Very fun strain to grow. Easy to train and love to get big. We had 2 different expressions on the plants and both where very pleasing. Both plants grew vigorously and provided me with just over 3/4 pound of dry medicine!

With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

Week 11 of veg day 76--------------------------7/30/22-----------------------Week 5 of flower day 34 Got new lights for my Veg tent (viparspectra 1000) and flowering tent (viparspectra 1500) the 1 Runtz in flower the buds are plumpinging up nice and with the new light should do even better Everything in veg tent is doing great as well and with 3 -4 more weeks of veg, upping the pot size from 3 to 5gal, and the new viparspectra 1500 light the buds should be way bigger then any other grow I've done

Things are trucking along nice and fast. Buds visibly bigger by the day. Nice trichome development going on. Not much smell unless you agitate them and they go crazy.

First week of pre flower. Getting nervous about this transition stage, first plant ever, any advice on how to not screw it all up?!? Also, someone give me some feedback! I think she looks in decent health but I would love some experienced opinions.

I apologize for this diary not being thorough. I haven't had the extra time to fully document, or even give this grow the attention it deserves. Now that I have a couple grows under my belt, I feel more comfortable and know what to expect. I wanted to try and keep things as simple as possible, so I decided to try the Lucus Formula and only use Maxibloom through the full life cycle. For the first few weeks, I used nothing but filtered tap water, and once the plants had a few set of leaves, I began with a half feeding. After a week, I bumped to the full 7g/gal of the nutes and have continued that to this point, week 11. One plant looks to be at least a week closer to being ready to chop. I plan to flush after this week and cut the larger one, and then maybe one last feeding for the other. I think I will only grow 1 plant at a time going forward as I always have an issue with keeping both healthy and on pace. And LST works great in this setup.

They need to get used to what mother nature will provide. Our summers are hot and humid. I had planned to bring the plants back in the sunroom but since conditions were similar, I let them stay outside every night. And every night but 2 it rained. I did not water or feed nutrients this week. I am attempting the scrog technique on all plants. I am using a peony cage as the support structure. The cages are about 2 feet high. This may not be enough side or top support as she grows and may have to resort to tomato cages. Took pics May 6, 9, & 11 Fractal is a vigorous gal and gets very bushy after defoliation & training. To achieve this, I am aggressively pinning down each branch coming off the main stalk while defoliating regularly to keep the top open. Today she has a beautiful, mounded canopy showing multiple bud sites. Her nodes are close but starting to spread out a bit. They remain even and balanced. Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Day 22 : First day of flowering phase ! I watered her (without nutrient) at Day 21. Day 23 : Give her nutrient today, and I noticed one branch folded 😟 I made it hold with a "prothesis" during the time it repair... Despite this the branch seems to be healthy for the moment ! Day 24 : The first pistils are here ! Can't wait to see the bud flowering 😁 Day 27 : The folded branch hold alone now even if there is a big scar, so I prefer left the "prothesis" for some days... Day 28 : She continue to grow (+10cm ~7 days)

2 of them got cut on day 66 the last one on day 69 but overall I couldn’t be happier with these babies they all put off some amazing buds & didn’t give me much trouble at all! This is by far my favorite auto of this grow & I will be doing another run with them! If you havnt already go get you some seeds from seedsman you won’t be disappointed!
