This grow was a bit stretched, took longer to finish then the previous grow. Buds are dense, lots of fluff from below canopy and no real huge colas. Was a decent harvest at a gram per watt, but I want to get more!!!

These girls are getting close to harvest. Calyx closed & swelling up, most of the pistills turned orange/brown & are starting to curl in. Waiting on delivery of a new 60× microscope to check the trichomes , buds are very frosty. Have stopped feeding nutrients & have started flushing with plain ph'd water. Then reduced watering to twice a day so there not taking in as much moisture before harvest. Probably starve them of water completely for a couple of days to bring out more moisture, & apparently THC. A lot of smell about them. Very sticky!

I'm very excited about this one. She may be the tree this year. This is a feminised strain. So fingers crossed. Created by crossing Blueberry F3, Blue Moonshine and potent Kush/Thai Indica hybrid which is real rock star in the USA. As a winner of multiple awards Blue OG is well known in the Europe and overseas. Compact size of this strain makes it perfect for any location. Despite its short height its yields are extremely big. Its flower heads are covered in large quantities of resin and this makes it one of the best varieties G13 Labs have for producing hash and extracts as the amount obtained is plentiful and the aroma and taste are sublime. Blue OG is a quintessence of perfect blend which gives the results in oil extracts, hashish and beautiful smell of forest fruits with hints of lime.

10/29: Watered 2 gallons in each plant. Pulled branches down and out to spread as wide as possible. Things are looking good, pulled a few dead leaves and it has a couple that have brown on the tips, but past experience tells me that it will pass and they will be fine. I'll keep an eye and determine if anything needs to be done. 11/2 - They lost the friend that was finishing up and gained a new friend who is in week 1 flower. This one is another non-diary plant that I began before being on here.

She is starting to look ready, but some of the lower buds still have white hairs and a little ripening to do. Watered today with FP for the last time, and next watering will be with flashclean and then flushing until she is just perfect. The smell coming of her is out of this world. Its ripe strawberries with a pungent, like a sweet fruit liquor hint. Just absolutely fills your head. Really looking forward to trying her out, she hands down has the STRONGEST and SWEETEST terps I have ever gotten from an autoflower. Maybe the flush will bring out the pink. Yes 😎

She seems to thrive in the new soil, I'm checking her regularly because of the darker ridged leaves, could I have overdone the bloodmeal content? It should not have overfeeding effects with organic super soil. But we'll see. The FIM seems to have taken hold with her and today I started training, although it is more main-lining. For this, I just used some microwaved bamboo from the garden. Now we go towards flowering and I'm getting more excited after the first few weeks were a bit sad. Some of you might have seen my super soil recipe in my other grow, the Orange Hill Special, if you didn't, check it out here in the images! I designed it out of frustration that products like Fox Farms etc are not readily available in Europe. Those who saw my Gelato Monstercop grow, know that soil was pretty good, that soil became the base for this recipe, amended with some organic precursors to make it less dependent on feeding and after amending. Alles in allem top riecht auch vorrangig nach Käse bisschen sauer, bin auf den Geschmack gespannt. Wenn sie fertig getrocknet ist für's Grovebag dann wird auch wieder eine kleine vorab Kostprobe gemacht 👍 So nach ein paar Wochen aushärten is der Geschmack der Hammer 🙏💪. Vorwiegend Richtung Blueberry mit einem Unterton Cheese. Wirklich extrem lecker und die Bud-Struktur ist der Wahnsinn, sehr dichte und knüppelharte Knospen, sowas gutes hatte ich bisher ni, selbst in den Shops in den Niederlanden noch nie so harte und harzige Blüten bekommen. Absoluter Favorit bis jetz, großes Lob an Zamnesia für die geile Sorte👌 die wird auf jeden Fall wieder gemacht. Hab zum Glück noch 2 Samen und werd auch wieder welche nachbestellen wenn die leer sind 😄.

Week 9 - Fourth Week of Flower The Donutz gang is hitting its stride as the fourth week of flower unfolds. Trichomes are developing beautifully, and the plants are entering full production mode. A few challenges cropped up this week, but quick thinking and some DIY ingenuity kept everything on track. Key Updates: Trichome Progress: The resin glands are popping off, with a frosty layer forming across the developing buds. The plants are starting to show their true potential, and the tent is starting to smell. New Fan Installation: The old ventilator tapped out this week, so a replacement was installed to maintain proper airflow. This ensures the plants stay cool and prevents any issues with humidity or stagnant air. Lamp Adjustment: The front-left plant shot up too close to the light, so I had to get creative. I built a DIY solution to raise the lamp higher, ensuring even coverage and preventing light stress. Accident Recovery: During the light adjustment, I initially tried securing the front-left plant with a rubber band. Concerned it might melt, I removed it, but in the process, the main stem got damaged. Thankfully, the plant is a fighter. The main cola is now growing sideways but remains fully healthy and strong. This unexpected twist has added some character to the tent, and the plant is bouncing back beautifully. Observations: Despite the challenges, all plants are thriving, with strong growth and healthy bud development. The sideways-growing cola on the front-left plant is a unique highlight, showing the resilience of the Donutz genetics. Next Steps: Keep monitoring airflow and light height to avoid any further issues. Continue with the nutrient schedule and reverse osmosis (RO) watering to maintain stability. Watch the trichomes closely as they continue to mature, signaling the start of the final phases of flower. The Florida Gang grind is real, and the Donutz are proving their worth week after week. This tent is shaping up to be a legendary grow!

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. Day 78 - I swear the Orchid is getting skunkier by the day. First thing I smell when opening the tent. Added some pics with a selfie seeds sticker to show the size None of the strains here are Selfie Seeds, sticker was used for showing the bud size. Day 81 - I'm so ready to smoke these plants. The Apple Banana Zoap smells just like the flower I ordered from LIT and it's sticky as hell so I know they're going to be fire even though they hermed. I removed a couple more nanners found lower on the branches that I couldn't see for ABZ#2, NO MORE found on ABZ#1 as of now... Checked PPFD again today: ABZ #1 - 810 PPFD | ABZ #2 - 875 PPFD | Biscotti - 750 PPFD | Black Orchid - 1040 PPFD Day 82 - Used the jewelers loupe and camera to compare for trichome quality against the microscope Day 83 - Noticing reduction in feeding consumption all around. ABZ 1: 0.9L | ABZ 2: 1.5L | Biscotti: 1L | Black Orchid: 2.0L Biscotti is giving a vanilla and lemon terp profile with the pine spice in the background now. It's nice tbh Day 84 - This is the last day of week 7 since flip, week 8 starts Tomorrow. I'll be dialing back my light a bit and the ppm. Pulled the ppm back a bit tonight as I've still seen issues with the nitrogen. Feed tonight was 926PPM. Might have a new nutrient mix to use on them Wednesday.... I can't get better pics with the microscope sorry, I'm too unsteady for that. (Maybe cause I turned the LED down on the microscope)
