Terrible week. Day 43 - No sign of over-fed. They are doing great regardless the ppm so I checked online and found out the ppm In organic soil could be higher and it's normal. Anyhow, I gave my plants plain PHed water after the fed, and the run off is about 1800ppm. I think I will remain around this ppm for coming weeks. Day 45 - Half of the Led broke. Day 46 - Gave them natural sunlight. Accidentally broke the main stem :(((( Day 47 - New Light, New Tent! (It's BloomPlus BP-1500 light)

8/12 - Dropped 3 seeds into RO water to germinate 8/13 - Placed seeds into moist paper towel and into plastic bag to germinate on heat mat. 8/15 - All three seeds sprouted. In the morning I prepared three 3-gallon pots with Roots Organics Original Soil and Nature's Living Soil Autoflower mix. I will be doing Super Soil method for this grow. I filled the bottom one third of the pot with regular soil, then added 1 lb of Nature's Living soil and mixed it in. Then filled the rest of the pot with the regular soil. I topped it with Mosquito Bits for added BTI for pest prevention. Finally, I wet the pots down with RO water and Organic Black Strap Molasses. After about 8 hours, I planted the three seeds and placed them in the 4x5 tent with a humidity dome to keep in moisture. 8/16 - Two of the three already have their true leaves. So, I have removed the humidity domes from those two. 8/17 - The last of the GSCs have sprouted her true leaves so I have removed her dome. I sprayed them lightly again today with RO water and molasses.

Hello Diary. The second week of vegetation is over. Pretty a quiet week, I had one watering and more or less it was all action on “Farm”. Conditions are more or less good, I would like the humidity to be a bit higher but ok. Watermelon has grown 20 cm, which is double from the previous week. I didn’t add any nutrients, the soil is still rich in nutrients from Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, Mycorrhiza Mix and substances in the soil. From next week I will start adding BioBizz. Her roommates, the two Purple Punch are also progressing nicely and you can see them better in their own diary. Let’s see how it was this week. 07/02/2021 - Day 12. Watering. I regulated the water with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. In my case the tap water is about 8 p.H. so I lower it to a value between 6.0 and 6.5. I pour water into the bucket the day before to evaporate the existing chlorine from the water. I should have watered more often with less water but now it turned out that way. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 49% humidity. 09/02/2021 - Day 14. Photographing plants, measuring height and analyzing the week. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 23.5 degrees and 40% humidity. She’s a little shorter than the rest only by a couple of inches! I’ve opened her up by defoliating the bigger fan leaves and letting light get to the lower bud sites allowing better quality buds (non airy/popcorns) humidity hit between 50 and 56% and that’s perfect! Will lower in the last 2 weeks to 40% and hold during flush! Thanks for stopping by!

I think I'm off to a good start. This is the roughest part of a grow for me so far. One thing that I learned from my past killings was to not get obsessive and that's the approach. I've got a way better understanding of feeding now. I was confused about feeding charts, thinking that it was mix and feed. Even though I checked the PH and PPM (incorrectly a few times) I'd consistently fry my plants to near death, bring them back with plain, proper ph'd water and then re-fry the next feeding. It hadn't dawned on me that the nutrient mix while being in the optimal PH range, mixed in right order and correct measurements, my PPM/EC was way too high for the stage of the plant. Yikes, I was feeding a toddler 3 double Whoppers with extra everything. And XL fries. You burn and learn I guess. The little girl was starting to look hungry so I took a shot and fed light nutrients with some hydrogen peroxide (will update the chart soon getting sleepy). I also punched a lot more holes in the bottom of the solo cup. Few hours later her leaves perked up like she was giving me a high five. Leaves are looking good too with a PPM of about 211. It's going to be a warmer weekend so I figure I'll crack another seed and put my 5 gallon pot to use. Possibly a photoperiod?

Week 3 – Compact but staying small She's definitely healthy, but growth is staying tight and low to the ground. Very compact structure so far, not stretching much yet. Could just be her genetics, or she's focusing on building roots before taking off above ground. No signs of stress though – nice green color, strong leaves, and new growth coming in steadily. Hoping she picks up the pace soon, but sometimes the small ones surprise you later!
