She was a "slow and steady wins the race" phenotype! 6 weeks veg + 8 week flower. She vegged strong through week 6, and then stacked up some intense colas, because of being lolipopped before flower! During her transition to flower, she was defoliated every 3 days to allow light and air to penetrate the canopy, and allow for maximum stackage! This is possible because, she didn't stretch much during her transition. Instead, she was stacking a tight node structure; and with every new node, comes a set of two leaves! This lady holds my personal record, for my largest yield from an indoor plant!!!

Week 13 harvest! The girls are getting 12 hours of darkness before the hang! I can’t control my humidity yet when it’s completely dark otherwise I would’ve gone for a bit longer. My stinkiest frostiest prettiest plants yet…very excited to jar them up!!! And i’ll clean my fan soon too hahaha

Last week of Ozz! I’m getting some nice trichromes. Surprisingly, she doesn’t smell much, but she’s still beautiful. She also has the best ratio of buds to leaves out of the three plants of the same strain. I’ll start trimming Dorel by Friday and #4 this weekend to free some space. Then it’ll be Ozz’s turn on Sunday or Monday. The relative humidity levels are getting dangerously high, but the temperatures are still fine until next week. Since she’s covered, I have good hopes she’ll hold. No additional bud has rotted since two weeks ago :)) Just finished trimming Dorel and will do #4 tomorrow. Fan leaves were super frosty so I kept them to cook, ended with 17g of trim (only fan leaves and too small buds) as well as 37g of dry buds. Not much but it was the smallest plant of the 3 by far, I wasn’t expecting more. First taste test was really conclusive, looking forward to testing again after some curing! Edit before I complete the harvest section, all 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution. A quick summary of the harvest so far: - Dorel: 250g wet, 37g dry / 17g trim (54g total) - #4: 450g wet, 33g dry / 7g maybe / 29g trim (62-69g total) + a lot thrown away - Ozz: only weighted the two bigger canopie I cut, 162g+142g≈300g wet. It represents around half of the whole plant (probably less, but stem included), so around 5-600g wet total. Still have a few days before I start trimming, but considering the hassle I might start early to not be overwhelmed.

UPDATE ON MY RUN SO FAR, She has been growing tremendously i did run into some problem/deficiency i could not indicate what exactly it was but if i had to guess id say it was calmag issue but since ive upped my calmag i think the problem has came to a end and i have tackled it as i do not see it getting any worse ect ect, up to know this run has been a flight in the clouds using the ac infinity set up controlled everything from my phone so i could dial in that VPD the only thing i would say is abit of a problem is humidity the rh in my house has raised due to weather outside i guess, i did buy a dehumidifier and it brought the humidity down from 73% to 60% in the night it fights quite hard as temps drop but its not to high max 70% but as im preparing for flower i do need to be bringing it down allot id be comfortable at the mind if it could drop and be withing 50-60 mostly 55 but hopefully as the weather gets better it should drop the rh in my house just in time for flower hopefully! today i did some defoliation for better airflow as she was quite bushy and leaves were settling on other leaves and i couldn't tuck/hide also it was so awkward when watering especially with the clips/ties for (LST) hence why i made my decision to defol.... the videos are a (before and after defoliation) she has been no more than 500ppfd light all the way up to week 4, tomorrow i am going to up the light slightly to around 550ppfd as i am planning on flipping to flower in 2weeks if im happy with her growth and i wanna make sure i start bumping up that light intensity for flower ;) Come Week 5 i will be here to post another update on her growth

As you can see, LST works well, Gorilla Strawberry tolerates LST very well, in almost all plants I managed to keep the branches at the same height I made a minor defoliation of large leaves. The rest I slide under the twigs every day so that they do not make a shadow. Due to a high wind that lasted 2 days and LST one of my Gorilla Strawberry broke in half and holds on about 20% of the stem. I was thinking about trying the method HST and I will remove the cracked part of the plant, but I did not have the heart to cut it off, so I decided to use the patch that I carry with me in the first aid kit if I cut myself. From two twigs and a patch I made a primitive splint. The next day I took an insulating tape with me into the forest and once again wrapped the splint for better strength. And as you can see, the plant lives and thrives :) Next, I want to show you the pest Leaf Minner, which makes tunnels in the leaves and then pupates on the underside of the leaf I tear off the leaf or crush the pest Next, I would like to show you a very useful beetle, a ladybug that eats, for example, aphids, in the photo you see a pupated ladybug larva, do not kill it !!!

Strange week for the plants as I switch in Hygrozyme Enzyme to help with the roots. A lot of dead tissue being consumed by beneficial microbes and fungi. PH rise more than 10 fold every 24 hours while EC levels rise by a point or two. The old roots are dying and being consumed new while bright, crisp, white roots are appearing. New growth is vigorous and the plants seem to enjoy the transition as hard as it is. Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

Ich Habe beim einstellen einer neuen zeitschaltuhr 3 Tage vergessen, dass dieser auf Dauerbetrieb stand. So haben die Lieben gut Lichtstress bekommen und teilweise nur noch 3-Finger-Blätter gebildet. ( in Woche 4, derzeit erholt sie sich davon) Umstellung auf 12/12 am 26.04.25 Habe eine Topdress bestehend aus GHF Bloom GHF Grow und wurmhumus gegeben. Außerdem gebe ich alle 2 Wochen GHF Enhancer und habe auf mein Leitungswasser angepasst Epsomsalz jede Woche versetzt für Magnesium.
