the girls are struggling a little bit. One is yellowing because its about to flower, but one is just not growing much and the other is very lanky.

Day 158 07/10/24 Monday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water and calmag, pH to 6.2. Picture and video update 📸 Day 160 09/10/24 Wednesday So she has started to seed again in only 3 places I can see on different tops I have one bean. So flush STARTS NOW, Using 10L of De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish Day 162 11/10/24 Friday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today again pH 6. Day 163 12/10/24 Saturday Another Flush today, using 10L de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. Day 164 13/10/24 Sunday (End of week) She is starting to generate a tangy pineapple 🍍 😋. Beginning of week.. I went ahead and bumped the TDS to 1000 PPM this week. I don't think I'm going to go much higher than that. Usually don't have to.. Hopefully that's not too much.. I also started adding a bloom booster from Advanced Nutrients called Kushie Kush.. It works great for all strains tho lol. So the runoff is still acting up.. But it is getting better... Slowly. I emailed General Hydroponics on the issue a few days ago and they have not gotten back to me yet... Ugh. But going in: 1000 PPM.. Runoff: 700 PPM.. That was this morning.. Still have not given her plain water yet.. Just been feeding every watering.. Not really any signs of issues right now. A couple leaves are a little yellow (literally 2).. Another couple have some spots (maybe 4 or 5 leaves).. But other than that she is happy, healthy and smelling like a fucking champion! Seriously fucking delicious.. And to think the smell is supposed to warn off predators.. Hah! Good luck with that!!! Barely 8 days of flowering and she is already stacking so fucking nicely! I can't wait to see what kinda magic this gal is gonna do! So happy and excited!!! The light sits about 18 inches from the canopy right now at 100% power. She is still stretching a little but seems like she may be done with that pretty soon.. Maybe even before this week is over. Clones didn't make it.. I think it was too cold. They all sprouted roots but just stopped and they all yellowed out like a mf'r.. Looked like shit so I took them out back Ol' Yeller style and put them out of their misery 😭.. But it's ok.. The mama needs all the focus on her right now! Lol.. Oh yeah.. I went ahead and pulled a couple of the tallest branches down.. Just a tad.. Brought the ties up a node or so on each and pulled it tight.. Spread her out a little but I was nervous of snapping one off so I didnt try to push it too much.. These branches are tough af! Later that day.. General Hydroponics finally got back to me.. They said that I'm an idiot for using FloraKleen during transition like that.. Lol jk.. They did say that I should have NOT done that.. And that my runoff should ALWAYS be lower than it is going in due to the ppant taking up the nutrients.. But that just doesn't seem right to me.. Ive ALWAYS had my runoff higher.. Literally ALWAYS.. but without issues. They said that if the runoff PPM is higher, then there's a problem.. Maybe if I was doing frequent fertigation.. But I'm not.. And never will because that just sounds like a waste of nutrients.. But whatever.. Today I learned that FloraKleen is ONLY for pre-harveat flushing.. Or hydroponic reservoir cleaning in between nutrient changes.. But definately not the way I used it lol.. Thankfully she is still doing good 👍... Buuuut whoops lol Mid week.. Still doing magical things! Lol.. I didn't think she was gonna fill out this tent so nicely! Trichomes are forming nicely.. The purpling is looking amazing also! Some spots on SOME leaves.. But not alot.. Not sure what that is about.. No pests.. No deficiencies as far as I can tell.. Maybe just a mutation? Nothing to worry about tho.. This girl is so fucking gorgeous! I love it!.. Back to feed, water, feed, water, etc. schedule now.. I'm hoping that 1000 PPM isnt going to be too high for her.. But if it is, I will adjust accordingly. End of week.. Seems to me like the stretching has stopped.. So I'm going to cut out the FloraGro.. Double up on the FloraBloom and later into flower I will bump up the Kushie Kush Bloom Booster. She's doing great! Smells fucking amazing! I thought my ETHOS Early Lemon Berry R1 was gonna be the best strain ever.. Then I grew this girlie! Not just a lemony scent.. But like a very sweetened lemonade.. Incredible! Trichomes are EVERYWHERE! Such an awesome, beautiful strain! Good job FastBuds.. Can't wait to try more of your strains! Too bad you wont even acknowledge my grow journal like you do everyone elses.. But whatev.. Lol.. On to the next week!!!...

