i did some defoliation because it did get som sunburn on the mainstem. but everything is good. she is gorwing and puting on weight.

This week has been really hard. Until this week the electricity was turned off on average once every two days, for 4 hours in the evening peak time. But the last 7 days the electricity is turned off twice or thrice a day also for 4 hours. I think that in this case it is better to reduce the light day and slowly started to reduce it at the beginning of flowering, and already reduced it from 18 to 16 hours, and that was a bad idea (((: The temperature outside was already around 30 degrees in the shade, and it rained almost every evening, as a result, the air humidity up to 65-70% so it was impossible to leave the girls in a closed box without a working fan. I had to cover the windows and work with my hands waving a piece of cardboard)))), adding back 30 minutes of evening sun outside the window each day. Same story since morning, but this more positive, we meet the morning sun, and move around the whole apartment behind the light frame of the window, running away from the shadow))) the main thing is that the morning is sunny, because will have to continue working with a piece of cardboard until the light is turned on (((: Also, as you can see in the first photo, I installed a large fan and removed the lower wall of the box, because the ventilation system did not help ((: Looks crazy but I already like it, new challenges and new experiences all the time, big plus a good habit to wake up at dawn! So no matter what, we are happy and breathe deeper 😍

D21 - Start of week three of veg for the second girl, while it is only the start of week two for the first girl as I had to replant her. I will probably do the first topping on the second girl this week but I'll see in a few days where she's at. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 5.9. A bit on the low side as I used too much pH down but it'll be fine for one watering. D24 - Yesterday I switched my light from the seedlings program to the veg program, and I'm now reading around 500-600 PPFD across the canopy. On the high end for sure, so let's see how the girls handle it. However, the daytime temp in the tent jumped up to around 30 degrees C after I switched the lights. #tinytentproblems I also added some support to #1 as she has a relatively thin stem but large leaves, so the oscillating fan keeps knocking her around. The second girl also initially had a slender stem, so I guess it is their genetics. (#1 is 12 cm tall and 15 cm wide, while #2 is 20 cm tall and 35 cm wide.) I will need to top the second girl this week as she grows a lot each day. I'm considering mainlining her but haven't made up my mind yet. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 6.5. D25 - A couple of days ago, switching the lights to the veg program made the cover crop explode and turn into a jungle. I decided to trim down the red clover to increase the airflow around the girls and reduce water use. I watered the girls only yesterday, but they were already thirsty again, so I think that the clover was drinking quite a bit as well. After cutting back the clover, I gave each girl around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D27- Today was the last day in week three of veg for the second girl and the last day in week two for the first girl. I really should have topped the second girl already, so that will need to be done as soon as possible. She is 26 cm tall and 38 cm wide, while the first girl is 13 cm tall and 27 cm wide. Yesterday, I removed the support from the first girl as her stem had gotten more robust, so it was no longer necessary. Today, I started brewing compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, kelp meal, biochar, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, and molasses) which I will leave overnight and feed to the girls tomorrow.

Week 6 Hi everyone 😀 So far this little grow it's a pure joy for me. No major issues. One of the girls aka "Nuna" it's a bit late in flowering. She was bit shy from the start and last week defoliation definitely did not helped her but I'm sure she will catch to others. All 3 looking very healthy and growth is still very fast. Still waiting for better flower development before apply any of the flowering nutrients. I have try this several times years back and results on yield were much better if flowering nutrients are applied later in flowering stage. During the 18h schedule humidity 50-55 at night up to 68. 30/08 Day 38 So far all good. Girls are growing still in rapid speed. I can tell this girl likes grow big leaves. I have just defoliate from the big ones just over a week ago and again back to the forest :) 31/08 Day 39 This morning soil was way too dry and need to poured almost 1 liter to each pot. From tomorrow 500-600ml per 24h. 02/09 Day 41 2 of the girls developing flowers very well and still growing in rapid speed. Noticed that 3rd girl having issues to switch to flowering. Noticed some nutrients deficiency on 3 leaves. Using spring water for watering and must be to soft on calcium and magnesium. Have little hope that calmag will have this sorted. Started blooming nutrients + fish shit from today 03/09 Day 42 It's seems that slow develop girl started flowering :) not sure but possibly new nutrients and lowered humidity helped. This week the grow 40x40x130 and A LED quantum board 150W arrived. About the plant: The plant showed a deficiency as we can see in photo 1. With that I applied an NPK 10-10-10 watering and we can see the development in photos 2, 3 and 4.

Beautiful week of growth, caught up with the progress photos compared to last year at this time 💪🏽🙏🏽 We’ve started to blast past the pepper plants now, it only took 2 weeks! Since we’re into the beginning of flower we’ll be adding in the Advanced Nutrients this week to boost flavor and bud formation. Got the hay laid down as you can see and the medium to heavy rains this week are making my job of hand watering this whole garden way easier. Did some defoliation on the lower fan leaves and any early low bud formations that looked like they might not amount to much in the end. So excited to keep sharing photos of how they all progress! 17/07/25: Weather is super shitty for the middle of July, so not so much growth for the past couple of days! I hope it will get better soon and from now on it's just a matter of patience and slowly watching the buds thicken up! 🌿 Curious to see how long they need until harvest! Idk what to do here shes definetly flowering but idk how she is so tall shes more than doubled her height in the last 2 weeks. Thinking about bending the main top over with some string or rope. Hey bro(s), Been busy, sorry for not updating often, but here we go... She's been complaining about the feed and got some leaf burn tips, just a little as a warning so the next watering will be only with pure amazonian well-water (from a well, like a wishing well) for a week maybe, and then will give her some KoolBloom, as a friend sent me some and advised me to try, and I will, so after that the end is near and we will be flushing with just pure water for a week with lots of runoff. I hope she will do fine. Any advice on the KB? Im thinking giving only the KB on a normal dose which is 1.25g for 4l (1gl)... just for one watering (4l).. or should I do like twice in a week and flush? Just KB and topmax Im thinking... or the KB alone. =) Oh, we have a video now. That's it, tchau... do Brazil!

31.05 yesterday was the end of the fifth week for the plants, some were transplanted yesterday, some today, and some not yet, but most of them were transplanted and topped for the first time... I was late with the topping because I didn't want to top before transplanting.. I topped most of the plants between the sixth and seventh nodes instead of between the fifth and sixth, some I even topped between the seventh and the eighth, but what's up... the weather normalized for a day and immediately started with severe heat... in the sun now it will be 40+ degrees C, until the other day it was 15, this is definitely not normal...the pictures and video are from yesterday, in the next update I will post pictures from the site Stay high ‘n’ keep growing!!!

09/11/2019 Week # 6 of flowering, going to top dress with 1tbsp ditomacitious earth, and 1tbsp of garden gypsum. Last of any inputs she should have enough nutes to finish. Only 2-3 weeks to go !

We are still smooth sailing with these ladies. All I am really doing is watering and maintaining my environment at this point. Keep humidity low around 45-50%. I do have foxtailing on 2 out of 4 of the cultivars, which is somewhat interesting. Based on the trichomes, these ladies are roughly a week out from harvest. They are packing on weight like crazy. I will say, the cultivar I chopped early seeemed like it matured much faster compared to these other 3. Either way, the tent is smelling very citrusy. Thanks for stopping by, commenting and liking!
