Very interesting how this one is flowering, she is staying low and fat stems with small chunky buds in the making, lots of trichomes on fan leaves and Calyxes will be fat and in a circular fashion exactly like a ball, or a flower like a rose. She is very healthy and resistant to stress but on the low side she does not smell much and this surprise me due to her look but maybe terpenes will develop later hopefully! Just water this week, decided to water from the bottom, not from the top, I am hoping this will reduce chance of overwatering....

Just like Aron Judge the slumb continue. Somehow I went from 100% germination to not even half. Back to the trusted coffee filter and ziplocks and orange Nike shoe boxes ( THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT, CAN'T STRESS IS ENOUGH. The holiday season got away from me a bit and prevented me from getting an update in on Monday but the plants are _really_ taking off. There are now visible bud sites and plenty of them. *Full Disclosure*: I've significantly upgraded my light in my flower tent from a Spider Farmer SF-2000 to a Spider Farmer SF-4000 and, as such, I'll likely see my yield take off quite a bit this grow. It's certainly having an impact on the heat in the tent and, subsequently, the amount of time the in-line fan is running; that being said, the plants appear to be responding quite well! The last two grows I've run have fallen off hard (complete and total yellowing/chlorosis and drying out regardless of consistent watering/light/nutes/pH) around week five of flower and, with that in mind, I'm trying to keep this grow as simple as possible. I'm purposely using no advanced grow techniques where I'd usually top, LST, and HST. The only "advanced" technique I'm using is a bit of defoliation but this is mainly just to avoid some of the dense bottom growth that tends to decrease air flow, increase humidity, and take away from more rewarding top-growth. This week, along with replenishing nutrients, I've fully emptied out and cleaned my reservoir. While doing so, I noticed a fair amount of red-ish algae growth which I'll likely address with more consistent cleaning of the reservoir and some sort of additive (I'd welcome any suggestions and dosage if you've got any suggestions). All in all, great progress.

Well, this strain is surely flowering for a long time, it's still stretching. I wonder if it will stop stretching and start fattening the buds this week... Anyhow, one of the reasons why I don't defoliate much is because the plant does that by itself. When the lower leaves receive almost no light (because all the light is blocked by the thick growing canopy) they start to send their nutrients to the top. When they are donez they just fall off on their own. You see, leaves are like solar panels AND nutrient reserves! Just make sure this process is slow and the leaves that receive light are still very healthy and green. If many leaves are falling or if they fall really fast you gotta make sure is not a deficiency or nutrient lockout! ... Again just water your plant with bloom formula (and a bit of calmag) to an EC that allows you to maintain the plant heathly and the runoff not to high (in my case 1mS/cm). Remember to alternate nutrients and pHd tap water. That's pretty much all left to do from here to harvest. Obviously if you see something wrong try to correct it. Day 66 update. I dropped something on my plant. It bended one branch very badly and severed some leaves and a bud :( Well, accidents happen. Luckily cannabis is a very very resilient plant, one might be surprised at how much this plants can take. Anyhow, taped everything together loosely, pulled the most bent branches upwards with a thread and I will wait for it to heal... If everything goes well, this branches should be even stronger than the others. Let's hope that's my fate! Update day 69. Although I have been feeding with 1.0 mS/cm once, then pHd water then feed again, the run off from today measured 3.0 mS/cm ! It's climbing still. I flushed again, until the runoff was at 1.5 mS/cm. I think I understand what happened, my theory is that the plant needs a lot more water now, but not as many more nutrients. So it takes the 2.5 daily liters of water, but it might only eat the nutrients in 1lt of water, so the rest stays on the roots and accumulates, raising the EC of the soil. So far, by checking EC on the soil once every week or two I have avoided nutrient toxicity and lockout. I think there are two options, either lowering the concentration of nutrients I feed it (so 2.5 lts a day will contain less dissolved nutrients), or spacing out the feedings with more intermediate waterings of plain water. I think I am going to go with the former, next week I will try feeding an EC of 0.8 mS/cm on 3L then tap water and so on from next week on. I prefer to underfeed than to overfeed, which is what I recommend for other boobs, it's better to have some yield than to risk killing the plant. We will get better with time...

Wanted to rule out that too low a Ph value or too high the nitrogen uptake was inhibited but everything was fine. That's why the next time she is watered she will get her desired position of food without having to worry about consolidating a nutrient barrier. In this way, it makes itself clear that it is not in a position to develop its foliage any further, let alone form flowers properly. It will recover and then it will be back in full swing until then. Harvested week 7 day 46 of flower. My 3rd time growing this strain & this was the best grow, even though she was only a foot tall, she was around 2 square feet in width & had big stacked dense colas all over her.

All getting top heavy, had to tie alot of them up. Buds are nice and dense and have taken well to the nutrients in the past few weeks. 2week ripen and flush starting 7/2/21. Nice frosty buds on all of them and my favourite plant still standing out has to be the zkittles OG. On the other hand the do si dos smells like it packs a punch! Update 11/2/21- will be flushing for 5more days then leaving in darkness for 3days before chop.

Third week of flowering and she's still showing great progress. Starting to show pistols now. Day 64- NFTG mid flower feed Day 65- No watering. Bloom Khaos Foliar spray Day 66- Flush Day 67- no watering. Bloom Khaos Foliar spray Day 68- Mammoth P/Recharge/ Cal-mag feed Day 69-70 No water

Was growing great till I got root rot in flowering. By then it was too late and lost most of her potential. Just harvested her. Learned more during this grow about hydro. I still got a ways to go. 2/2/24. Great week for Bud site development. The pic with droopy leaves was a surprise. About an hour after watering without NUTES, both of them started drooping. Then they both bounced back within 4 hours. Strangest thing. They're doing great now. 2/4/24. Super excited! Received new batch of seeds from RQS. Got feminized Royal Gorilla, Royal Cookies, OG Kush, and autoflower F1 Orion. Oooooh, it's gonna be a good year!

I hope the buds will fatten up a lot more as this plant is huge and drinking a lot. I ordered airpots now i wont grow in plastic pots again

Pre-flower time... Top dress feeding for the first time for this lady added with some worm casting. Switching lights to 12/12 in a few days, Monday but until then each day I'll decrease the lights. Other than that things have been super easy, once again she's strong. She's thick she's healthy she's happy. If I can count correctly I may have about 16 tops, so things will be clear later on In flower. We'll see the true tops. Plus she is putting off a really leafy greeny smell, if that makes any sense. Other than that looking good

The leaves continue to turn yellow from the bottom. It seems that I started fertilizing too quickly and the tips of the leaves burned a little