Dec 12: Growth has been good, leafs started yellowing as I tried a regular watering as opposed to a feed, and they did not take well to it. I’ve read that it’s good to incorporate waterings between feeds, but 24hr later noticed a bit of yellowing on the lower section, 48hr post watering even more yellowing. Dec 18: Going with feed only and yellowing has halted, stretching has officially begun. No adverse effects from the short term nitrogen deficiency (that’s what I narrowed it down to). Playing with budsites to maintain an even canopy, and as soon as I see stretching halt, and fattening begin, I will up the bloom nutes. Dec 20:

Buds are fattening nicely and the 2 plants are receiving nutrients well. Will stop the PK in the next few days before scaling back on the A/B next week before fluching for the last fortnight. looking forward to harvesting this clone as I've just ran out of the bounty from her mother. These plants are at the front and to the right in the timelapse videos.

Trichome formation starting slowly on all plants. Both forbidden cherry show hanging leaves quite often, but then recover. Stoll missing the purple coloration. In contrast the 3x auto blueberry and auto orange bud are quite happy, constantly. Auto orange bud is in the lead in terms of bud formation and developing well. Nice earthy citrus smell. It's the smallest plant, but beautiful. I could get the humidity down by going to 24/7 light and exhausting used air directly outside the basement window. Accordingly, I increased distance to light to axilhiece 400-700 ppdf, as DLI over 24h is almost +60 everywhere.. I am wondering if that's too much light, but so far they seem to cope. I prefer a bit of light stress over a too high humidity. I also intentionally went a bit higher with the sensi bloom to 3ml/l. A day later the plants are showing a deeper green but also slightly burned tips. So I know now that the 2ml/l (50% of recommendation) are just about right. I irrigate every 3rd day, alternating pure water (well, not entirely pure, I add bus Candy due to the magnesium) with watering including sensi bloom a and b nutrients

End of day 42 flower. Her buds are definitely packing on more weight now. Flower time for her is 55 days so it almost time for chop chop. Probably start flushing around day 50.

Pheno #1 is continuing to swell its buds and it's starting to slowly fade. Pheno #2, on the other hand, is getting darker and darker and its buds are not as big as the other one; 🌸- According to the trichomes stage they still need 2 weeks. 🆕- On week 15 I got the TrolMaster TCS-1 by @TrolMaster_Europe and I started to track my grow box data. I will add these info once I harvest!

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

Buds development seems to be going strong , trichomes are very present and sticky, smell is an hybrid between candy and skunk , those buds are really hard , I almost feel bad for touching them

By now I would have expected to have already collected. The plant continues to develop the flowers in an anomalous way, in fact they do not close, and they are growing 'in dots', along the 'tentacles' of the flower. I think the cause is light, mainly.

So we're into week 4 of flower and she's really starting to gather pace now. She really healthy and putting out pistils all over the place. I'm just sitting back and letting her do her thing at this point.

6/13: I harvested both plants today. I did a cursory wet-trim and washed their buds, and then hung them to dry. I'm guessing the ugly one will weigh in at about 80g, and the smaller, pretty one, will weigh in at about 65-70g. The plants ended up being the biggest in my garden, but were a little slower than some of the other strains to get into flower. The buds never swelled up very big, but they're very dense and smell wonderful. The aromas really bring back memories from the last time I grew NL back in the early 90's. Looking forward to giving it a try!👍 I'll update in another week or so with the smoke report and my final thoughts.. 9/16: Initially, it had not much smell or flavor, but after leaving it alone for a few months, it improved quite a bit. It's a nice change of pace to have these warmer temperatures, even if it's not quite spring yet. Low 40s during the day is a lot more comfortable than what we've been dealing with lately. Hopefully, this is a sign that spring's around the corner. It's crazy how much my permanent marker plants have grown! They've really taken off. One's got these super cool purple stems, and the other's covered in buds – it's gonna be beautiful when they bloom.
