Hi All, Week 8 of growing this beautiful plant. Looking back to week 6 this plant has definitely become bigger and stronger. Assuming to the size of the buds it is almost ready to harvest. They look healthy and are smelling good. Still not giving any nutrients since i wanted to see how they turn out without them. In my point of view they look great. Happy growing! xo Nien

Aug 3: this is a very promising looking plant. She’s quite big and flowering quite quickly which is a great combo. She was the exact same size as my other photoperiod until the start of flowering two weeks ago, and now she’s bigger and flowering faster. Humidity is quite low during the day so I’m continuing to mist the leaves a few times during the day. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate this morning. Aug4: did a major defoliation to remove small lower buds and stuff that was growing in toward the centre. This improves light penetration and air flow which are super important but also forces the plant to direct the energy where you want at the main colas, and not wasted down below. Aug 5: lots of buds forming quickly on lots of decently uniform colas. Should be good. Big rain last night but plants were in dark garage. Watered this morning with 27 C water that had blackstrap molasses, soluble seaweed extract, Monster Maxx and Cal-Mag. Did all four on the weak side of the standard concentrations listed and just 1L used on the plant. Much cooler today so she won’t need as much water. Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. Very well deigned and manufactured like all of their gear. These are indoor lights so fair weather use only. This far north (53 N) we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. Idea is to use UV lights for a couple hours each day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm). UV light is the main environmental limit on THC and this will make the light in Edmonton in September more like California in July. Should have a big impact this far north. At other end of light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoors (FGI) 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes for the far red light. This is the third season using the far red light and it definitely works. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

Final 2 weeks coming up , buds are firm and chunky , colours are coming out and the smell is out of control. Just a ween off nutes then flush next week

This week we lost one of the Slurricane due to rotten root that were caused by the electricity blackout. Other plant were doing fine. Hope everything will be good until harvest.

02-02-2026 Burger Kush Early Version stretched a lot during last week! She is a tall girl now with big white, fluffy, hairy pistills.

She rocketed up! Given her some LST to stretch her out and topped her one last time just before. Will be flipping in the next week or so, she’s got big internodal spacing, so this has helped her gain some more veg on her. Nothing fed other than a compost tea - the soil is doing totally fine without anything more added in yet.

Nice buds growing :D I’m quite impatient ! I will put PK at the 30th 35th day I wait the buds bigger ! I do defoliation a lot and every day it’s insane how it grows every day ! I pinched the apex of the plants which I didn’t cut the apex.

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Here we go for another run. I was recently made aware that a seedy I had germinated was not what i thought I was, so here I am making it right with a tastebudz seed directly from their website. 😁 The strain I have chosen for this run is moon berry. Germinated in a coco coin that has been soak in water with a little bit of mycroboost from living soils. At 25 degrees and between 70-80% humidity. This run will be an organic living soils run. Coco coin has been planted straight into her final pot, which is a 5gal fabric pot. Soil is previously amended but was only used for a week. Using Biobizz light mix and worm humus along side living soils amendments and beneficials. Mulch is made up of cover crop which was chopped dropped and reseeded. Soil also has worms in. Light is marshydro led 150 watt first week running only 1 at 25% 45cm away from soil. Light have been running 20 hours a day this week now dropping to 18 while the power is upped to 50%. Only one 4” fan running atm with no extractor this week and only this seedling is in the whole 80x80cm tent. I am buzzing to get this going. Let’s get this work! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Hello all hope you friends and pets are staying cool. Cassie it is around 100 degree lately and plants and herbs are dying and drying out😢. I’m luck my tree are doing very well. I just give them a dose of 1,3,3 of organic tea with good old fashion unsulpher molasses water. The buds are coming out thick and it smell good. Lucky in my state it legalized for cultivation. Hopefully it rain this week as I’ve got a vegetable garden. The lawns are dried up and droughts in many places. Sad time we live me. Everything is so expensive thst why I’ve stated a vegetable 🥦 food is expensive.

NL topped will be a monster...did not defoliate yet...lost one of the 4 main colas (broken) but seems to get extremely bushy anyway...nutrients mainly from TA as shown above NL untopped (coco with aptus) seems to be extremely healthy and develops monster leaves...yesterday removed appr 10 leaves for more ventilation. For untopped didnt change the nutriens yet...still this Aptus all in one 1 ml/l Aptus regulartor 3 drops/l Aptus start booster 4 drops/l Aptus callmag booster 1 ml/l I have to water with the nutrients everyday, 2 litre...each plant...keeping the ec low at 1,2 - 1,3...means the basic water should not have more than 0,3 better 0,2...means I have to use destilled water partially Next week will be some in nutrients...blooming is coming especially the topped NL...untopped maybe later...
