She's getting heavy. Buds are a bit too puffy for my taste. They feel hard and got plenty of mass but inside there are lots of tiny air pockets.

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Planted them into 20L hydroponic pots. Diy hydroponic system. Very easy to do and save money. Topped them so the lower branches can keep up with higeher ones. Defoliated lower ones. They didnt get any light. Planning to keep them for two weeks in this water. Advanced nutrients recommend one week but lets see.

They smell great. Not a hard grow, but not stabilized genetics. 4 different phenos all with differing flowering times. Make it tough when you use your grow tent as a dry tent to contain smell. Had to buy another tent just to dry the ones that were finished instead of risking them herming. 5.8 oz dried and trimmed bud. Didn't weigh larf/trimmings but will be dry sifting it for the press.

It is harvest day for fast flowering number 7. Some big super buds that smell great and were very heavy. 5 hangers of dense buds to dry. Will be back for smoke report once dry, and trimmed. Aquí las fotos de esta nueva semana de vegetación para ambas plantas, cumpliendo así la white widow 23 dias de plantada y la zinfandel 16. La fotos corresponden al 21, 24 y 27 de abril. Por ahora no hay nada más que agregar. Ya que esta semana solo agregué algo de sustrato en ambas y el riego fue de agua reposada con una bomba dando oxígeno por 24hr y un ph de 6,1 a 6,5. Lo que no sé es si realizar alguna tipo de poda más adelante o si mejor las dejo crecer como son, ya que no sé mucho. Existe el temor de dañarlas o estresarlas demasiado. Lo pensaré, también recibo cualquier consejo u observación con ellas!

I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

F8 : I think I over vegged. It’s getting a bit out of control. I’m still debating whether to defoliate or not. Otherwise plants are right on schedule. F10: Afgoo is taking the longest to start flowering. They do have the shortest flowering time of 50-60 days. Lots of stretching on the animal crackers. I don’t expect much of a yield from them. Defoliated animal crackers #1. Gave her a low lollipop cut. They grew very bushy underneath. Did get some nice cuttings. F11: Watered with Foxfarm 10ml/gal

The Afghani x Mac1 auto from DNA recovered well from the training and is in full bloom. Bud sites are looking great. Had an issue with humidity this week and the leaves started looking rough. She got a dose of Recharge this week and drinks about 8-12oz of water throughout each day. All in all she's trucking right along. Very happy with how smooth this solo cup grow is going.
