Another week in Fat Yappa's Garden comes to an end with all the plants still doing well. The Bruce Banner which I snapped the stem just above the second node from the top is pretty much ready for the chop, the other two more mature plants are not too far behind, a week at most, and the Bruce Banner runt has pretty much caught up with her slightly older sisters. The Wedding Cheesecake growing in Canna Coco, which still towers above everything else in the tent at pretty much the same height as the lights, despite her tallest being bent over by LST has developed quite a lot of bud sites but not nearly as chunky as the Bruce Banners, and has started to fade with yellows and purples in the leaves and pistons. Her sister, growing in living soil is probably the furthest behind in the grow but seems to be developing a bit more like the Bruce Banners, and I put this down to the pot of the Coco Coir I used being round and much narrower than the other five, square Viviosun smart pots I used which was a bit of a fail for the LST, especially when combined with the rapid rate this plant took of at, where as I think the other was perhaps stunted a bit by being germinated in a coco coir pellet then placed in soil. I think I will try a peat pellet next time I grow in living soil and see if that improves it. The plants have remained on there same water schedule but I have noticed the more mature plants taking much less water. The most mature plant could probably go three days on 2.5l now, where as a week or two these plants had 2.5l daily over two days and then began to slow down again. I have kept the PH between 6.5 and 6.8 as I read its better for flowering to aim for the higher end of the range, especially when growing with dry amendments. Day 66 saw another compost tea, the same recipe as previously but this time I increased the bat guano from 1 to 2 tablespoons. Other than that I have continued to defoliate once a week, opening up light to the canopy and tried to open it up with a tightening of the LST ties. Stress in regard to the different stages of plant development increase as Harvest nears, as I was previously envisaging me drying in the tent and cutting the plants in a oner, but I have order a ThermPro TP50, and the rest is next weeks problem. Not surprised that the plants look so extremely dark, is that because I sprayed them with neem oil as a preventive measure , because I discovered a very young trip on a plant. This annoys me extremely, because the attachment room is very clean and neither shoes nor dirty clothes come in when you enter the room 😩. But since I had the problem in most cases years ago, I am very confident that I will get the problem under control very quickly 😃. Otherwise, everything is developing very well as usual 👌. Sono felice è stata una settimana perfetta, clima estivo caldo ed umido e fresco di notte è ormai arrivato e stabile. Continuano tutte a fiorire in maniera assurda, sono quasi tutte piene di infiorescenze gonfie, dure e molto resinose ed appiccicose, nessun insetto o parassita delle piante riesce ad invadere le piante, stanno morendo tutti appiccicati alla resina! Si intravedono i primi tricomi di colore ambrato e per molte piante ormai mancano un paio di settimane alla raccolta mentre per il resto delle piante tra circa tre settimane saranno tutte pronte per la raccolta! Si sente un forte odore nauseante di frutta incensata, e odorarle significa avere poi il naso appiccicato di resina per ore! La maggioranza delle piante supera il metro e cinquanta centimetri di altezza ma sono molto piene di diramazioni stracolme di infiorescenze dure e appiccicose, ogni varietà ha il suo forte odore particolare e viene l'acquolina in bocca! Ultima settimana di nutrienti poi solo acqua pura! Ci vogliono circa un litro di acqua a pianta ogni due giorni con questo caldo ma ormai la magica fine è vicina! Hoy fue la peor semana del cultivo y de mi experiencia cultivando, siendo el tercer día de la semana 5 se me desprendió el ventilador en el indoor y se me cae sobre una planta quebrando la punta principal (blue moby). día siguiente queriendo doblar el tallo principal lo arranque literal, ahora está en un mal estado, en comparación a la blue moby que recupero. Leo criticas y concejos! Bh

Water is 5.8 - Run off is perfect until I water 2 days later then it's 6.4-6.6 Trichomes still clear maybe 5% milky. I have the flawless finish so will only need to flush 1 week prior to snipping.

Hi fellow growers, another week and a half has passed so this diary update is a bit over due. As i said in my last update that i was growing on 24 hours of light and thinking about switching them to 18-6, right after writing last weeks diary i made the switch to 18-6 and left it for the past week and a half and that made a huge difference in growth the plants where nice and bushy from the 24 hours of light and they are now stretching towards the light just like we want to see yesterday i made the switch to 12-12 so the next update will be in flowering fase. The day before i made the switch to 18-6 we topped the plants and did a little defoliation but that is hardley noticable in the pictures i added because the new fan leaves developed quick and now they are nice and bushy again, enough leaf surface to take in a lot of light. I think i will be taking out my scrog net somewhere in the next week or so to train them a little but no full on scrog. lighting is now on full power 330 watts full spectrum but is still hanging on 50 cm above the canopy. I give them a little more water every day they get half a liter with hy-pro nutes and rootbastic (the amount added is in the nutes section above) That is all for now. Cheers, Nibameca

Day 43: Smells ultra-strong in tent. I didn't know plants could smell like they are at this stage!👍 Found out I was under dosing the h2o2. Upped the dose and am now hoping for the best Day 45: Bud development is strong!!💪 Can't wait to see how hard the plant will let me push cola size.

One Bud was moldy where the other plants had no issues. This strain might me a little susceptible to mold. The Terps on this are very nice. Dark Grape with hints of lemon. Very Sticky and not very hard Trichome shells. maybe good for flower rosin or under cold contidions even for Hash Rosin.

IT'S A FEMALE.!! :D....Pre Flowers showing the white hairs. Flushed her last night with PH'd Cal-Mag, Will add Nutes again with next watering. Will keep this in Veg for a week or 2 more then switch to flower.

Day 53 Been plain sailing this week. The autopots are flushing the plants nicely, with pH 6.4 eater. I actually turned off the water today as I think once they are dry in a few day I can harvest them.

Believe or not, this baby just started flowering, I think my decision to defoliate will bare results, like how lamb’s breath turns out. She’s the last to flower but she’s one of the first plants I planted, it took longer than I expected to start flowering,

As my previous experience, I decided to use 10L pots, which is the best ratio I had last year regarding quantity/soil. First week only with plain water, no Ph regulation

11/12/21: Official First flower week. Added in Big Bud Nutrients and they appear to have changed over night... lots of light green bud sites... some are even showing stigmas and white pistils... still a slight issue with the heat... but as it is near a large glass window and the size of the tent a heat mat is the best i can do. other than that the plants are looking very healthy and strong and will not be long until they are in full bloom.
