So I only have 1.5 weeks until I harvest my girls. Ripening until 5 days before harvest then I will flush with 1/8th tsp of yucca powder p/gal. Senescence is taking place all over, but especially on the largest phenotype. Thinking of harvesting the most senesced one first and let the others go a few more days, we shall see! This is my first time growing, and damn I feel so lucky to have gotten this far! This is gonna be something I will do for the rest of my life Jah willing!

Out of the starting blocks and the race is on! Sprinkles just a pinch of MegaCrop to get this little lady on her way to that purple powerhouse I've seen in so many other growers tents. These first few weeks always give me anxiety, although the plant already knows the mission and nature is doing the work, sometimes the slower pace creates doubt in your process. She's definitely growing and roots are starting to pop out of the grodan cube and through the net pot. I she's started in a smaller container to get her established, then she'll move to the Groloponix bucket til harvest day.

Ciao ragazzi e bentornati qui con me e le sorelle Limonose 🍋 Tutte 3 hanno smesso di crescere, la numero uno ha una struttura incredibile,💪 mi sono pentito di non aver fatto Lst su tutte le sorelle.🤦‍♂️ La numero 2 è alta e ben strutturata ma ha una sola cola bella grassa. Mentre la numero 3 sembra più avanti delle altre con quasi tutti i peli arancioni e i buds di media grandezza. Le cole principali delle altre invece misurano circa 3/4 cm, ma sono ancora parecchio indietro👍 Il colore è standard! Niente di particolare bei buds verde chiaro e pistilli bianchi ma sembrano molto gelide🤙 L odore delle sorelle sembra diverso tra di loro. La numero 1 ha note accentuate di diesel e nocciola, la numero 2 ha un profumo aspro tipo mapo e la numero 3 ricorda un dolce cremoso al limone 😋 Eh niente ragazzi! She's doing damn great starting to die off tho I think I let pH get a little too high but it's good she'll pull out ajdusting for it she's almost done gonna havrest slightly early I normally prefer about 20 percent amber trics gonna check with microsope end of the week nugs are absolutely hard as rocks this bàbby is gonna go out with a bang that's for sure ! Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. 12/17 Week 12 Wow Layla made to week 12 but this will be her last, trics are ready and just letting her dry out before harvest. My wife says hers buds remind of Cleopatra from the Adams family... have to remember that new year for Halloween Maggie - one gal @6.4PH + 12ml Peak Soul finisher maybe her last feeding as hair growth is slowing so looks like next week-ish Those buds are really getting thick and heavy had to tighten up the support a bit. 12/19 HARVEST DAY LAYLA Pics up top wet yield 578 grams am happy Into the dry boxes (took two) for a few days UPDATE**** Dry weight 219 grams 12/20 Mag gets another feed still building buds same PH and PK as before. 12/21 Bud production slowing even after the feed so thats all for Maggie, just getting her preped from her on.

Permant marker the one seedling I could not be more happy with. It has a distinct different look to it than any other plant in the tent with strong growth going on. I'm sad about the other seedling thou the 1st set of leaves were kinda deformed and it has like a spiral thing going on where new growth comes from. Hopefully it comes back around, I always like seeing atleast 2 phenos of a strain I feel it gives you a better idea of what a strain is. It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

This girl was a little slower starting. We had excessive rain. I thought it was going to rot her roots. It didn't. She's handled the wet conditions and is really taken off this week. We had more rain on day 4 then intermittently through the night into day 5. We had cooler temps on day 6 and more intermittent rain that evening and night. Day 7 we again had thunderstorms and rain that night. I added Diamond Brand Ferrous Sulfate at the above listed rate of 2.5 ml/gallon of soil in day 6. I distributed these granules evenly across the top of the soil. Using 7.6 pH well water creates challenges in keeping iron and phosphorus available to the plants. Adding this amendment acidifies the soil and provides a readily available and lasting iron supplement during veg.

I am very proud of this girl ! Despite the fact that she is younger than the rest by two weeks, she caught up with her friends in height and even surpassed them :) The giant fan leaves are surprising 😃

Going to flush them for one week. Planning harvesting after that but not 100% sure. There are new pistols and tricomes hasn’t got amberish yet. Their bud growth got faster after new light installation.

I see a little amber tricomes now on both so i will remove all my nutrients and begin to give ph adjusted water , around 6.4 👍💨💨💨💨😎
