Decided I didn’t want to wait for the entire canopy to fill so I figured I’d do some lollipopping and one last vegetative feeding before flipping to flower in a few days after they have a couple days to stabilize after all the trimming I did today. In retrospect, looking at the before and after I may have gotten a little too heavy handed with the lollipopping and defoliation but you live and learn. The advice I got here like 3 weeks ago to back off the watering and let the soil dry out completely for like a week really helped the plant bounce back from the overwatering I was doing. Another lesson learned. Thanks again for all the experienced advice! The new growth leaves show none of the same issues the old ones were. I’m looking forward to flipping to flower and I love the fact that this is such a fast flowering strand!

Here we are back! Sorry i can’t update this every week, i’m low on time due work. Growth is incredible fast since they have been set in hydro. The latest girls has been topped and main-lined and auto lemon is in the second week of flower. added some bloombastic for PK (Phosphorus & Potassium). Defoliated some lower leaves as they'r growing super healthy and vigorous, I think i'll be making the 12/12 switch next week. Lights are running both at full capacity(CMH > Superlumens mode (340W) and ViparSpectra LED's (450W/200W actual power) = 540Watts/1m2

Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing.In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield. That way, VPD is essential when it comes to offer the best conditions for the development of plants, also to understand its water requirements according to the nutrients used and thus adjust them correctly to meet the grower’s expectations. I installed a PH controller but it didn't work right and only the ph up peristaltic pump is working. I will use this over my vacation as my PH drifts down naturally so this should work until i get a replacement. I watered in my gsc and other seedlings until runoff with 850 ppm heavy in nitrogen to green them up as the organic top dressing is taking too long.will see how they respond.on week 4 day 4 They are responding well to nitrogen Gsc is taking off!!!will continue nitrogen until end of this week as needed.

Blue zushi having a tough time finishing again. The stretch lasts 2+ weeks, wondering if flowering time is based on 1st preflowers? harvest is roughly 11 weeks from 12/12 flip both seed and clone. Canopy will stagger in late flower even if it’s flat after stretch.

Just because i realized im not really providing info about my potted grow but I have been using Mother Earth coco plus perlite i added worm castings, bat guano, n vegetable garden 4-4-4. just p.h'd water at 6.50. once in flower i would water with a diluted solution from my dwc and PPM under 200PPM.

All getting top heavy, had to tie alot of them up. Buds are nice and dense and have taken well to the nutrients in the past few weeks. 2week ripen and flush starting 7/2/21. Nice frosty buds on all of them and my favourite plant still standing out has to be the zkittles OG. On the other hand the do si dos smells like it packs a punch! Update 11/2/21- will be flushing for 5more days then leaving in darkness for 3days before chop.

This week went ok to. notice last time I updated my diary she started going into the flower so I've swapped to expert nutrients bloom with a ph of 6.8 . I don't think she is going to be anything too special which is okay because it tells me I have some work to do . I'm going to try breeding the seeds that I have with a larger auto at the end of year . Thank you for looking up the diary and will be an update next week 🌱👍

Almost there. Will start flushing tommorow. Smells mental now and plenty of frost. Buds are rock hard even the lower ones. Interesting to see what they yield. The tops are all quite small but so dense. Can’t wait to try it now.

Nothing exciting happened this week. Even the time lapse is boring as it does not show any growth, its almost as if they have gotten into a time warp. The leaves don't seem to be drooping, or really doing anything. This was the last week of nutes as of yesterday I drained and cleaned the water bucket and they are getting straight water now. I see some of the leaves are getting some spots, so I looked that up and it might be they were getting to much nutrients. Well see in the coming how they fair with no nutrients at all. Even though it has continued to be colder here than normal, the room is keeping a good steady temp and humidity. I was hoping the buds would start to get fatter, but that is not happening so far and the smell is still not very prevalent in the room. They are very sticky when touched with a lovely smell on the fingers afterwards. I figure 2 weeks now until harvest with another week or 2 of curing. I purchased a humidifier which will arrive this week just in time to keep the room at the right humidity when they are curing.

So where I live we had a really bad storm it had knocked out my power for a full 24 hrs so I had to give them some extra attention to insure there was no mold or any pest with no fan rotation. Then I also had to put them back on there proper timer to get things back on a roll so far so good they still look and smell amazing wish me luck

I’m so blown away by my second grow in soil, you guys just don’t understand, This journey is making my next run legendary in my mind , I’m dialing it in on the science to make her harvest heavy
