This week was the last week of veg., I will switch to 12/12 (light/darkness) in week 6. The two Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants are now 35 and 40 cm tall and have developed nice side-branches, which have grown upwards so they get enough light for good budding sites during flowering. The plants are still fed following the Advanced Nutrients schedule.

This week went by quickly. They're doin their Pre-Flower stretch and getting big quickly!! I added my Pre-Flower mix to them this week. My Nutrient Pre-Flower Mix consists of H20, Coconut, Bananas, Pineapple, Sweet Potatoes, Kelp, Alfalfa Meal, All Organic Non-Pasturized Whole Milk, Epsom Salts, Black Strap Molasses, and L.A.B. or Lactic Acid Bacteria. First, I boiled the coconut, pineapple, sweet potatoes, the bananas, and left the skins on as well except the coconut of course! That I had to split in half and make sure to keep the water inside to add to the boil. After boiling everything I then let it cool and then added it to a blender to blend little by little. After blending I left separate and placed into the fridge. Then I took 1 Tbsp of Alfalfa Meal and 2 Tbsp of Kelp, 500mL of the milk, 2 Tbsp of Epsom Salts, and mixed them in a 750 mL bottle. Then I took 1L of the mix and added 2 Tbsp of L.A.B. and 2 Tbsp of Black Strap Molasses and then shook the bottle well! Then I took the 750mL bottle and the 1L bottle and fed that to the plants adding 250 mL of pH H2O to the plant as well to flush the ingredients all into the plant with the H20. I wanted to also note that I choose to slowly defoliate so that the plant doesn't go into shock and also fan leaves collect light in all spectrums so taking too many off at a time could hurt or slow the growth of your plant! The amount of light your plant takes in daily is called DLI or Daily Light Index. Overall, they're really growing and have a ton of bud sites developing! I'm excited to see the growth weekly and their colors!

Week went again very uneventful, she is not very hungry anymore and had to constantly refill the reservoir with water to keep the ec in check. Trichomes are all cloudy and start to turn amber. She has developed that amazing purple hue and is sticky to the max, so definitely showing her glue heritable ;) I will continue to feed her until Wednesday this week and then start the flushing and darkness. Harvest will be next week end.

01/08 The plants are growing strong and the topping was a success! I started using SCROG to help me bend the stems easily and it seems to be working like a charm! I adjested the feed as recommended by the manufacturer and they seem to take it just fine 04/08 I've been away the past couple of days, it's been hot and the babies were thirsty! I decided to change to final 18L pots so I give them plenty of time to accommodate before flowering. The plants look healthy, no sign of anything wrong, I just think they needed water. I kept the same soil composition, kept the same feeding and we'll see in a couple of days how they recover.

Welcome to the downgraded version of the growing area. The Green Gelatos are still growing, but these plants were evolving in a strange way. They look bigger than the rest, but there is not as much resin on the buds, as the others. The smell is weak, I hope it will be better after curing. It seems like that this weed is more about the quantity than the quality this time, but I don't know why, maybe I underfed them?? Anyways I started flushing, next week I will harvest two of them, because my little retarded daughter still needs some time to finish.

Massive growth on week 5 no any trouble

Namaste This week was awesome. Finally dried and jarred the harvest from the two smaller girls. 23 grams in total. Nothing to brag about but it is all mine. And booooy she’s kicking. Very pleasant smoke and 2-3 hours of intense high. Cooking last night was adventurous haha! The remaining lady has swollen big time, the buds are heavy and dense despite of some foxtail. I give it around a week to be ready. Have a happy grow!

The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Week 4: Growth Spurts and New Challenges Continued Growth and Health As we move into the fourth week, the plants are showing impressive growth. Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. This lady is getting HUGEEEE. I see the sativa in her already. Shes starting to pre flower but I would say shes also still got a long ways to go. I'm super excited to have the experience to run this cultivar. This specific variety was special for me as I wanted a heavy sativa in an auto. I hope you guys enjoy this diary as much as I. Week 6 is done and everything went smoothly, using lst and defoliation will provide maximum light penetration and maximize bud structures, adjusting ph and climate and we are golden. Flowering stage is always a no brainer for me in fact i call this step cruise control. She will do her things and she is now strong so she wont react the same to high nutrients or even ph fluctuations as long as it stays near the range, her roots are strong enough to be completely submerged since she now drinks a lot more. The purple on this strain is beautiful, Not too dark and even, edges of the calix are red like whine and the pistils creamy white with a hint of salmon like pink in there. She is gorgeous and her structure is amazing, she might event yield the same as my previous grows even if she is on the small side because of her genetics. The resin is starting to fill the trichomes but still very low, this being said if i rub the top of a sugar leaf that is coated in trichomes iT will get sticky On my fingers and the smell will start with a very strong chemical/amonia like scent and 2 seconds later welcome to the damn blueberry field my friends . Amazing, that smell is just perfect, it literally make you want to much on that leaf. I’ve had blueberry before, yes it did smell a bit like blueberry But nothing compares to this one ,in my opinion hydroponic set up brings the most out terpenoids and thc production. Next phase we will start to see bud seriously stacking and resin production, after that the buds will get some weight and mature, im expecting it to be done by week 10 if i flush it by week 9 Until then happy growing and take it easy 👊🏻

Well this week was a huge learning curve, shoutout to @jinks101 for being a great mentor and helping me with these two girls. SO I think it's nitro toxicity or they needed nutes. My soil only has nitrogen in it, and after reaching out to the company I learned I need to supplement more. They are lanky af, but I also think having my light not as close for sure did that stretch. I;'m not really happy with these two but it's my first autos and first grow in general. They are starting to show pistils. The first sets of fan leaves are basically a write off due to the curling, but the last sets so far hasn't been effected. I will continue to give them nutes and keep my eyes peeled. PH of soil, water and runoff all good, RH is 50 % ISH fluctuates a little bit but overall steady.

Day 63 Today I switched my light cycle from 18/6 to 12/12. I did some minor lollipopping and defoliation on 3 of the 4 ladys. After I noticed that one of them had very low hp, I flushed her till the run off was 6.5, now I’ll check her daily for needed nutrients after the flush. I installed a trellis net and will even out the canopy over the next few days. I appreciate every advice 🙏🏾
