Compost tea turned out well, let it go for 26 hours total and geared it towards fungal. Also took some soil samples several days later around the stalks and found a lot of nematodes and protozoa which is what you want to see. Lots of different types of nematodes so what your looking for are the bacterial feeders (there are charts online that show you how to identify them). Mycorrhizae can be identified by it's dark colour, uniformity and segmented nature. Testate amoebas live in a translucent shell like a snail and are easy to spot but hard to spot moving due to my shitty microscope, but look for the tentacles. Also found some eggs with movement inside, no idea what they are but they have vacuoles and flagella. She is really getting sticky and smelly now; berries with herb notes. You can see the resin stretching over the trichomes in the last pic. No signs of senescence yet so I'm not going to feed them, they should have plenty of food anyway as this is a second run of the same soil.

Plants continue to enjoy the heat of the summer, Growing big fat leaves, going bone dry from sunrise to sunset and drinking lots of water every day at dusk. Some mild calcium deficiency started appearing the yellowing of the leaves with brown-ish spots, corrected with foliar spray Element XX (calcium supplement) I have also introduced my spray homemade pesticide with natural ingredients, you can find the recipe on my Instagram @Girlgoneweed (under the highlights), spraying 2x a week to keep rodents, deer, aphids, mites, mildew and other threats away. My low EC + 40% Power of my Sanlight lead to yellowing of the leafs - after raising to EC 1.2+ problem was fixed. In hindsight i raised the EC too slowly which i'll fix for the next run. At this point in time my watering was fully automated using a Fritz DECT200 - this was managed by a python script on my Home NAS Raspi - i made the script publicly available here https://github.com/heyjan/fritzbox_water_automation Watering schedule was 9 shots in total for 60 seconds each

Hey Freunde heute ein kleines Update, mittlerweile ist Blütetag 24 der stretch war wohl noch nicht ganz zu Ende und besonders die Papaya und die Pink Chai haben nochmal nen richtigen Schub gemacht. Heute hab ich mal doppelt soviel Wasser gegossen, da die unteren Blätter schon leicht vertrocknet waren und die Töpfe immer sehr leicht. Die Pink Chai bekommt minimal gelbe spitzen, aber is glaub zu vernachlässigen, verdacht war zuviel Licht. Sie hat danach auf jedenfall auf gehört die Blätter zum Licht zu strecken, also erstmal keine praying leaves mehr, heute Abstand verringert und sie Betet wieder. Freu mich über jede Rückmeldung und wünsch euch n schönes Wochenende! ✌️💚

Ciao a tutti, il giorno 65 ho sostituito tutta la soluzione dei vasi. Dopo aver tirato via tutto ho aggiunto 20 litri d'acqua di rubinetto con 2ml/l di flora kleen (GHE). Non ho aggiustato il pH (che nella mia zona è superiore al 7.5 per l'acqua di rubinetto) tanto non ci sono sali disciolti da assorbire. Tra pochi giorni ci sarà la raccolta, sarà un'impresa pulire tutte quelle cime... PS le foto scattate il giorno 66 sono state fatte con un altro telefono

Flush has began, 1st day they were fed 6 hours of Flawless Finish. Now onto just plain water to bring down the PPM of the media. Really trying to push these girls over the line and make the yield worthwhile! After the slow start they are starting to fatten and harden up, their like little golf balls. Next week is flush and that’ll keep going until the trichomes are 50% amber. 🙌🏽💚🇬🇧

Day 77...the one grown in soil that survived the dog attack when young, stopped drinking a couple of weeks ago, so got the chop...drying under a tree for 4 days the other 2 grown in coco are doing great and still perhaps a couple of weeks away

Fala galerinha do mal, muito contente nesse início de semana, as plantas estão com pleno vigor e se desenvolvendo, decidi aplicar um LST na maior pra tentar tornar ela mais arbustiva, a menor eu decidi podar o nó que estava começando a crescer pra incentivar os novos ramos e depois promover um LST mais pra frente. As duas plantas tem diferenças visíveis pelos problemas que cada uma teve nas primeiras fases da vida, a partir disso decidi aplicar as técnicas que usaria, a grande teve um crescimento maiorno caule principal, o que facilitou as amarras. Já a pequena não distribuiu muita força pro caule, mas sim na proliferação de brotos novos então decidi optar pela poda do nó principal que estava no início do desenvolvimento para incentivar o crescimento dos brotos novos, nas fotos que fica bem visível o que eu fiz. Arrancamos este nuevo cultivo con una variedad buenísima. Vamos en la primera semana después de que germinaron, solo regando un poco y manteniendo el ambiente bien húmedo. Por ahora las tengo dentro de un propagador, y más adelante voy a preparar un buen sustrato para poder trasplantarlas bien.
