop. No heavy stress this week, just fine tuning and letting the plant recover and grow evenly 🌱

Every day is a joy when I take the lid down and see how the lady comes to life 😊. She is developing great :-) It only had to be poured once with 300 ml because it is under the hood with a very high humidity :-). The hood was sprayed every day.
